Childhood and youth
Marina Vyacheslavovna Zudina was born on September 3, 1965 in Moscow.
The girl’s parents agreed at a time when they themselves were still students and did not have sufficient finances to support the child.
Zudina's father, Vyacheslav, studied to be a journalist. Mother very soon became a music teacher at one of the local schools. There were no actors in the family, despite the common creative streak on both sides.
They didn’t come up with a name for the girl right away. The choice was very difficult. First we settled on Victoria. The decision came by chance when the parents heard the song “Marina”. Finally, the issue was closed.

After graduation, Zudina’s father was assigned to work in the Komi Republic. The family's new refuge was the small town of Inta. Living conditions were not very conducive to creative development. Fortunately, neither Marina nor her parents had to stay here for long.
Three years later, in 1968, the family moved back to Moscow. But I didn’t have to enjoy life in the capital for long. My father was given a lucrative job offer. He was invited to collaborate with the Iskra newspaper. But there was one difficulty - the place was in the North, not in Moscow.
The parents decided not to take the girl with them. She was left in the care of her grandmother. His father got a job at a newspaper, and his mother, who followed him, began working as a music teacher in the string department.
The girl started going to kindergarten. In addition to her grandmother, two uncles took care of her.
In 1972, when the girl was 7 years old, her parents returned to the capital. By this time, Marina Zudina’s grandmother had died.
Despite the fact that both mother and father were in Moscow, there was not enough time for the child. She took care of herself, like many other Soviet children. I went to school, prepared my homework, and walked in the yard with friends.
Being an ordinary child of those times made Marina Zudina an independent and independent person.

The girl’s professional ambitions began to appear from her very first years. By her teenage years, she knew very well that she wanted to connect her life with art.
It is interesting that by the time she made the decision, Marina Zudina did not have sufficient talent, acting ability, singing voice, or musical ability. She had to achieve everything with her own labor.
During school, she did not take part in amateur performances. She didn’t try to stand out and was a rather complex girl. The mother noticed her daughter's passion.
When the future artist turned 8 years old, her mother began to study vocals with her. She trained her voice, taught solfeggio and musical literacy. After a year of hard work together, she finally began to sing.
Around the same time, the girl began to become interested in classical operas. She decides that her destiny should be connected with opera singing.
This hobby, however, quickly gives way to a new one. Zudina Marina begins to take an interest in choreography and dancing. She studies hard and wants to become a ballerina.

Very soon it became clear that the dream was unrealistic. Because 10-12 years old is too late for such an activity. The girl does not despair. After all, now she understands that any goals can be achieved through hard work.
Over the next few years, the girl is constantly working on herself. She is developing her voice, she studied with a phoniatrist to develop control over her vocal abilities.
At the age of 16, Marina Zudina finally decides to “storm” creative workshops and theater institutes. The choice falls on GITIS. After all, it is there that the one she has always looked up to, Oleg Tabakov, works.
The girl passes the entrance tests without any difficulties. The commission was impressed by the young and promising person who had charisma and natural charm.
In 1981, she became a full-fledged student of GITIS in the workshop of Oleg Tabakov. The famous artist becomes her artistic director and mentor.
Under his leadership, she develops her talent and learns acting.
Marina Zudina in her youth
At the time of admission, Marina Zudina did not have a certificate of secondary education. She received it later, in parallel with her studies at the theater institute. The document showed only two fours.
Marina persistently mastered creative disciplines. 5 years later, in 1986, she received a diploma and graduated from the educational institution.
First plastic surgeries
In 1994, the actress disappeared from the screens for some time due to family reasons, and returned in the 2000s. At that time, Marina Zudina was already 35 years old, and the changes in her face could not be hidden. Fans noted the presence of a facelift, because the woman had changed a lot.
It was probably difficult for the actress to accept the first age-related changes, and she tried to prevent them by all means. The first changes were changes in facial contours and the absence of facial wrinkles.
Journalists were also interested in the issue of interventions, but Marina deftly got out of it every time and only denied the presence of changes in appearance. The actress said that she was grateful to the hairdressers, makeup artists and stylists for her amazing look.
Movie
The debut work of the young and promising actress was the project of Konstantin Lavronenko. In the melodramatic film, the girl received a small but bright role.
But most importantly, it was an unforgettable experience. After all, she could watch the work of such famous artists as Evgeny Evstigneev, Vyacheslav Nevinny, Valentina Tylyzina.
It is from this moment that the professional career of a film artist begins.
By the beginning of perestroika, the girl received a second offer from director Georgy Natanson. He did not know the young artist. But the project needed fresh faces. It was in Marina Zudina that the director found all the qualities he needed.
The picture was called “Valentin and Valentina”. The girl got the main role and did an excellent job. Her heroine became a free interpretation of the image of Juliet, who fought for her feelings in the surroundings of Soviet reality.

In 1985, after the film was released on the big screens, everyone was talking about the main character. It turned out that it was Nathanson who discovered Zudin for the Russian-speaking audience.
Once again, the actress was lucky enough to film with a stellar cast. She watched the work of Tatyana Doronina, Boris Shcherbakov and others.
This was followed by new films in which the young actress fit very organically. Critics said that the artist looked natural, as if this was not acting at all, but sketches from a person’s real life.
Among the largest works of that moment was Pyotr Todorovsky’s project “On the Main Street with an Orchestra”, as well as Mikhail Yuzovsky’s film “After the Rain on Thursday”.

In the late 80s, the actress reincarnated the images of romantic and sophisticated natures. Intelligent young ladies who fight for their love. New films where actress Marina Zudina embodied this type were the projects “Personal File of Judge Ivanova” and “Fun of the Young”.

In the last named film, the role of the heroine Svetlana Bobyleva seemed to be specially written for Marina Zudina. At least, director Evgeny Gerasimov did not want to see anyone in this position except the actress. The actress perfectly embodies the tragic image of an unlucky student.
The professional community and viewers warmly welcome the joint brainchild of the director and a well-chosen cast.
Marina Zudina also starred in a free interpretation of the classics. So, in 1989, a film based on the unfinished story by A. S. Pushkin was released. It's called "The Noble Robber Vladimir Dubrovsky." The actress gets the role of Masha. One of the central and most complex.

Mikhail Efremov becomes a partner on the set. The tandem does an excellent job and the movie again receives a well-deserved success.
In the 90s there was a creative stagnation. Actors are left without work. This problem does not bypass Marina Zudina either.
In 90-91 she starred in several films: “Face”, “Destroy the Thirtieth”. But these works do not add much popularity to her. Projects are subjected to merciless criticism. Although there are no complaints about Marina Zudina herself.

After unsuccessful films, the actress remains without work in cinema for some time.
The continuation of the artist’s creative career on the big screen marks a milestone from 1995 to 2000. During this time, she manages to star in 5 more films by famous directors.
The most notable works of this period are “The Tribunal”, “Funny Things, Family Matters”, and “Two Steps from the Sky”.

Throughout the new millennium, the actress continued to successfully appear in films. The type has changed little during this time. But she still cannot be called a typical artist, since she received multifaceted images.
In total, over the years of professional activity, Marina Zudina has proven herself to be a productive film actress. Her track record includes more than 4 dozen paintings. And this is far from the end.
Theater
This part of the artist’s creative biography can be considered one of the most controversial.
Zudina tried herself on the stage back in 1986, after graduating from the institute. At first, she was involved in the repertoire of the creative association, but only as a supporting actress.
A year or even less later, the roles fell one after another. All images were main, central.
The audience and the professional community appreciated the work of the young and promising girl in the productions “Chair” and “Roof”.
When a short break followed in the creative biography of the film actress, Marina Zudina almost completely devoted herself to her native theater. Her dedicated work is paying off. The artist’s efforts and talent are noticed by critics.
Evgeny Mironov, Oleg Tabakov, Sergey Bezrukov, Marina Zudina
The most complex and at the same time noticeable work of the actress is the role in the production of “The Idiot” based on the novel of the same name by F.M. Dostoevsky.
Despite the difficulties, Zudina very accurately conveys the features of her heroine, for which she is praised by representatives of the acting community and professional critics.
Over the following years, Marina increasingly plays young ladies of previous eras and appears in costume plays. In these images she looks the most organic and natural.
Uncle Ivan. Scenes from village life
In addition to her native theater, Zudina participated in productions of the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov. Her track record includes high-profile international works. Like, for example, the production of A Streetcar Named Desire.
The actress’s works attract attention. In 1995 she was awarded the title of Honored Artist. And 11 years later - Narodny.
M. Saltykov-Shchedrin. Shadows. Episode 1 (1991)
There is, however, a dark side to the history of Marina Zudina as a theater actress. According to the stories of those who knew the situation from the inside, the woman often took advantage of her position as Oleg Tabakov’s favorite. Having enormous influence on him, she became the second most important person in the theater.
For her tough position, imperiousness and attempts to directly manage the affairs of the creative association, she was secretly nicknamed “Mkhatov’s Saltychikha.” It was she, according to her colleagues, who decided who should be given what role.
How true these stories are can only be concluded by those who know the actress and the situation itself first-hand, personally.
However, after the death of Oleg Tabakov and the change of management, they did not fail to remove Marina Zudina and her son Pavel from the theater as quickly as possible.
Whether it was fair retribution or simply a desire to get rid of influential competitors on the stage - no one can say.

Once Maria Zudina, together with her husband Oleg Tabakov, was spotted at the closing ceremony of the Moscow Premiere festival. Even then, journalists who saw the actress noted in unison that the woman seemed to look younger - she had almost no wrinkles. The woman explained that such positive changes are the result of her favorite procedures.
Maria Zudina has admitted more than once that she carefully tries to maintain her beauty. At the same time, she prefers such rejuvenating procedures as mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid and peeling.
The first of them is aimed at eliminating age-related changes on the skin of the face. Preparations with hyaluronic acid are injected under the epidermis, as a result of which all wrinkles are smoothed out, and the face takes on a fresh and rejuvenated appearance.
Zudina’s second favorite procedure is peeling. It is carried out using various acids. The mechanism of action is as follows: a special product is applied to the skin, which burns the layer of dead epidermal cells, thereby starting the regeneration process.
The actress has repeatedly repeated that she always takes care of herself. She never goes to bed with makeup or make-up on and always washes it off before going to bed. The actress also uses moisturizing creams to help maintain skin tone.
