All traditional methods of scalp exfoliation are essentially scrubbing, that is, mechanical exfoliation using abrasive particles.

It is best to mix them with oil, kefir, and then carefully rub along the partings into the skin. To get the effect, you need to do this for at least 10 minutes. Just be very careful - there is a high risk of damaging the skin. Acids in this sense are still much safer and more effective, which is why trichologists recommend them.
Salt scrub recipe:
- Take finely ground sea salt.
- Add water until you get a paste.
- You can add a little olive oil or a few drops of essential oil (rosemary, tea tree, lavender).
Hair should be damp. The product is applied only to the root zone for 20 minutes. Massage gently to avoid scratching. If this happens, you will immediately understand, as it will begin to sting.

. You’ll probably decide that I’ll give the scrub 3 stars... But no. I'll surprise you. One of the ways to cleanse the scalp at home is a scrub made from ordinary table salt. I tried it. The activity is very strange, the salt instantly melts as soon as it touches the wet scalp (or rather wet hair, I don’t think it ever got on the skin). If you take coarser salt, there is a danger of injuring your scalp, because the particles of coarse iodized salt are sharp.

I only had one peeling procedure with this product from a trichologist. First, the doctor applied peeling, then the exposure time was about 20 minutes. Next, the neutralizer was washed off with water, and I blow-dried my hair using a cool leave-in wash from Time to Grow. The feelings after are very positive. I would be happy to continue the procedures at home, despite the fact that the peeling is intense, and if you violate the instructions, you can get burned. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the peeling and neutralizer on sale anywhere, even through a cosmetologist friend.
