Now I think that he was right, at least in my case... but that’s not about that now, in general, I didn’t go to him for a personal consultation, but chose A.M. The operation itself began at 16:00, it went well as far as I can judge, but at 11:00 the next day I was able to go home to my relatives, on the third day I was allowed to go home (to another city), since I do not live in Vladivostok. At home I was very worried about the pain and temperature, and probably a week later the stitches came apart in three places on my chest (on one in two places and badly, on the other in one not much), I called the doctor in a panic and went in the hope that he would be fine again. will sew it up. But no, he didn’t see anything wrong with it, he said that you just need to “dry” it with potassium permanganate and baneocin and new skin will gradually grow... So 2 months passed of daily cauterization and drying several times a day, I was very afraid that there would be scars because of this creepy, and repeatedly talked about it with the doctor. To which he reassured me that everything could be fixed, he told me about lipofilling…. In summary: on the plus side, it’s comfortable for me, it’s not heavy, I have a full 75D, I can buy beautiful underwear, and not a bra with parachute lines instead of straps... but I didn’t feel embarrassed about my breasts, because I don’t know what’s better, “long” breasts or breasts with nipples at different levels in terrible scars. When I told the doctor about the obvious asymmetry that didn’t suit me, he said that there are no equal people about the fact that I have such a chest... well, it’s better not to touch the scars since we’ve already waited a long time for healing, and he won’t do any correction I don’t care whether it’s paid or free, i.e. according to his words, my body is to blame for the negative result... and apparently only one breast, since the second one is relatively decent... And to be honest, I would have lived without sharing my “innermost” if the doctor himself had not decided to share it with the whole world... Review of the operation performed by A.M. — What approach to plastic surgery is used in your clinic – European or Asian?
Kirill: We focus only on Europe. More than once we have attended master classes of specialists in Barcelona, Milan, Vienna, Brussels, and have taken part in operations of the best world-class doctors. You see , Asia is not entirely suitable in this regard; we have different facial types, structures, and anatomical features. In addition, the European school is less conservative, which is why we study there.
Andrey: All our trips are independent, so we actively learn languages. We study with tutors or audio lessons. After all, it’s easier to talk to a doctor in his native language, he will explain any subtleties, and it’s easier to find mutual understanding. We can consider that learning foreign languages is already a hobby for us. Each trip brings certain knowledge. In Europe, doctors travel extensively, study in different countries, this is normal for them, we try to keep up.

— Let's return to your clinic. How long does it take from the patient's decision to surgery?
Andrey: The moment of decision making is perhaps the most important. Different people take different times to decide on surgery.

Often the problem that a patient comes to us with is very noticeable. And if a person clearly understands that this problem is interfering with his life, then there is a reason to decide on surgery.
10 years ago I operated on a patient, then on her sister, and a year ago on this sister’s daughter. In such cases, you act as a kind of family doctor. Of course, when you know the characteristics of a person, this is not the first time you have worked with a patient, it is easier for both him and the doctor.
— Everyone who provides services knows the rule “the client’s desire is the law.” Does this rule apply in your work?
Kirill: If a person wants something that seems ugly and wrong to us, we simply will not take on this work.
- How often do such cases happen?
Kirill: Very rarely.

— Because of your profession, do you often notice flaws in people’s appearance? Does this interfere with your daily life?
Andrey: Unfortunately, there is such a moment, you can’t escape it. But this doesn’t bother me at all.
There are people who do not pay attention to their external imperfections; they do not prevent them from building their personal lives and careers. Look at Gerard Depardieu’s nose, it’s not just “potato”, but looks somewhere to the side, but this did not stop him from becoming a successful actor and being surrounded by beautiful women. The main thing is how a person feels about himself.
