Then we take a couple of pieces of gauze, on which we spread the green mass, and apply the resulting gauze “bags” under the eyes. After 20 minutes, remove the gauze, gently blot the skin from the remaining parsley juice and apply eye cream. No need to wash.
  • Parsley curd and oil mask for wrinkles around the eyes is prepared from low-fat cottage cheese (50 grams), parsley juice (dessert spoon) and vegetable oil (half a teaspoon). Combine the three ingredients and grind. Apply to the skin of the lower eyelids for a quarter of an hour.
  • remove dark circles that often appear under the eyes from lack of sleep. You need to prepare juice from parsley (dessert spoon), and also grate a small potato on the finest grater. Mix these two components with vegetable oil (half a teaspoon). We spread the mixture onto gauze swabs and apply them to the lower eyelids.
  • To remove “crow’s feet” , that is, wrinkles that appear in the corners of the eyes, you need to mix a quarter glass of strongly brewed cold green tea (you need to choose tea without aromatic additives) with a dessert spoon of fresh parsley juice. We moisten cotton or gauze swabs in the resulting liquid and apply them to closed eyes for a quarter of an hour.

Hydrolate

In another way I call flower water - a valuable facial care product. It is obtained from plants through distillation. Hydrolate extracts even more useful substances from raw materials than essential oil. This miracle remedy can be bought in specialized stores, or you can prepare it yourself.

Parsley hydrolate is suitable for all skin types.

  • pour half a liter of distilled water into a large saucepan;
  • a sieve is placed in it so that it does not touch the bottom;
  • place a glass bowl on the sieve,
  • pre-washed and dried parsley is laid out around it;

Attention! It is recommended to make hydrolate from fresh raw materials.

  • then the structure is covered with a lid, the handle should be directed downward, condensate will be drawn dropwise into the bowl;
  • the joint between the lid and the pan is tightly wrapped with foil to prevent steam from escaping;
  • After boiling, turn the heat to minimum and boil for about 2 hours.

By this time, a full bowl of hydrolate is collected. It is cooled and poured into sterile containers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Flower water can be obtained from any plant material: flowers, herbs, nuts.

This water is ideal as a tonic. It does not need to be diluted.

In the summer, the hydrosol is poured into a spray bottle and used as thermal water. It protects the skin from ultraviolet rays, tones, mattifies, makes it soft and silky.

Difference from infusion
