Today, May 15, I went for a kidney study at the Emergency Ministry clinic on Optikov Street 54. The doctor in the MRI room advised me to do a CT scan of the kidneys, since the last time I had a CT scan. I agreed and went to the Computer Diagnostics room. They agreed to conduct the study, I needed a CT scan with contrast, so I immediately said that I had problems with my veins, they were very thin, no one reacted to this, they announced the amount that I agreed to. Then they asked me to wait in the corridor, I waited for 40 minutes, they told me that they were setting up the device. Then the procedure began. The nurse ruined 3 veins without getting into any, then decided to invite a nurse from the next office. We started the research itself, and in the middle the device stopped, the employees ran around it for a long time, studied the instructions, said that they had invited a computer specialist and now everything would be OK. But this happy moment for me did not happen, and after I was still running, they said that technology is technology and they are not to blame. And the 4 punctured veins, which are now swollen and purple in color??? Who should I blame for this, the incompetent nurse??? But the procedure for introducing contrast costs a lot of money. Why, you, the managers, hire non-professionals to your clinic, known throughout the city, and even for paid services, where everything should be at the HIGHEST level!!! I often used the services of your clinic, but this episode ruined everything! So much pain, but zero results! In 2015, I came to this center for breast reconstruction after its removal in Khabarovsk. The attending physician was Sergei Georgievich Shapovalov. Then I went to him for another two weeks for dressings. All the staff of the burns and plastic surgery department are sincere people who know their job and perform their duties as expected. Three years later I had to come to this center again, this time to remove the subclavian lymph nodes. The operation was performed by two doctors: Sergei Georgievich Shapovalov and Alexander Viktorovich Cheuso, an oncologist surgeon. The operation was quick and easy for me also thanks to the anesthesiologist Pyotr Aleksandrovich Stekanov, who promised me that he would do everything possible to ensure that I recovered normally after anesthesia. And indeed, in the ward they woke me up; not only did I not vomit, as was usually the case, but I didn’t even feel sick. And an hour later I was already having lunch in the ward. In the evening I began to feel nervous, I really wanted to eat something or at least drink, but I couldn’t. In addition, I couldn’t sleep for a long time; the evening and night turned out to be terrible. In the morning, I was warmly greeted at the center and taken to my room. Then I remember waking up in the ward. It was not very clear, but his face was bandaged, which reduced the visibility. But I was still able to at least somehow see the room; before that I didn’t even pay attention to the situation. It turned out that the room was quite clean, there was nothing unnecessary there. Nightstand and bed. Although they were supposed to watch me for only a day, this situation was a little depressing. Nurses often came in and inquired about my condition. I didn’t see the doctor very often; they examined me before I was discharged. Everything went well, but a little more time was needed for complete healing. Therefore, I saw the final result only after a few days; before that I didn’t even go to the mirror. The face really began to look much younger. The appearance was not spoiled, traces of surgical work could be seen, but in the future it seems to me that they will be almost invisible.
