And the procedure itself does not cause any pain - only a slight tingling or “goosebumps” sensation. In this case, the patient regulates the intensity of the “goosebumps” himself. The optimal duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes, but in some cases it can be increased to 30 minutes.

Current treatment: contraindications

Despite the external harmlessness of the procedure, it has a number of contraindications. In particular, galvanotherapy is not used:

For hypertension (180/100 or more) and hypertensive crises;
During pregnancy (especially in the first trimester);
