Non-injection mesotherapy is one of the modern methods of rejuvenation, weight loss and improvement of skin condition. As you know, mesotherapy involves administering injections using special needles into the inner layers of the skin. Depending on what area is being treated and what problems are being solved with the help of the procedure, certain drugs are selected. Non-injection mesotherapy using the InfusionTM device is a type of mesotherapy without the use of a needle , which increases the safety of the procedure and eliminates possible painful sensations. The effectiveness of hardware mesotherapy is achieved through the penetration of solutions through pores under the influence of electrical impulses (electroporation method).
A hardware method based on the effect of electroporation, InfusionTM maximizes cell permeability and absorption of active substances. The principle of operation of the mechanism is that the device opens and closes the water channels of cell membranes, ensuring unhindered penetration of the substance into the epidermis and dermis. This technology helps to achieve the same effective results as with traditional mesotherapy, but does not cause pain, injury or bruises. The duration of the facial procedure is only 30 minutes.
This procedure is carried out all year round, painless, comfortable and effective. Electroporation - mesotherapy without needles, pain, swelling and bruises!
Non-injection mesotherapy is a salvation for those women who are terrified of injections or have very sensitive skin.
Mesotherapy - what is it and when should it be done 10/31/2018 15:17
There are six injection mesotherapy techniquesContents
- Mesotherapy - what is it, indications.
- Methods of hardware mesotherapy.
- Fractional mesotherapy.

- Side effects.
- Contraindications.
Mesotherapy is a method of cosmetic medicine aimed at eliminating certain dermatological problems by introducing preparations containing vitamins, hyaluronic acid, phospholipids, etc. under the skin.
Mesotherapy is indicated for the following problems:
- Expression wrinkles.
- Age wrinkles.
- Enlarged pores.
- Flabby, thin skin.
- Gravitational ptosis.
- Cuperosis.
- Scarring.
- Stretch marks.
- Dark spots.
- Acne.
- Cellulite.
- Hair loss and alopecia.
There are two types of mesotherapy:
- hardware - a method in which medicinal substances are injected under the skin using special devices.
- injection, drugs are injected under the skin using a syringe through punctures.
Indications for oxygen therapy
Oxygen mesotherapy is prescribed for the following purposes:
- correction of age-related changes on the face (wrinkles, age spots, sagging skin);
- treatment of acne (as part of complex therapy);
- reduction of post-acne, freckles and age spots;
- general improvement in skin condition, increasing its elasticity;
- elimination of dark circles and bags under the eyes;
- moisturizing the skin, improving its turgor;
- reduction of body fat, fight against cellulite.
This is a very delicate and gentle procedure, so it can be used at any age.
Fractional mesotherapy - its features and advantages
The essence of this type of hardware cosmetology is multiple effects on a specific problem area, using a handpiece equipped with a replaceable cartridge with needles of various lengths. Their number is from 12 to 20 pieces. The cartridge is selected depending on the problem, its location and the individual characteristics of the patient.
The needles make several thousand oscillatory movements per minute, due to which the area of influence is increased, and the pain of the procedure and its duration are reduced.
The effectiveness of the method is based on a double action:
- Inflicted microtraumas activate metabolism and regeneration processes. Stem cells are mobilized to build new tissue to replace damaged tissue. The production of collagen and elastin is stimulated. The skin is noticeably renewed within the first day after the mesotherapy procedure.
- During exposure, the drug penetrates into the deep layers of the skin. Its components participate in the biochemical processes occurring in the dermis, providing a prolonged, therapeutic effect. Therefore, the effect of the complex of procedures lasts from six months to one and a half years, depending on the individual characteristics of the skin.

Unfortunately, my review entitled “How to look like 20 at 30” was deleted by the moderators. There I described in detail and illustrated all my beauty secrets with the help of photographs. The review was detailed and thoughtful, I worked on it for several days, it’s still a pity. Well, you'll have to break it into parts and publish it like that.
I found out about this miracle procedure on one of the sites offering coupons. I went for the first time a year ago. I liked it very much! Now I go constantly, once every 4-5 months. But, as cosmetologists say, a systematic approach is needed! We need to do a course.
But even after 1 time it’s great! Expression wrinkles disappear for 1.5-2 months. The skin becomes fresh and rosy. I love!
The procedure itself involves applying a cocktail of active substances, most often based on hyaluronic acid, onto the skin and then “driving” it into the skin using a device. I asked you to pay special attention to facial wrinkles. Beneficial substances easily penetrate the skin to a depth of 1–2 mm, where they form a reserve. They did it for me using a magnetic device. Absolutely painless! No traces are left. It takes about 20 - 40 minutes, depending on which cosmetologist. Some even work with a coupon very conscientiously. But last time I was unlucky. The girl was in a hurry and there was an air of disregard. And the result, of course, was different. It is very important to find YOUR cosmetologist.
I have such skin that not all cosmetics will work, and there are pimples after some procedures (for example, I went to “Spring in Paris”; they cast a spell on me for an hour, sprayed me with herbal infusions, blew steam on me, etc. I really liked it, but pimples appeared unfortunately). And after non-injection mesotherapy there were no wrinkles or acne.
I also know that some people confuse non-injection mesotherapy with biorevitalization. Their main difference is the use of different substances. For biorevitalization, only hyaluronic acid is used, and for non-injection mesotherapy, cocktails are used.
The cosmetologist advised me to drink more water on the days when you go for procedures. Because hyaluronic acid attracts water molecules to itself, and no matter how strange it may sound, it takes them from the skin of the face. Therefore, you need to help your skin and drink not 2 liters, but 3.
The photo was taken a year ago, 2 months before I turned 30. Unfortunately, there are no close-up photos. Next time I won't go soon. But it’s clear: there are no wrinkles! The photo shows me the day after the procedure. A face without any makeup, no tone, no blush. In our industrial city, skin can look so fresh only after a cosmetologist!

I am writing a review for the first time; I have never used procedures from cosmetologists before, maybe several times. Either you don’t have extra money, then you forget, and it’s always like that. By the age of 32, I did not have deep wrinkles, but the following points began to irritate and frighten me:
- Dehydration, especially in winter. It's impossible to put on makeup.
- Wrinkles near the eye area and other facial expressions that began to stand out meanly.
- Pigment darkening in summer even when using spf 50.
- Hormonal painful acne. Once a month a few pimples popped up and went away in a week or two.
- Slightly floating cheeks.
It seems like there are no special problems, but when you write it, it becomes scary.
I went to a cosmetologist and she advised me on biorevitalization, mesotherapy, etc., when she announced the amount for the course, I was scared, and the side effects and post-recovery did not suit me.
I found information about needle-free mesotherapy - mesoporation and began to study the devices.
I didn’t go to the salon because I always find reasons not to go, I wrote about this above. I started reading about the devices. There are several of them, but I chose Clione. I'll explain why:
- price quality
- patented production in Japan, in Russia there is a representative with all documents
- reviews
This is a wand that has the following capabilities:
ULTRAPULSE Method of introducing collagen without the use of injections. Macromolecules of collagen and hyaluronic acid are difficult to penetrate into the deep layers of the skin.
MESOPORATION is a procedure based on the simultaneous use of mesotherapy and electroporation methods.
HIGH FREQUENCY RF WAVES High frequency waves when applied to the skin produce frictional heat. This thermal energy, heating up in the tissues of the body, helps improve blood circulation, stimulate the flow of lymph and activate cells.
LED (LIGHT THERAPY)
EMS As a result of exposure of the skin to electrodiodes, which send current pulses from the surface of the skin to the nerve endings, muscle contraction occurs. T
I used it with their serum, I copy about it:
Main components of Extra Essence
EGF (epidermal growth factor) By replenishing EGF, you can restart intensive regeneration of skin cells , which helps solve problems of upper layer hardness and texture, improve the condition of pores and tighten contours, giving yourself thoroughly moisturized and elastic skin.
FGF (fibroblast growth factor) FGF acts on fibroblasts - those cells that are responsible for the production of collagen in the deep layers, as a result of which it increases the density of the skin and restores its natural strength. Thanks to the intensive work of fibroblasts, collagen is retained in the deep layers, which helps the skin become elastic, hydrated and glowing from the inside.
Horse placenta An effective component that increases the skin's ability to produce collagen, has the effect of accelerating metabolism, and therefore also fights wrinkles.
Hyaluronic acid
Collagen
Alpha arbutin against age spots
I’ve been using it for 2 months now, and I can say one hundred percent that it’s worth all the money spent. I don’t even think about going to a cosmetologist, all the points that I described solve it.
- After the first use, the photo shows what kind of rashes I had, the pain went away, the next day they began to fade, after two months the spots and dark spots from acne disappeared. If a pimple breaks out before the CD, then after holding the device for 2-3 minutes in its place, tomorrow it will no longer be visible.
- The skin is nourished, smooth, and the under eyes are brighter.
- My husband says my cheekbones stand out. He uses currents to train the muscles so that there is no sagging.
- I practically don’t use cream (although they heat it so hard that it can boil). Sometimes under makeup, but not always.
- I use it on the neck, chest, arms, elbows (I’m very concerned about sagging skin on the elbows, I noticed that many people have flabby and dry skin), butt, knees.
For other parts of the body I use 100% hyaluronic acid. Everything becomes so soft.
Does everything it promises and even more. So I highly recommend it.

Hi all!
I took a course of Non-Injection Mesotherapy and want to share my impressions with you.
At the beginning of August, we were on vacation in Greece by the sea, and there in the hotel bathroom there was a mirror with strong skin scaling. And in this mirror I saw my forehead and was horrified.
Before this, I somehow thought that my forehead didn’t look bad. Yes, there are small eyebrow wrinkles, but they were short (as I saw in a regular mirror).
And so, I looked in that same mirror in Greece and saw that my eyebrow wrinkles were already connected by thin, but already wrinkles with creases, which after some time would become very obvious and deep. There were also a lot of small wrinkles, my forehead looked more like a sponge . And in Greece, I decided to immediately undergo a course of mesotherapy upon arrival.
In our region, I did not find traditional mesotherapy, but several salons offer Non-Injection Mesotherapy and I decided to start with it.
So, the cosmetologist advised me to take a course of 6 sessions, with an interval of 2 weeks between procedures.
The procedure goes like this (total duration 90 minutes):
- The skin is cleansed.
- The skin is steamed for 5 minutes.
- Cleanses pores.
- A cocktail is applied, depending on what problems need to be solved. For me, this is a decrease in skin tone, signs of aging, withering.
- Next, they drive the device (in the salon where I had it done, it was branded Skinimprover) through the zones. It doesn’t hurt, it can be unpleasant. First the forehead, then the eye area, then the nasolabial and chin, then the neck and décolleté. It lasts about 20 minutes; in the most problematic areas, the device is used longer. At each session, I was given emphasis on a certain area.
- Then the mask is applied.
- Daily cream.
I noticed a clear result only after the 3rd procedure:
- The forehead stopped tightening.
- The complexion became more even and saturated.
After the 4th procedure:
- My nasolabial lips have become less deep.
- The cleavage was clearly pleasing. Wrinkles in the décolleté area responded very well to mesotherapy and decreased significantly.
After the 6th procedure:
- Signs of withering have disappeared, tone has increased.
- The skin no longer looks dehydrated.
- A fresh complexion appeared (which betrays youth).
- The fine wrinkles on the forehead have disappeared, the deep ones have become less deep. Connecting wrinkles also decreased, but did not disappear.
- The outer corner of the eye has tightened.
- Pores have shrunk.
I like the results of Non-Injection Mesotherapy. Changes on the face in the literal sense of expression. I’ve definitely looked a couple of years younger (I’m almost 36).
We agreed with the cosmetologist that we would take a break for a month, let the skin rest and then we’ll see, maybe we’ll repeat the course.
I advise everyone over the age of 30 to do this procedure.

There were attempts to undergo a course of regular mesotherapy, but in the end I abandoned this idea, since it was terribly unpleasant + the puncture sites bled quite heavily, and walking with red healing crusts was not particularly pleasant.
I learned about non-injection mesotherapy from the Internet, I will say this, if you sign up at full price it turns out to be quite expensive, but with discounts it’s somehow easier for the wallet and family budget. In terms of cost, it turned out like this: a dermoroller costs 4,000 rubles and you buy one for the entire course, and the cocktails depend on the volume and type; they made Mesoline “Skin Radiance” for me. But the approximate price is from 5,000 rubles to 8,000 rubles for 5 ml.
The cosmetologist recommended a course of 7 procedures for my skin, I know that some may need less, it all depends on the condition of the skin. A clear effect was visible after the third procedure; after the first and second, the fine wrinkles seemed to be nourished and became smaller in depth, but still the complexion and tone all came after the third session.
The sensations are definitely more pleasant than with injection mesotherapy, there are no traces after the procedure, I recommend it to those who have the same consequences from injections as I do. Based on the results, we estimated that the effect will last for about a year, we’ll see.

Good afternoon
I decided to take care of my face, a little about myself, I’m 36 years old and I’m starting to worry about wrinkles and rosacea, which I’ve had for a very long time. So I went to a cosmetologist and after examining my skin, the cosmetologist recommended non-injection mesotherapy.
Non-injection mesotherapy is an alternative way to deliver active anti-aging substances to the deep layers of the skin. The procedure is performed using hardware, without injections and associated discomfort.
Of course, I agreed, the cosmetologist advised me to undergo at least 3 procedures.
Indications for use:
- dryness and sagging skin, loss of turgor and tone, fine wrinkles;
- bruises under the eyes, swelling in the lower eyelids (“bags”)
- hyperpigmentation;
- rosacea and spider veins;
- enlarged pores;
- cellulite in the initial stage;
- small scars, scars, stretch marks;
- acne, seborrhea;
- preparation and rehabilitation after plastic surgery and aggressive cosmetic procedures, for example,
chemical orlaser peeling;
Before the procedure, the face is cleansed, mesocotail is applied, and then the skin is treated with a special device. The procedure was carried out on a device emitting magnetic waves.
The procedure is absolutely painless, but there is some discomfort. If anyone went to myostimulation for the body, this is the same for the face. The muscles contract under the influence of current, and if you give a little more power, there are unpleasant moments. But the good news is that the procedure lasts only 20 minutes. But after this wonderful procedure, the skin, I tell you, is very fresh and smooth, and very moisturized, and this is after the first procedure. After going through 3 procedures, I wasn’t the only one who noticed the results! At work they ask me what’s wrong with my face, it’s like I’ve been on vacation, I look very rested!
The cost of one procedure is about 1000 rubles.
I highly recommend it!

Hello. I’m almost 30 years old and wrinkles have already begun to attack me, and recently they’ve been attacking me very actively, it’s scary to look in the mirror... I don’t have much money now, but I still need to do something! I’m afraid I’ll start it and sooner I’ll turn into an old woman) I found a discounted service on Biglion, non-injection mesotherapy, and decided to try it.
I came to the salon, I was a little afraid, because... I am unfamiliar with the procedure... The cosmetologist suggested that I lie down on the couch and relax, the latter did not work, because... there was a fear of the unknown.
At first everything was very nice, they smeared some kind of composition on my face, then they picked up a thing that looked very scary, the cosmetologist called it a “roller”) The cosmetologist said a promising “be patient”, I already suspected something was wrong) When she began to move it across my forehead It wasn’t very painful, it was tolerable, and I thought that there was nothing terrible here, I could endure it. Then it moved to my cheeks and the pain brought tears to my eyes; I somehow withstood the procedure) At the final stage, my face was again smeared with some kind of composition. The cosmetologist warned me that my face would be red for several hours. I looked in the mirror and got scared! It’s good that it was winter, I covered my face with a mitten, as if I was very cold and walked quickly towards the metro, to my surprise, no one shied away from me, otherwise you might think that I was sick with rubella. I drove home for 1.5 hours, then changed to a bus and people reacted normally to my red face. I came home and went straight to the mirror! I was delighted - the result was worth what I endured) The skin was smooth, soft, even wrinkles were smoothed out. If this is the result from the first procedure, then what will happen from several procedures! If I save some money, I’ll go again!

I recommend mesotherapy for women who are over 30 years old. I myself regularly visit a cosmetologist. With the help of mesotherapy, facial tone improves and small wrinkles are removed. I really liked the fact that after the operation there are no bruises on the face, like after injections

I like the procedure because it is performed with special devices and does not use injections. I tried regular mesotherapy - I was very unhappy that the bruises did not appear for a long time. And after a non-injection operation, there are no traces left at all. This is the best option for those who are afraid to use injections for rejuvenation

I am now 45 years old. For 4 years now I have been regularly visiting a cosmetologist for non-injection mesotherapy. I did not observe any side effects during this time. But at the same time, the tone of the face will improve, the skin will become moisturized, and the color will improve. It is important to find a competent specialist, as I was able to do. The specialist says that the main thing in this procedure is to choose the right cocktails. Only in this case can you achieve really good results

I go for Dermopen rather than the usual injection procedure. It suits me very well - there are no bruises or traces of injections left after it. As for me, this is the best option for those who are afraid to do conventional mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy is truly effective, but only under one condition: if you have chosen the right cosmetologist and control which drug is administered to you. I went through this procedure for the first time about six months ago, but there was no effect at all. As it turned out later, I simply turned to the wrong specialist. A week ago I went to a clinic that had better reviews, and I didn’t regret it. After the second procedure I see the effect.

I did a couple of courses (6-7 procedures) several years ago after a peeling course. I liked the effect. At that time, together with the peeling, the emerging forehead wrinkles and between the eyebrows, crow’s feet, and nasolabial lines were well removed. Before and after the trip to the sea, I did 3 procedures. I was happy with the fact that I could immediately go out in public. In general, I I liked it. Now I’ll finish the peelings and try again in the spring.

I've been doing this for a long time. Moisturizes, prevents wrinkles, improves overall skin tone. It will not remove existing deep wrinkles. The difference from needles is that needles act immediately and powerfully; hardware meso must be done in a course. And her “finished” effect is not so pronounced, I would say not expressed at all. If you miss the next course, nothing will sag anywhere))

I started going to the beauty and health center based on a “relative” recommendation from a girl at work. She had terrible rashes on her face for almost six months, and then I noticed that her skin became clear, she could at least star in commercials. I asked what she was doing, so she said that she went to Novoslobodskaya. I don’t have such skin problems, but due to my age I need a good cosmetologist. So far I have done an anti-aging program for the skin around the eyes. I had electroporation, a massage, a mask, and at the end a cream was applied. This program helps with expression lines, so I’m happy.

Cuperosis has been bothering me for several years, and then wrinkles appeared. I decided to sign up for a course of mesotherapy without injections. The cosmetologist recommended three sessions. After them, the skin acquired an even, beautiful color and became more hydrated. The wrinkles disappeared, and everyone around me was asking where I managed to go on vacation.
OKSANA
Girls, if you don’t want to have plastic surgery in the future and literally cut your face, then start doing mesotherapy on time! This is much safer and not such a radical measure!
I thought that nothing could help my skin - it was kind of gray, porous, I was even disgusted to touch it!
I completed a course of mesotherapy - the skin was soft, the entire oval of the face was tightened, the face became younger.
KARINA
I believe that it is the skin around the eyes and bags under the eyes that spoil the overall impression of the face. Therefore, having decided on mesotherapy, I chose the area - the skin under the eyes. The effect is excellent, now I don’t cover up bruises with foundation, my look has become more open and youthful. 5 years old can be safely removed from age. My cosmetologist said that the effect will be long lasting.
Mesotherapy techniques
Injection mesotherapy, due to its effectiveness, has become the most popular method. It allows the specialist to deeply work on each area of the patient’s epidermis, individually selecting the number and depth of punctures and using various techniques for administering the drug.
There are six injection mesotherapy techniques:
- Papular. The needle is inserted under the skin at an angle. When injected, a small papule is formed, which ensures a long-term effect of the drug. Outwardly, this technique resembles the well-known mantu test and is used mainly on the face.
There are two options for using this technique:
- Surface. The depth of drug administration is no more than two millimeters; needle tilt 10 - 15°; The diameter of the papule is 1.5 - 2 millimeters. Used in the forehead, cheekbones, lower jaw.
- Average. The depth of exposure and the size of the papule are 2 - 3 mm; needle angle 45°. Used to treat blood vessels.
- Nappage. A series of multiple injections performed over a large area. Depending on the depth of the puncture, it is divided into three types:
- superficial, the area of the epidermis is involved, at a depth of no more than 0.5 mm. The needle is inserted at any angle. The distance between punctures is no more than one centimeter. Performed on the face, neck and décolleté;
- average. The needle insertion angle is 45°. Depth - no more than one and a half millimeters. Used for the treatment of vascular diseases. The appearance of “blood dew” is possible, because the walls of blood vessels are damaged;
- deep. It is used, as a rule, on the body, in the treatment of fat deposits and cellulite. The needle is inserted to a depth of at least ten millimeters, perpendicular to the surface of the skin, then the drug is infiltrated.
- Retrograde-linear. The needle is inserted under the skin along its entire length, forming a channel, which is filled with the drug on the return stroke of the needle. Used to correct wrinkles and folds.
- Separate injections. The needle is inserted into the skin fold to a depth of 4 mm. The injection volume is no more than 0.2 ml.
- Systematized acupressure mesotherapy. Similar to the previous technique, only the puncture site is selected taking into account the principles of reflexology.
- Scarification. The drug is applied to the surface of the skin. Then the specialist makes frequent punctures on it with a needle at a distance of 3 - 5 mm.
Types of facial mesotherapy
If previously the only way to introduce the necessary drug into the skin was through injections, manually, today it is possible through various types of physical influence or using specially created devices. Therefore, there are several types of facial mesotherapy, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Injection
Injection mesotherapy of the face is carried out by injecting the selected meso-cocktail into the skin or subcutaneous fat. For this purpose, special ultra-thin needles of 30, 31 and 32G are used, and their diameter is 0.3 mm, 0.26 mm and 0.23 mm, respectively. Therefore, the procedure causes virtually no discomfort even to very sensitive patients.
Capillary mesotherapy may be recommended in advance, which can reduce swelling of the face.
The whole procedure lasts about an hour, but facial mesotherapy itself takes no more than 15-20 minutes. The rest of the time is spent on treating the skin, applying an anesthetic, waiting for the onset of the analgesic effect, performing capillary mesotherapy, treating the skin after mesotherapy and receiving doctor’s recommendations for subsequent care.
Factional
This type of mesotherapy involves administering the drug using a mesoscooter or DermaPen device. It is most relevant when it is necessary to improve the texture of the skin, in particular for the treatment of post-acne.
The DermaPen device is a convenient small pen-shaped device, at the end of which there is an attachment with microneedles. They are coated with silver, which has antiseptic properties. A mesoscooter is a small roller with short thin needles on the surface.
Regardless of the choice of device, during fractional mesotherapy the drug is applied to previously cleansed and antiseptic-treated skin. After this, a mesoscooter is passed over it or a DermaPen is used, the needles of which pierce the skin a few millimeters, which ensures the penetration of the product inside.
Hardware
Hardware facial mesotherapy involves introducing the selected drug into the skin using special devices. At the same time, its penetration is ensured due to a certain physical effect, which can be:
- low temperatures (cryomesotherapy);
- direct current (iontophoresis);
- magnetic field (magnetophoresis);
- oxygen supplied under pressure (oxygen);
- ultrasound (ultraphonophoresis);
- laser (laser facial mesotherapy is often classified as a separate type).
This ensures an increase in cell membrane permeability up to 400 times. But hardware mesotherapy is less effective than other types. At the same time, its huge advantage is the absence of injury to the skin, since the product is applied to the skin. Therefore, patients with a tendency to form keloid scars are recommended to undergo this procedure.
The effect of mesotherapy
The effectiveness of the mesotherapy procedure is due not only to the ability to transport active substances directly to the problem area, but also to the activation of regenerative processes that awaken as a result of violation of the integrity of the skin.
The result of the mesotherapy procedure is:
- Strengthening the production of collagen and elastin. Microdamage to the skin causes stimulation of regeneration processes, which, in combination with the effects of hyaluronic acid and biologically active substances, give an amazing rejuvenation effect. Small wrinkles are smoothed out and deep wrinkles are reduced.
- Blood circulation increases. Improves complexion. Stagnant pigment spots disappear, skin tone and texture are evened out.
- Acne manifestations decrease or disappear.
- Stretch marks and scars disappear or become less noticeable.
- Adipose tissue is actively broken down.
What drugs are used for what problems?
Anti-aging
These drugs are the most popular in mesotherapy procedures.
Action of drugs:
- skin lifting;
- activation of cells for the natural formation of collagen and elastin;
- slowing down skin aging processes.
Lipolytic
They are mainly used for figure correction, but are also used in facial mesotherapy.
Action of drugs:
- resumption of normal lymph circulation;
- improved blood circulation;
- removal of edema.
Diuretics
Action of drugs:
- relieving facial swelling.
Antiseptic
Action of drugs:
- elimination of acne and pimples on the face.
Whitening
Action of drugs:
- elimination of skin pigmentation.
Meso cocktail selection
The composition of the drug is selected according to indications, depending on the nature of the problems, age and individual characteristics of the patient.
List of main components of meso cocktails:
- Hyaluronic acid is one of the most popular ingredients for mesotherapy. Its action is aimed at eliminating the signs of aging. Moisturizes the skin. Stimulates the synthesis of skin proteins.
- Aloe extract. Promotes tissue regeneration and normalizes water balance.
- Ginkgo biloba extract. Used for anti-aging therapy. Improves blood circulation, strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
- Gentamicin sulfate is an antibiotic drug used to treat severe forms of acne.
- Glycolic acid - used to prevent age-related changes, treat acne and seborrhea. Eliminates hyperpigmentation, atrophic scars and stretch marks.
- Aminophylline. Promotes the breakdown of fat. Used for the treatment and prevention of cellulite and fat deposits.
- Artichoke extract. Relieves swelling. Also used around the eyes. Used in the treatment of cellulite, especially its edematous form. Reduces post-traumatic swelling after plastic surgery, deep peelings and injections. Eliminates the effects of Botox overdose.

Efficiency
When carrying out the procedure, the result can be assessed after the first session. But to obtain a lasting and pronounced effect, you will need to take a course, the duration of which, as well as the frequency of procedures, is selected separately by a cosmetologist for each patient.
Most often, it is recommended to undergo 10-12 facial mesotherapy procedures with an interval of 7-10 days.
Thanks to facial mesotherapy it is possible to:
- reduce the severity of age-related changes, in particular reduce the depth of wrinkles and folds;
- reduce the volume of soft tissues and eliminate swelling, including tightening the chin and removing the double chin, which provides the so-called non-surgical modeling effect;
- improve the shape of the face by eliminating signs of gravitational ptosis;
- reduce the number and severity of inflammatory elements on the face, including acne;
- reduce or completely remove pigment spots and skin redness;
- improve skin texture, in particular smooth out scars and post-acne marks;
- remove bags and dark circles under the eyes, eliminate sagging eyelids, crow's feet;
- improve the appearance of the lips by smoothing purse-string wrinkles, eliminating dry lips, making their contour clearer;
- give your facial skin a fresh, rested look and ensure its effective hydration;
- restore the thickness of the eyebrows and fill in the “gaps”.
But the effect of facial mesotherapy largely depends on the correct selection of the features of the procedure in accordance with the type of skin aging (finely wrinkled, deformed, tired, mixed). When all factors are taken into account, the correct selection of medications is taken and the full course of procedures is completed, the achieved effect can last up to 1.5 years. And to extend this period, it is recommended to regularly perform maintenance procedures.
In Russia, the most common types of aging are deformational or edematous and finely wrinkled.
Preparation for the mesotherapy procedure
In order for the mesotherapy procedure to be most effective, during the course you need to adhere to several rules:
- Minimize skin exposure to ultraviolet radiation and use sunscreen with an SPF level of at least 40.
- Stop using blood thinners.
- Do not visit the sauna or bathhouse.
- Reduce physical activity. Before and after the session, it is better to give up fitness.
- Don't drink alcohol.
How many procedures are needed?
Mesotherapy is usually carried out in courses of 4 to 10 procedures. The required number of procedures is selected by the doctor in accordance with the specific problem. The break between sessions is from one to one and a half weeks. This is due to the gradual resorption of medicinal drugs injected under the skin. The next administration is advisable after the already administered cocktail has completely dispersed throughout the body. During one procedure, it is possible to introduce from five to twenty cubes of the medicinal composition, which again depends on the specific case. After the procedure, you should refrain from visiting the sauna and bathhouse for 3 days.
There are no age-related contraindications for mesotherapy, so the earlier you start regular courses, the more pronounced the results will be. This procedure can be done at any time of the year.
Stages of the mesotherapy procedure
A mesotherapy session, regardless of its type, consists of several stages. Before starting, the doctor conducts a consultation during which he determines the method of treatment and the composition of the meso-cocktail. Then goes directly to the procedure:
- The patient's skin is cleansed and degreased.
- An antiseptic composition is applied.
- The syringe is filled with the drug or it is applied directly to the patient’s skin if the procedure is carried out using a manipulator.
- The specialist proceeds to influence the patient’s skin, depending on the chosen technique: makes injections or makes multiple punctures of the skin surface.
- At the end of the procedure, an antiseptic cream and a soothing mask are applied to the skin.
During the day after a mesotherapy session, you need to maintain a gentle regimen and avoid exposure to ultraviolet radiation. You can use cosmetics only after traces of inflammation disappear.
Alternative procedures
At an appointment with a cosmetologist in Moscow, the question is often asked what is the difference between this or that service; clients often ask for advice on ways that will quickly and painlessly put their skin in order. Let's find out what the differences are between mesotherapy and biorevitalization, as well as what the difference is between beauty injections and plasma lifting.
Biorevitalization
To answer the question of how biorevitalization differs from mesotherapy, let us outline the features of the procedures. Mesotherapy uses liquid cocktails (ozone therapy is an exception), while biorevitalization requires a thicker gel-like consistency. In addition, it is worth highlighting the following differences:
- purpose - beauty injections are designed to eliminate serious aesthetic problems, biorevitalization is preventive in nature;
- efficiency - meso-cocktails give an instant effect, biorevitalization triggers natural self-regeneration processes not so quickly;
- Duration – the effect obtained from biorevitalization lasts twice as long compared to mesotherapy techniques.
Consult with a professional which of the described services will suit you best and relieve you of worrying problems.
Plasmolifting
Plasmolifting also uses the injection method; only the composition of the injected substances changes. If multi-component meso-cocktails are created for mesotherapy, then plasma lifting requires the patient’s blood plasma enriched with platelets. To do this, blood is drawn (up to 40 ml), and the centrifugation process is started to prepare the solution.
The plasma lifting technique does not cause allergies due to the 100% biocompatibility of previously taken plasma. Such injections accelerate regenerative processes and normalize cellular metabolism. As a result, your skin looks fresh, rested, is saturated with useful substances, gets rid of pigmentation, wrinkles, and its structure improves.
Side effects of mesotherapy
Despite the fact that mesotherapy is a low-traumatic procedure, both during the process and for several days after it, some complications may be observed:
- Painful sensations of varying severity. Depends on the depth of exposure and the patient’s pain threshold. During the session they are eliminated by applying a special anesthetic cream. It is worth considering that the use of additional funds may reduce the effectiveness of the mesotherapy procedure.
- Erythema and swelling. They can be observed from several hours to several days after exposure, depending on the individual characteristics of the patient and the drug used.
- Hematomas. They occur most often on the body, because... In this case, the drug is administered quite deeply. On the face, such manifestations are possible if there is weakness of the vascular walls.
- Allergic reactions. They manifest themselves in the form of swelling, itching and rashes. Most often they are a reaction to the components of the mesotherapy drug. For this reason, people with a tendency to allergies need to warn their doctor about this feature and be more careful in choosing the ingredients of the mesococktail. In rare cases, mechanical urticaria may occur as a reaction to microtrauma.
Usually, all these phenomena disappear within a few days without additional therapy. If your condition worsens, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Advantages and disadvantages
Injections with meso-cocktails penetrate well into the layers of the dermis and act safely and quickly. Among the advantages:
- non-traumatic - specialists use the finest needles to administer drugs, the use of which is accompanied by minimal discomfort;
- no pain – needle-free methods eliminate pain, non-invasive techniques are suitable for people with a high sensitivity threshold;
- non-concentrated formulations – the concentration of components in one dose allows the active composition to be evenly distributed;
- safety – mesotherapy cocktails consist of ingredients that do not cause allergic reactions or side effects;
- have no age restrictions;
- The result after completing the course can last up to 5 years.
Despite the impressive list of advantages, there are also negative aspects that a good specialist will definitely tell you about during the consultation:
- discomfort upon contact with the needle, as well as after the end of the anesthesia;
- swelling at the puncture site (papules), minor hematomas that go away on their own within 2-3 days after visiting a cosmetologist;
- the need to take a full course, its high cost.
In general, we can say that mesotherapy is an effective cosmetology method with many advantages.
