Every woman sooner or later experiences gradual fading and aging of the skin. Unfortunately, this process is irreversible. But you can restore youth to your face! For modern cosmetology, anti-aging procedures are no longer something supernatural.

Why does our skin start to age? The main reasons for this are a gradual decrease in moisture levels, disruptions in the body’s metabolic processes, aggressiveness of the external environment, and exposure to free radicals. An effective way to solve and prevent these problems is redermalization of facial skin. This is an injection procedure aimed at restoring and regenerating dermal cells.

Redermalization of facial skin - what is it?

Redermalization is a new word in rejuvenation cosmetology. The procedure effectively eliminates signs of aging and skin aging.

Result:

  • improvement of complexion;
  • smoothing wrinkles;
  • launching natural skin regeneration at the cellular level.

The injection drug, which is used for skin redermalization, is called “Hyalual”. Manufacturer: Ukrainian brand “Yuria-Pharm”.

The action of the drug is based on the following components:

  1. Sodium salt of succinic acid (sodium succinate). This element activates skin respiration at the level of the cells themselves, restores blood flow, improves energy balance and the state of local immunity, and promotes the growth of dermal cells. Sodium succinate is an antioxidant.
  2. Hyaluronic acid. This component is an excellent moisturizer. Its role is to restore the level of moisture in tissues. The acid activates the action of fibroblasts, helps the body establish the natural production of elastin, collagen and natural hyaluronic acid.

There are three varieties of Hyalual on the cosmetics market. They differ in the concentration of the main components.

Preparations for skin redermalization

Each type of drug is intended for specific areas of the body.

Skin redermalization is performed using the following types of Hyalual:

  • 1,1 %. The solution is aimed at getting rid of wrinkles and acne marks. The product also effectively removes age spots. "Hyalual" 1.1% is intended only for injections in the face area. For other parts of the body, this concentration will not be enough. Age category of use: 18–35 years.
  • 1,8 %. The drug with this concentration is intended for women over 35 years of age. This general purpose product can combat deep wrinkles, ptosis, and correct the shape of the face. In addition, “Hyalual” 1.8% is used for skin atrophy and gravitational ptosis. The effective composition of the solution improves the quality of the dermis and inhibits the appearance of wrinkles.
  • 2,2 %. This is the highest concentration of solution in the entire line of products. Skin redermalization with Hyalualem 2.2% is aimed at correcting deep wrinkles. Injections can be performed in the abdomen, arms, chest and chin. The main group of patients for using the drug are elderly women. The solution effectively copes with serious age-related changes. When a portion of the drug is introduced, a frame of reinforcing fibers is formed. Lifting has a similar effect.

The entire line of three Hyalual solutions is registered in Russia. The products meet international quality standards.

Skin redermalization is a minimally invasive procedure. However, it is distinguished by a high level of quality and effectiveness. This procedure has virtually no side effects, thereby confirming its right to be at the forefront of modern cosmetology.

Data objectification methods

Immunoblotting (Western blot analysis)

The method allows, by combining protein electrophoresis and the use of antibodies, to carry out highly specific identification of proteins in lysates of biological tissues.

For the extraction of SUCNR1, VEGF, TGFb1, FGF2, two buffers were used:

  1. Hypotonic;
  2. Cytoplasmic.

Then Western blots were incubated in a solution of the first polyclonal antibodies (Abcam, USA; anti-GPR91 antibody (ab41505), anti-VEGF antibody (ab53465), anti-TGFβ1 antibody (ab92486), anti-FGF2 antibody (ab8880) at a dilution of 1: 500. Detection of proteins was carried out in reaction with ECL reagents (Pierce Biotechnology, Inc., USA)

onto Kodak film followed by densitometry in Adobe Photoshop. The content of the desired proteins was judged by the density of staining of the antibody binding band to the protein. The result was expressed in relative densitometric units (RDU).

Statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the Statistica 10 program using the nonparametric Wilcoxon rank U test (Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney). Differences between the compared groups were considered statistically significant at p

How does the skin redermalization procedure work?

Redermalization will not tire the client at all - the procedure lasts 50–60 minutes. No special preparation is required before injections. The only thing that is recommended for women before the session is an appointment with a cosmetologist.

So, this process consists of the following points:

  1. Preparatory stage. The doctor removes all makeup from the client’s face and scrubs, thereby accelerating blood circulation.
  2. Skin redermalization by injection is a rather painful procedure. Therefore, the next stage is pain relief with anesthetics. For this purpose, special creams or sprays are used. They freeze the skin, thereby reducing sensitivity from injections.
  3. Next are the injections themselves. The needle is inserted into the skin 2 mm, gradually injecting the drug. After several injections, the specialist massages the injection sites to distribute the active substance.
  4. The injections are given at short distances from each other. Places for injection of the drug are affected areas of the skin that need restoration. Basically, these are the nasolabial folds, cheeks and chin - those areas of the face where skin aging primarily occurs.
  5. The doctor independently determines where the drug should be administered, since each patient has his own problem areas. Sometimes wrinkles form on the forehead and bridge of the nose. In this case, injections are made into these areas.
  6. Redermalization of the skin is completed by treating the wounds with an antiseptic. This avoids infection.

Hydration

For a noticeable effect, just a few injections are enough. They greatly rejuvenate the skin, increase its elasticity, and remove wrinkles.

Let us list the effects of redermalization:

  • hydration. Due to the hydrophilicity of HA, the skin is moisturized, which makes sagging and dryness a thing of the past;
  • improvement of blood supply. Increasing the content of HA in the skin also improves its blood supply. As a result, cell nutrition becomes better, which has a positive effect on the condition of tissues;
  • relief from scar problems. HA activates skin restoration, thereby forcing it to replace the scar with healthy tissue. It turns out that there is also a reduction in small scars;
  • the skin becomes stronger. Cells become almost completely impenetrable to free radicals, which protects the skin from aging and diseases for a long time;
  • the skin begins to better produce elastin and collagen, which rejuvenates and tightens it;
  • pigment spots are a thing of the past. This is because HA also affects the distribution of melanin, making it even.

The skin becomes much better after this procedure.

How many skin redermalization sessions are needed?

The required number of procedures will be determined by the doctor. A course for a 40-year-old woman usually consists of three to four sessions. The interval between two visits ranges from one week to a month. The age when redermalization can begin is 25 years (preventive treatment).

The procedure will work better if it is combined with other cosmetic procedures. For example, redermalization together with glycolic peeling, contouring or Botox gives a very good effect.

Reviews

Valentina, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

“Redermalization is simply my salvation! I had never heard of this method before, but as soon as they started doing it at my favorite clinic, I immediately signed up. And I was not mistaken! The skin immediately begins to look much better - it becomes more hydrated and fresh. The effect is simply wonderful: I look several years younger! Wrinkles become almost invisible (it seems to me that only I see them when I come close to the mirror). I used to regularly take biorevitalization courses, but it seems to me that redermalization is many times cooler. I recommend!”

Varvara, Nizhnevartovsk

“I started noticing wrinkles on my face and realized that I didn’t want to see them all the time. My friends are constantly buzzing about different procedures, but I don’t understand anything about it at all. I decided to see a cosmetologist for the first time in my life. It turned out that everything was not so scary! I was advised biorevitalization, mesotherapy, redermalization. I looked at the photos of the girls before and after a course of procedures for each method. What attracted me most was redermalization.

Of course, I hoped for a good effect; I knew that the wrinkles should disappear. But I didn’t expect or imagine that I would look so good. It seems to me that now is even better than 10-15 years ago. Indeed, wrinkles are no longer visible, the skin seems to have become more elastic. At the same time, I don’t feel any discomfort. Creams are even absorbed better. It's just wonderful."

Despite the fact that redermalization is a new procedure, there are already many positive reviews about it

Margarita, Vladivostok

“The effect of redermalization suits me. I don’t see anything supernatural, it’s just that the condition of the skin is really improving. True, the result does not last long - about 8 months. Perhaps this is just the case for me. In my opinion, you can do this procedure from time to time, but you shouldn’t expect miracles from it. If your face is full of wrinkles, you will not become a young girl.”

How does skin redermalization differ from other injection techniques?

Women often wonder what is better: redermalization or biorevitalization of the skin? Both procedures are similar, however, in addition to hyaluronic acid, sodium succinate is also used in the redermalization product. This increases the skin restoration effect. Injection compositions for biorevitalization contain one active substance – hyaluronic acid.

Redermalization is also the resumption of skin cell function. Biorevitalization cannot boast of this effect. Moreover, “our” option allows you to achieve faster results and maintain them much longer.
