When the impact on the ground has already occurred, then you offer us your hands—the hands of a doctor! We say these are “smart hands”. By giving us a part of yourself, your strength and knowledge, you have preserved the most valuable feeling - a feeling of compassion. They say that the brain is responsible for intelligence, and the soul is responsible for personality. If a doctor has preserved his soul, then he has matured as a person, as a person. Thanks to you, I can again fly into this huge sky called life, and not suffer and cry, as was the case with me before meeting you. That test on my road that I had to endure when faced with dishonest people, cruel, unfortunately, wearing white coats, but essentially not doctors, is the most terrible thing that any person in our difficult times who needs medical care can face. help. My story began two years ago in Rostov-on-Don. I went to the Yuno LLC medical clinic to see a plastic surgeon for medical services for intimate plastic surgery. The service they provided was not the one I applied for, but a different one, which not only disfigured me as a woman, but also made me suffer physically and mentally for two years. In fact, the doctor turned out to be not a plastic surgeon, but an ordinary obstetrician-gynecologist-general surgeon. Everything in this story was scary, and that the doctor turned out to be far from a professional and the operation needed to be redone, but also the human quality that this doctor simply lacked, namely mercy. Instead of support, the injured patient was literally “thrown out into the street” and cursed in the most obscene manner at the most difficult moment, when the patient needed support. After my long search for a real plastic surgeon who will take over and correct all this mess for me, I finally found the address of Professor Svetlana Vyacheslavovna Gagarina and where do you think? Many thanks to the entire team of Svetlana Vyacheslavovna Gagarina, namely: Olga Baburina - personal assistant, Natalya - operating room nurse, anesthesiologist - it was the best anesthesia in my life, and I had several of them and recovering from them was very difficult (vomiting for a day, IVs, injections, blood pressure was running high, my heart was failing). And these are not all people, because the team turned out to be large, friendly, and sincere. After all, I arrived alone without relatives and realized that I felt support from all sides. When I left, I didn’t just say goodbye in words, I wanted to hug everyone and each of them felt it and extended their hands to meet. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but believe me that in my soul I remember you all and will pray for you!
