I didn’t decide to have surgery for a very long time, although I had been dreaming of a new nose since I was a teenager. It seems that I searched through all the forums and reviews, talked with those who had already gone through all the stages and found out how satisfied they were with the result. At one time it began to seem that nothing good would come of this idea, especially since I was a terrible coward. But I looked at myself in the mirror and realized: I have to. This is what seven of us grew up with, and one got it - about me. And then a colleague who was aware of my tossing told me about her niece, who had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Zurab Meladze. True, she had another problem - a nose with a hump. But this no longer mattered and I signed up for a consultation. Literally from the first meeting I realized that I could trust him. It was captivating that Zurab Meladze explained in detail what I needed to be prepared for and assured me that he had a very low percentage of complications. I was tested and treated for some time for the detected staphylococcus. After repeated clean tests, the day of surgery was set. The procedure itself was done under general anesthesia, so it was not painful. I had rhinoplasty done at the clinic of Dr. Zurab Meladze in January of this year. I won’t say that this decision was easy - all my relatives were categorical and dissuaded me, saying, why interfere with what nature has given. For me personally, the most difficult thing was to give up cigarettes for several days (the doctor warned that smoking increases the percentage of complications). During the consultation, they discussed in detail all the nuances regarding the appearance of the nose, the type of anesthesia, and the cost of rhinoplasty. Then it was time to undergo tests and examinations to make sure there were no serious contraindications. I had a closed rhinoplasty - that is, only internal incisions were made, without disturbing the outside of the nose. At the time of the operation I did not feel anything, but then for several days the swelling of the nose and eyes persisted, and it was a little painful. Whoever would have said before that I would be a patient of a plastic surgeon would never have believed it. My nose was damaged in a traffic accident. It seems that scars should adorn a man, but I just couldn’t get used to the fact that passers-by were staring at my crooked and scary snob. The doctor took a picture, told me what could be done in my situation and sent me for tests. A week later he reshaped my nose in his clinic. The doctor honestly warned that the operation was complicated - it was necessary to restore the bridge of the nose, move the septum, and straighten the wings of the nose. I don’t remember the procedure itself - after the anesthesia I woke up slightly under the influence, my head ached a little. I didn’t look in the mirror - and there was a bandage on my face. The first week I experienced unpleasant sensations and slept half-sitting. It's good that I took a vacation during this time. I want to thank Zurab Meladze, a doctor with golden hands and a kind heart, and at the same time tell the story of my transformation. I have wanted to remove the hump that disfigures my nose since I was a teenager. But we lived alone with my mother and, of course, there was no money for it. I grew up, moved to Moscow, got married successfully and began to earn good money, but my childhood dream never let go. Well, I didn’t like my reflection in the mirror, no matter what. I approached the choice of a doctor thoroughly - I corresponded with girls on forums, read special literature and reviews. I learned that there are a lot of complications, but that didn’t stop me. I want to say right away that there will be pain (after surgery), swelling, and discomfort. My swelling persisted for quite a long time - about two months, even though I went to physical procedures. I am one of those who corrects my appearance and the shortcomings of nature! These are STRONG personalities, punchy. They are loved and supported by their parents, they have husbands and friends! I persuaded mine for almost 7 years. It all started in the early spring of 2009. I was 16 then. My dad bought a digital camera for work, and I decided to take a photo (I admit, I don’t like taking photos, because it’s still scary). After taking photos (these photos are still lying somewhere, I deleted half of them), and so... I decided to use Photoshop to fix my potato nose. All. Either she jinxed herself or something else. In general - SUPER! I really don't have a perfect nose. From then on, a fun and crazy life began. I started looking for information, clinic websites. Zurab Meladze performed, perhaps, the most difficult type of rhinoplasty for me - he corrected the tip of the nose. I am a doctor myself, and I know that this work requires filigree precision. I completely trusted my doctor and was confident in his professionalism. But I didn’t decide to have the operation right away. Again, as an experienced nurse, I was afraid of complications until the last moment. Everything went quite smoothly in the sense that the result was predictable (not everyone is so lucky, but in my case everything turned out even better than I hoped). Yes, it was a difficult recovery from anesthesia, yes - swelling and bruising. I had to sleep in a terribly uncomfortable position and at first parade only in pajamas with buttons, and then in unbuttoned blouses. But now, 5 months after the operation, I am completely happy. Girls, do not believe those who say that appearance is not the main thing. If something really bothers you very much about your appearance, and it can be changed, change it. I would like to say thank you to the Doctor with a capital D – Zurab Meladze for his professionalism and attitude towards his patients. They can object to me that today they will do anything for money. That's not true. I’ve seen a lot of private clinics where good doctors work, but it’s always clear when they just want to make money from you, and when they put their soul into their work. First of all, I’m talking about the attitude towards the patient. I am not strong in medical terms, and I learned the word rhinoplasty not so long ago. But now, thanks to the doctor, I walk with a corrected septum, I breathe normally and everything is fine with me. The operation itself was surprisingly easy and painless. I was under general anesthesia, so, naturally, I didn’t remember anything, only the moment I woke up with a heavy head. It was much worse later, until everything healed - all these bandages, washing, plastering. It was torture to sleep on my back, eat unusual and bland food, and not smoke. I had to come for periodic examinations and physical procedures to ensure everything went well. If I had to choose a doctor today, I would go again. specifically to Zurab Meladze. Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! This is exactly how I now evaluate my impressions after rhinoplasty performed by Zurab Meladze. I'll tell you why I went to a plastic surgeon and what happened after the operation. My nose was broken, my breathing was normal, but my appearance was not that great; with age, on the left side of my back, either cartilage or something completely unknown began to stick out from under the skin. Sometimes friends would ask, “What do you have?” Today we removed the stitches from the nose and changed the plaster. I caught a glimpse of my new nose and realized that this was exactly what I wanted. Of course, this is an unpleasant and very painful procedure (removing stitches and plaster), but it was worth it. The bruises under my eyes are almost gone, the swelling is also gradually going away, a couple of days ago I had huge cheeks like a hamster. And so - the anesthesia was excellent, if not for sweet dreams (yes, I had dreams under anesthesia). Everything is healing according to plan, neither faster nor slower than it should be. I’ll wear this cast for another week and I’ll be able to show everyone my new nose. Well, isn't this a miracle? I can imagine what a sensation it will be when I return to my university after the holidays or go to a nightclub. There have been so many things lately - tears, doubts, persuasion from parents, they say, you are already pretty, and kind, and smart, but... At 23 years old, I want at least some kind of relationship. It didn’t stop me from reading horror stories on the Internet about how such operations could have terrible consequences. In the end, the desire to be beautiful overcame my fear. I had rhinoplasty done for aesthetic reasons 1.5 months ago (my septum was also slightly deviated, but it didn’t affect my breathing or anything else). I was terribly afraid of anesthesia, but everything went fine. The appearance has been improved, although it is not 100% successful. It’s too early to think about a repeat operation - everything is still swelling. Immediately after rhinoplasty, the appearance, of course, is terrible, the swelling is just terrible. The cast was removed after 10 days, and I immediately went about my business. By the day the cast was removed, the bruises seemed to have gone away. As for recommendations after surgery, it all depends on the surgeon. I was only told to rinse, clean with peach oil and do a light massage. That's all. While I was at the clinic, they gave me painkilling injections, but my nose itself didn’t hurt much. In conclusion, I will write only one thing - Zurab Meladze saved me from illness and complexes that would have eaten me all my life. For which I will be eternally grateful to him! Inga B.

I want not only to thank the wonderful doctor and person Zurab Meladze, but also to support those who cannot yet decide on rhinoplasty. Why do I say this - yes, because I remember well a year ago. I remember how I hated my hooked nose (and for a theater actress who “works” with her face, this is a terrible tragedy). I remember how I was afraid of complications and “being thrown out” of the profession for several months, how I was worried that it wouldn’t work out the first time and I would have to undergo a second operation. To be honest, I didn’t trust any forums too much (it’s not clear whether they were real people or trolls) until I met several girls, patients of Meladze Zurab, in person. But even then there was a worm of doubt in my heart. The meeting with the doctor himself finally calmed me down. His confidence that everything would be fine was passed on to me. I slept through the entire operation and came out of anesthesia safely. I had a slight headache, a dry mouth, and the tampons in my nose made it difficult to breathe. But the rehabilitation itself went smoothly (I tried not to get the tire wet and followed all the recommendations). I did not have any increased pigmentation or spider veins. After removing the cast, the shape of the nose was not impressive, but I knew that this was normal, and the bruising and swelling were no longer as threatening as from the very beginning. I had to spend some time on tests and preparation for the operation. Everything else was already in Zurab's hands. They took me to rhinoplasty right in the morning. I’m not one of the cowardly ones, but I felt jitters. The operation took place under anesthesia. The bridge of my nose was redrawn from the inside, so there were no external stitches. But the appearance at first, of course, was still the same - turundas in the nose, a bandage under the very eyes, a feeling of swelling right up to the chin. At first I was even afraid to look in the mirror. There were no complications, and after about three weeks I went back to work with an almost normal face. After 8 months, we can confidently say that everything worked out, a second operation was not needed, and this is pleasing. My story began with unhappy love. When I was 16 years old, I fell desperately in love with my student neighbor. When I was going to take the trash out to the site, I dressed as if for a holiday, and tried my best to “accidentally” run into him at the entrance door. And how many tears were shed when I heard how he discussed me with his friend - they say, the figure is okay, but a nose like a Baba Yaga’s spoils everything. That’s when I firmly decided that I would grow up, collect money and definitely correct the situation. For the dream to come true, it took more than ten years and... acquaintance with Meladze Zurab. This man is a doctor from God. He is extremely attentive to each patient, from the first meeting to observation during the post-rehabilitation period. I had a rather difficult case - I needed to straighten the bridge of my nose and correct the tip of my nose, but Zurab Meladze coped with the task 100 percent. I will omit all the details (tests, preparation for surgery, anesthesia, plaster casting and bandages, compresses, examinations). I will only say that the pain was felt in the first few days, plus there was difficulty breathing. It is much more interesting to discuss the result. My nose has become of normal length and shape, completely in harmony with my face. No seams are visible. And, most importantly, I got rid of my complexes and met a person who needs me. Because of this, I suffered from sinusitis throughout my childhood until I was twenty, until they finally told me about it during the next medical examination and there was a real reason to get rhinoplasty, which is what I always wanted. Considering that I was terribly afraid of everything (and they tried to dissuade me for a long time, frightening me with the horrors of possible failure), everything went unexpectedly easily. An hour after the anesthesia, I woke up, two hours later I crawled to the refrigerator myself and began to destroy its contents. Already on the second day, early in the morning, I was discharged from the hospital. I had to remove the plaster myself - at night I accidentally caught it with my hand in my sleep - somewhere on the ninth day. I took antibiotics and Wobenzym, then vitamins and remedies to restore the stomach after antibiotics. Nothing hurt at all, but I have an interesting pain threshold. The bruises completely disappeared by the end of the third week, and by the end of the second they were easily covered with concealer. I took 2 weeks off, taking into account the operation. I’ll say right away that the nose is restored in no less than six months, or even more. In this case, for the first week - with a plaster mask on the face, and for the first two days - with bandage tampons in the nostrils to reduce swelling. When the plaster is removed, do not be afraid of your nose and its shape, the swelling will be terrible, and over time it will slowly but surely subside. When I saw it, out of habit, I almost went into hysterics. But the doctor reassured me that this was a peculiarity of the body, and prescribed physical procedures to speed up the period of complete recovery. He said that you can do without them, but it’s better to play it safe and try to do well. Unfortunately, the result was not perfect the first time. I wish it was even better. He removed the hump and quite noticeable asymmetry. Of course, I don’t remember the rhinoplasty itself - I was under anesthesia. The pain was felt for another 3 days, I could have endured it, but I preferred to swallow painkillers. I know that some people were given special injections to make the swelling go away faster. But this is a “double-edged sword” - the medicine is very painful. Since I don’t work anywhere, it was unimportant to me how quickly the traces of surgical intervention would disappear. The only thing, as soon as I could, I began to give myself massages and at the same time my dad took me to physical procedures. As a result, I wore the bandage for one week, during which time I had to sleep on a high pillow and not stick my head out anywhere at all. Within a month, the swelling subsided and the bruises disappeared. I’m glad that a pretty pretty girl is looking at me from the mirror, and I believe that everything will be fine with me. True, both the first and second time they did not go away for a very long time and I was given painful injections. But after two operations (both rhinoplasties were performed by Zurab Meladze), the result was quite satisfactory. Yes, the face is not perfect, but there are no traces of ugliness left. Even old scars are gone. The doctor excised something, stitched something up, prescribed antibiotics and physical procedures. In both cases, I took a vacation, and 14 days was enough for me to go to work in a more or less normal manner. I know that not everyone is as lucky with a plastic surgeon as I am, so I can advise - when choosing a doctor, read the reviews, go for a consultation. Of course, I did not engage in self-deprecation and did not consider myself particularly ugly, but I perfectly understood that I was simply not beautiful. I won’t say that I perceived this fact calmly and painlessly. I, like every person, had a desire to please others. As I grew older, I began to clearly understand what I should change first. For example, many people write here that they are afraid of operations and even realizing its necessity, they do not go under the knife until the last minute. I had no fear as such. There was anticipation of something magical. Surgeon Meladze Zurab seemed like the magician who, with a wave of his wand, or, more precisely, a scalpel, would turn a gray mouse into a beauty. Now I’m standing in front of the mirror and looking at the plaster, afraid to even touch it with my fingers. Under the eyes there are purplish-blue, severe swelling. What the mirror shows me is truly terrible, but I have already fallen in love with the reflection that I will see if I follow through. Of the memories of the transformation, I remember most of all the first night after rhinoplasty - there were tampons in my nose, pain under my eyes, blue swelling, I was thirsty and slept with my mouth open. Today they finally took off the cast and put on a bandage. It seems to me that I have become a completely different person and I like it. Now, unfortunately, it is impossible to see the final result, since there is still swelling, I am without makeup, etc. The operation was performed under general anesthesia, lasting about an hour, hardly more. I recovered from anesthesia very easily on the first day. I had a deviated septum and deformed wings. For the sake of appearance, my nose was narrowed and the tip was changed. I wish everyone that your wishes become reality. It’s so nice when you yourself, without anyone’s financial help, achieve some joyful changes in your life.
