Was on Saturday 08/13/16, normal clinic, normal attitude, called, made an appointment at 15.00. There was a defect in the filling, and there was caries under the filling, they did the right thing, I’m happy. The guy did what I can say, well done, polite, did an excellent job, no pain. I live nearby, if something comes here. Prices, as in the city, are the same: 2200 per tooth. Contact me, I recommend it. Good day to all! I had my tooth treated by Diana Lapteva a few months ago. I have only good things to say about this dentist. I have never met such courteous and adequate dentists before. They haven’t talked to me like that (exactly like that!) since childhood. And regarding the treatment itself, it’s immediately obvious that the doctor is a professional in his field (I’ve seen a lot of dentists and I can compare). Diana treated the tooth very well, there was no discomfort, I am very pleased! Now if I go to the dentist, it’s only to her. Therefore, it’s a shame that someone writes falsehoods! After all, it is very easy to slander a person, besides, not pay for the treatment (which was carried out in full), slam the door and leave. God be the judge of such mothers!

An extremely negative experience from visiting Diana Aleksandrovna Lapteva, who positions herself as a pediatric dentist, but does not know how to treat children at all. She yells at a 5-year-old child, yells at her assistant, and in response to my complaints she said, “You yourself try to treat the children!” Such unprofessionalism simply shocked me. In a regular clinic, we received treatment much faster and more calmly. I do not recommend this doctor, especially for children.

Hi all! First time in this clinic. Impressions: - There is no reception. You greet them yourself, from behind the counter you can’t see them. They are too lazy to call again and organize and coordinate everything. I’ve just been to different clinics and I know what a receptionist should be like in practice! The day passed - the flight was normal, no pain, everything was comfortable - However, the question arose, is it really not necessary to remove the nerve right away, instead of say “if the tooth hurts, then we will redo it and remove the nerve”) I’ll give it 2 stars for now. I visited this clinic with my child and had two baby teeth removed (they didn’t fall out; permanent ones had already begun to grow behind them). The impressions were only positive: the surgeon (a young man, unfortunately I didn’t remember his last name) managed to find an approach to the child, she not only opened her mouth and gave anesthesia, but didn’t even groan at all during the removal. I was sooooo pleased with the price, before choosing this clinic I called a bunch of dental clinics and everywhere the price tag for removing one baby tooth was as much as 1200, here both extracted teeth cost us 900 rubles. I think next time we will come here again. My daughter now categorically refuses to go to her previous dentist and only asks to come here.

On holidays and New Year's days, you were the only ones who did not refuse to take a child with gumboil, the rest were sent to the 3rd nursery to be removed! Moreover, over the phone they immediately made a diagnosis - removal. We had already visited nursery 3 once (“an unforgettable experience” plus a rotavirus infection after the removal of a baby tooth) and had no desire to return there. They brought the child within an hour. The tooth was not removed, it was preserved. The flux is gone. Without any problems, we called the doctor on his cell phone and consulted. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back to treat our problematic tooth!

I had an appointment with my child today. Well what can I say... simply Super!!! Dr. Lovrinenko (sorry if I misspelled her last name) is a very nice girl. She looked at all our teeth and wrote out a certificate that they had passed the examination. She gave recommendations on how to care for your teeth. Everything was done in a very kind, friendly atmosphere. And with all this, they didn’t take a penny from us!!! (neither for an inspection nor for a certificate), they even gave me a balloon!!! I liked it very much!!! Thanks a lot!!! Next time we will have an appointment only with you!!!

At the clinic, Evgenia Kapinos installed braces for me. A very polite doctor: he explains all the intricacies of wearing, describes in detail the features of dental care, tells all the nuances of tooth movement during treatment (I like to keep everything under control). I have a complex bite that is difficult to correct, but in a year and a half, Evgenia Ivanovna did the impossible - not just my teeth, but my face changed for the better!!! It became more symmetrical, the protruding chin went back, making the face softer and more feminine. Of course, you will still have to wear retainers, but this is an obligatory part of the treatment, otherwise the chin will again become “masculine”. The most important thing is that the doctor selected braces taking into account the possibility of rarely visiting to adjust braces, as well as finances (a small amount was important for me). Evgenia Ivanovna 7 years ago had a palatal expander installed to make the upper jaw larger, and this is a very painful treatment (the skull cracks), but the doctor was able to correct my upper jaw, and now she has corrected the lower one. Now I not only have straight teeth, but a BEAUTIFUL FACE!

The doctor examined me and said that we needed to open it up and see what was there and the scale of the destruction. She estimated the work at 10,000 rubles. A lot of money in those days. I went to think. I went to another clinic - the doctor examined it the same way, and said that the tooth was healthy, it just protrudes a little forward, which puts more strain on it when brushing teeth than on the others. So the enamel became sensitive. I applied tooth polish and I went home. Like this. Consultation + 30 rub. varnish The tooth hasn't ached since then. I made conclusions about the Mechkovsky clinic for myself

When receiving treatment in this clinic, be prepared for the fact that the cost of the damon-3 and damon clear braces here will, without exaggeration, be the highest of all clinics in the city of N (44,500 rubles versus 25,000 rubles). Be prepared for that. that the service for this brace system will also be extremely overpriced: here 3700-4200, in other (good and expensive) clinics 2000-3200 - and I emphasize expensive clinics with a good reputation! Why is it so expensive here? The treatment here is better - no. Tested by personal experience. There is no better service here either. So what's the deal? As a result, be prepared for the fact that when you ask your treating orthodontist: Why was I not warned that after removing the braces I would have to wear permanent retainers for another 3 years? and they will answer you: this goes without saying. and when you express your dissatisfaction, they will answer you - GO TO ALL 4 SIDES. Well, the answer is worthy of this orthodontist. I am very sorry that I contacted this clinic, I regret wasting my time and money.

The doctor took a look and said to urgently do 3 teeth (which generally don’t hurt), and also be sure to visit a consultation with their excellent orthodontist. Well, what are you waiting for, let's get started! -Doctor, only I have this, well, I’ve been afraid of your colleagues since childhood, right to the point of horror! I eat, I jerk, I can even demonstrate what I had for lunch if I get it really deep with the tool. Yes, and I also need more anesthesia! “Nothing,” the namesake Doctor smiled, “we haven’t seen anything like them, we’ll do everything.” And the magician began to create... At parting, he punished him: if his tooth hurts, there will be serious treatment, but if not, everything is fine. We said goodbye to the Doctor and agreed on the next meeting. 2nd appointment. This involved long-term treatment, vacations, trips, but the fact is that for a month and a half the clinic did not even inquire about my health, not to mention any apologies or refunds for the torment. The polite attitude of the staff at the reception, we were lucky with the doctor, we also have no complaints about the results. Not cheap, of course, but we planned to return there again. And then the child’s baby tooth broke off: blood, tears, hysterics. I call the clinic, describe the situation, I hear the administrator talking to the doctor, “What? no one at all? and what should I say? and on the phone she suggested that I make an appointment... in 4 days. It doesn’t matter that we were already clients, it doesn’t matter that a child is crying, it doesn’t matter. that I actually didn’t ask for free help. In general, the clinic has lost our clients.

I contacted this clinic on a recommendation. I had enough for 3 visits (consultation + 2 treatments in a row). The clinic is super, bright and cozy, the receptionist is very nice. But the meeting with the doctor turned out to be terrible (Tsiprus E.). My 1st visit/consultation: first of all, we took a panoramic photo (more than 1000 rubles), and immediately did a cleaning (also more than 1000 rubles). The appointment lasted about 20 minutes (15 minutes for X-ray with all the waiting and about 5 minutes for cleaning). Everything seems to be normal, but everything is learned by comparison. And so: no one asked me how and what we would treat, what I wanted to do and what not. Why does a dentist even need a picture if, looking at the picture, he sees slight caries, but he picks the tooth to the point of nerves? Cleaning was even more upsetting: we put the brush attachment on the drill and went over the teeth. Having contacted two other clinics later, the doctors could not understand why they took a picture of me at all and what kind of cleaning it was (I also later did professional cleaning with sandblasting and other pleasures for less money)? The total bill was about 3,000 rubles (every time “anti-AIDS” is included in the bill, it seems like this means that everything is clean. I wonder if it could be otherwise???!!!). 2 visits with treatment: This is absolute hell! The doctor shouted, swore, and was rude only because I accidentally moved my head slightly when they gave the injection. It was clear that she worked with me through force and in the end, when I went to the reception to pick up my picture, they started bowing to me so that I wouldn’t change clinics, that everyone was bad, and they were the only good ones, that it was bad to change doctors, when they already started treatment in this clinic, that their doctors are from God, that they will give a discount, just don’t leave. Result: 3 permanent fillings, 1 temporary filling, scan and cleaning. Total bill: 19 thousand rubles. Result: teeth hurt intermittently, react sharply to heat, the temporary filling turned black and had to be urgently replaced in another clinic, cleaning and imaging were done as a check of solvency. Everything is written down on the check, what amount is for what, it comes out differently each time, on average 1.5 thousand. Practical advice on dental care, for example, you should choose a toothpaste not between “with calcium or with fluoride,” but first of all, between manufacturers, for example Splat or Rox. And another piece of advice from myself: don’t treat your teeth when the moon is in Aries. Of course, you may not believe this, but it doesn’t hurt to be on the safe side!

I treat my teeth with them periodically. I really like the staff, the attitude, the clinic itself. True, I personally found it more convenient when they sat on Krasny Prospekt - close to home. But in the new place they have more space. The prices are reasonable. In general I recommend it.
