Endoscopic breast augmentation. Possible with axillary access, when endoscopic instruments are inserted through small punctures in the axillary area. In endoscopic breast augmentation, round implants are more often used, since it is difficult to eliminate the risk of implant rotation in the future. Not recommended for sagging breasts.
