2. Non-surgical methods based on training the pelvic floor muscles.

For this purpose, Kegel exercisers, vaginal cones, and pessaries are used. As well as hormonal therapy, perineoplasty using special biodegradable threads, injections of fillers based on hyaluronic acid, PRP therapy (the use of enriched plasma from the patient’s blood), as well as laser technologies and many related methods.

Intimate contouring

A method of correcting the organs of the genital area to replenish the volume of soft tissues using hyaluronic acid injections. The drug is administered intradermally, subcutaneously and submucosally.

Medical indications:
  • negative changes in the shape of the labia that occur after operations, injuries, childbirth;
  • asymmetry of the labia;
  • anatomical, congenital, postpartum perineal defects;

  • insufficient expression of the labia (hypoplasia and aplasia);

  • lipodystrophy (fatty degeneration) of the labia majora;

PRP therapy

This is autologous platelet-rich plasma, which has the ability to stimulate regenerative processes.

The use of PRP therapy is aimed at increasing the elasticity of the vaginal walls, enhancing metabolic processes, restoring the microflora of the genital organs and the sensitivity of the mucous membrane in women.

Stages of PRP therapy
  • Taking the patient's blood. It is carried out from a vein, the volume ranges from 20 to 100 ml, depending on the duration of treatment.
  • Enriched plasma is produced (lymphocytes and red blood cells are removed from the blood, then the plasma is concentrated to such an extent that the platelet content per milliliter of blood is 5-6 times higher than the natural level. The plasma is diluted with heparin, which prevents platelets from sticking together.
  • Plasma is injected into the damaged area.

Genitourinary syndrome

This is a symptom complex that includes physiological and anatomical changes that occur against the background of a deficiency of estrogen and other sex steroids in women in the NPO: perineum, vagina and bladder.

Atrophic processes, decreased glycogen, increased pH levels

Symptoms:

dryness, itching, discomfort in the vagina, pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), decreased sensitivity, sexual dysfunction

Violations:

atrophic cystourethritis, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, cystalgia, nocturia, etc.

The Women's Health Center provides ample opportunities for the correction of various disorders of the urogenital tract, and above all these are non-invasive and minimally invasive methods (without surgery): hormonal therapy, hardware methods, pessaries Dr. Arabin, laser technologies, injection techniques (fillers and biorevitalizants based on hyaluronic acid preparations), PRP therapy, etc.

We solve the problem not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also restore some body functions.
