Ishchenko Andrey Leonidovich, plastic surgeon, Moscow

Hello, I’ll write my story about the so-called “I came to this clinic for a consultation at the invitation of A.L. Ishchenko. I’ll say right away that I arrived in not very good condition, to put it mildly, after blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids, which was performed on me in another clinic, where the doctor radically removed fat, my eyes were very sunken. I applied for a consultation on the Plastic Services website and was invited by A.L. Ishchenko. to his clinic. After examining me, he consoled me and said that he could help, it would be possible to do lipofilling, which he has been doing for a very long time and knows how to do it very well. In response to my objections about the consequences of lipofilling in this area and about negative reviews, he said that he is very good at doing it and can easily cope with small irregularities that have arisen if they occur through targeted vacuum suction of fatty tubercles through a microcannula. At the time of consultation, 2 months had passed since blepharoplasty. Afterwards I found out that during this period I have to do some mana

Ipulation is strictly prohibited and you have to wait for full rehabilitation for at least 5-6 months, but this was after this guy “treated” me .. sorry, I don’t even know what to call him .. I can’t say a word about a doctor or a word about a person say to him. In general, he prescribed the so-called rehabilitation course after the operation for better engraftment of the fat subsequently, according to him, and for its more even distribution. I’m far from a stupid person, don’t get me wrong and don’t judge me, but at that moment I was in such a state of stress after the operation, one might say I was in a state of shock from the fact that the doctor radically removed my fat, my eyes were sunken, I was left with skin, muscle and bone, and I am at a fairly young age, I am only 35 years old and at that time I visited a lot of doctors and heard very disappointing words about my situation... in general, I trusted him.. which was my HUGE MISTAKE! So, he prescribed me treatment - a course of paraorbital expansion, consisting of saline and a small amount of hydrocortisone as an anti-inflammatory effect after the operation and two RF-lifting procedures of the paraorbital and temporal region before the expansion. That is, first there should have been RF lifting, then expansion and only then lipofilling. Now I understand that it was a pure money grab, and even at that moment doubts had already begun to creep in, but then I was still impressed by the “smart and kind” Ishchenko. At first he said that RF lifting would need to be done in one procedure, when I did it, he began to say that this was not enough and that I needed to undergo several procedures, otherwise he would not do the expansion (injections in the lower eyelids). If you understand what a doctor-dependent patient means, then you will understand me. I understood that RF was a money grab, but I had to undergo 3 procedures in the paraorbital area and temples, also at the insistence of his wife (this is her clinic and she conducts all the business there personally, as I later found out) I took a course of RF lifting of the lower parts of the face, two of which I also paid for, and then admitted that I have no money and I cannot pay for such expensive procedures... she insisted that I do several procedures for free and I agreed, but not because they were free, but because that she INSISTED and said that she would put my swollen oval face in place... now my lower part is hanging, sagging after the RF-lifting procedures performed by me, Mrs. Soldatenko Irina Vyacheslavovna. But this was not the worst thing... after the RF-lifting, Mr. Ishchenko finally condescended and began to carry out the so-called “expansion”, which, according to the clinic administrators, it carries out several thousand a year. We made one injection, he said that it should be done once every 2-3 weeks, since it is impossible more often... after the second procedure, I noticed a terrible thing - the edge of my orbit was exposed and my eyes seemed to have sunken even more... if I still have time to go the lower eyelids were slightly swollen, then after these injections the tissue of the lower eyelids literally shrunk, stopped accumulating water at all and the eyes sunk even more, the outer edge of the orbital bone of the lower eyelid began to be felt...at least 5 procedures were prescribed...arriving for the third expansion and not understanding what was wrong this is happening to me, I told Ishchenko about this and that the outer edge of the orbital bone was exposed... I asked if these injections could have had such an effect on this?? He said this, and I quote it verbatim: “no, they couldn’t, I think it’s enough to do expansion.” And he didn’t do any more, although that day I arrived for the next procedure... I asked him what kind of drug he administered to me and he answered - the drug is called flosteron, I didn’t have the Internet at hand, but when I got home I read the instructions... to say that I experienced horror - to say nothing... this is a powerful hormonal drug that is used even in non-surgical rhinoplasty for the resorption of cartilage, not to mention soft tissues, and he did this after I came to him crying with a deficiency of adipose tissue!!! Just think about what they are doing!!!!
