We will also show the results of the injections in “before and after photos.”

About the manufacturer and products

Stylage products are manufactured by the French company Laboratoire Vivacy.

Founded in 2006, it burst into the beauty market without much preamble or hesitation thanks to its excellent high-tech base, good specialists and entrepreneurship. Since then, the company has not only maintained the once-set high level of product quality, but also regularly conducts research on customer satisfaction with its products. It is interesting that not only Laboratoire Vivacy employees are involved in the research, but also independent specialists to obtain a more objective assessment.

Head office, research center and production complex of VIVACY

On the territory of the Russian Federation, the official representative of Laboratoire Vivacy is the Westport company, which dates back to 2008. The company's record includes regular participation in international exhibitions on the topic of cosmetology, holding seminars on aesthetic medicine, and cooperation with numerous European partners.

Laboratoire Vivacy also produces:

  • professional cosmetics for skin care;
  • mesothreads;
  • other fillers and biorevitalizants based on hyaluronic acid – Excellent, BioMialVel.

Composition of Stylage fillers

The Stilage technique is based on the patented IPN-like technology (IPN – interpenetrating structured networks). Here, monophasic hyaluronic acid combines with the skin's natural collagen structure, allowing it to better maintain contour.

The manufacturer focuses on the composition of the filler: it contains mannitol, and some types contain sorbitol and lidocaine.

If lidocaine makes the procedure softer in sensitivity, then antioxidants prevent the hyaluronic acid from “creeping”. Many fillers with it do not hold the contour well in case of dehydration and sagging skin due to the natural process of collagen destruction.

According to cosmetologists, Stylage fillers solved this problem: antioxidants prevent radicals from destroying the cross-links of hyaluronic acid and reduce the consumption of the main substance to moisturize the skin.

And here two nuances appear.

  • Firstly, filler and moisturizing are two different things. But women need both effects that hyaluron provides, so experts recommend combining fillers with lifting or biorevitalization procedures. The French have developed separate preparations for such tasks in the Stylage line.
  • Secondly, a clear contour and soft volume are still different properties, and here patients and cosmetologists are not always honest with each other.

The declared properties of Stilage fillers attracted great interest from specialists and patients to Laboratoire Vivacy products, which allowed the brand to quickly enter the world market. If the company began production work in 2006, then already in 2009 Stylage became available on the Russian market.

Line of drugs Stylage

Stylage is based on cross-linked (stabilized) hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. It is produced using Laboratoire Vivacy's patented IPN-LIKE cross-linking technology. This substance is a transparent, viscous, elastic gel, which:

  • fills fine wrinkles and deep folds;
  • helps to correct the shape of lips, cheekbones, nose, chin, lower jaw line;
  • moisturizes the skin in its deep layers, replenishing the lack of its own hyaluronic acid that occurs with age.

Use of Stylage fillers depending on the treatment area

There are 13 drugs (11 fillers and 2 biorevitalizants) designed to solve different problems and different areas of application.

STYLAGE drug comparison table

Filler Styling – S, M, L, XL, Special Lips, Hydro

The natural desire to look young and beautiful brings women to beauty salons. It is the cosmetologist who can offer modern rejuvenation methods, which are an effective alternative to plastic surgery and are at the same time safe and affordable.

Today, injection procedures are in great demand, during which active substances are injected directly into the layers of the dermis.

The most popular procedures are biorevitalization and so-called “beauty injections” - the introduction of dermal fillers (usually based on hyaluronic acid). They are easy to use, effectively eliminate wrinkles and folds, and add additional volume. However, the duration of their effect (depending on the brand of the drug) is on average 6 months, and only some of them retain the effect for up to 12 months.

In turn, with fillers made from poly-L-lactic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite, the effect lasts up to 18-24 months, but working with these drugs requires extensive experience and special training of a dermatocosmetologist.

Natural correction STYLAGE

Modern drugs for the correction of age-related changes in the face are subject to very high demands: it is no longer enough for patients to know that the injected drug is safe and can eliminate wrinkles. It should correct the contour of the face depending on the age and characteristics of the skin, have a longer lasting effect and not be too expensive. Stylage's latest generation of injectable fillers will be able to satisfy these needs.

The development, production and distribution of the STYLAGE® product line is carried out by the French company Laboratoires Vivacy, established in early 2006, engaged in the research, development and production of injectable cosmetics, which has gained wide recognition and enormous popularity in the cosmetology market and among its consumers.

The exclusive supplier of Stylage products in Russia is Stylage, which has been operating in the market of professional cosmetology and aesthetic medicine since 1998.

How does Stylage differ from other hyaluronic acid-based products?

The introduction of hyaluronic acid into the dermal layers stimulates the formation of new elastin and collagen fibers in the skin, which increases its elasticity and also restores its water balance. In order for the gel to stay in the tissue longer, it must be reticulated.

Note. Reticulation is the stabilization of hyaluronic acid by the formation of stable intermolecular bonds between molecules through “cross-linking agents” that protect the acid from the aggressive effects of hyaluronidase.

Any preparation for contouring based on hyaluronic acid contains a stabilizer (mostly BBDE). It is thanks to him that hyaluronic acid “works” in the skin for a long time. The more stabilizer in the filler, the longer the effect of the injection lasts. But on the other hand, filler with a large amount of stabilizer becomes dense and less plastic.

Ideas brought to reality

Vivacy specialists managed to develop a unique IPN-Like technology (a method of double purification from stabilizer), which formed the basis of fillers for contour plastic surgery “Stylage”.

The innovative IPN-Like® technology makes it possible to obtain a monophasic gel with interpenetrating stabilized chains of hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights. As a result, additional interchain (electrostatic) bonds are formed between the chains, which optimize the density of chemical bonds and minimize the use of a stabilizing agent (BDDE), while maintaining the partial independence of the interpenetrating chains and slowing down the biodegradation of hyaluronic gel in tissues.

Thanks to IPN-Like technology, we obtain monophasic, viscoelastic gel fillers, optimally biocompatible with tissues, which are easily introduced and distributed, providing good filling capacity, a stable injection profile and effective elimination of aesthetic defects.

In addition, the manufacturing company included the antioxidant mannitol in the dermal fillers. This substance made it possible to reduce the amount of stabilizer in the gel by creating integrated chains of stabilized sodium hyaluronate, while the duration of the effect of the injection not only did not decrease, but, on the contrary, increased! This is the main advantage of “Style”!

Composition of drugs

Hyaluronic acid

The main active element is stabilized hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Its naturalness ensures high biocompatibility of this drug, which minimizes the risk of an allergic reaction. The network structure of the substance, in which the molecules form stable bonds with each other, makes it especially plastic and allows it to persist in tissues for a long time.

The choice of hyaluronic acid as the basis of the drug was not accidental. It has unique properties and has three directions of action:

  • accumulation and retention of moisture in tissues;
  • stimulation of collagen and elastin production;
  • activation of natural regenerative processes.

Mannitol

The presence of an antioxidant in the composition of the preparations. What are antioxidants? The body constantly produces free radicals - chemically active particles that damage surrounding cells, which leads to premature aging of tissues. Factors such as ultraviolet radiation, polluted air, tobacco smoke, and inflammatory processes in the body significantly increase the production of free radicals. The latter even affect the injected hyaluronic acid, accelerating its breakdown, and therefore shortening the duration of its stay in the dermis.

To counter the formation of free radicals that cause premature depolymerization of hyaluronic acid, a well-known substance, Mannitol, was introduced into the Stylage line of products.

Mannitol (polyhydric alcohol) is an antioxidant that can be found in nature (it is found in celery, olives and raspberries); this substance can reduce the side effects of hyaluronic acid injections (redness and swelling). Mannitol neutralizes free radicals, limits their effect on the skin and reduces the risk of inflammation after the procedure and prevents the destruction of hyaluronic acid in the body. In addition, mannitol, being a polyhydric alcohol, acts as a heat stabilizer for proteins and glycosaminoglycans, which allows products containing mannitol to be subjected to high-temperature steam sterilization methods, which cannot be done when other antioxidants are added to the composition.

Sorbitol

Sorbitol is also an antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals and prevents inflammation after injections. The substance is hygroscopic, therefore it promotes the accumulation and retention of moisture in the dermal layer. Natural origin, long-term use in practical medicine, harmlessness in combination with the properties of an antioxidant and heat stabilizer make sorbitol the drug of choice for inclusion in intradermal fillers.

Lidocaine

Another advantage of Stylage is a duplicate line of drugs with lidocaine, which significantly reduces the pain of the injection procedure. It is worth noting the cost of Stylage fillers, which are presented by the New Line Clinic - it is slightly lower than similar drugs, which cannot but please both cosmetologists and their patients.

Safety

The biological compatibility of Stilage products has been proven in accordance with the international standard ISO 10993.

Since March 2009, the new generation French drug Stylage for injection contouring based on hyaluronic acid has been approved for sale and use in the Russian Federation. (Registration certificate FSZ 2009/03607).

Line of drugs

There is an option with an anesthetic (STYLAGE Lidocaine Special Comfort), its use is not accompanied by painful sensations.

Filling and smoothing wrinkles with fillers

Dermal fillers are locally injectable fillers that perform a number of tasks when injected into the dermal tissue at varying depths. Most often used for smoothing wrinkles and folds, contouring (giving volume/shape to soft tissues), augmentation, eliminating lip asymmetry, and correcting the shape of the nose.

STYLAGE S, M and L

The undoubted advantages of the Vivasi Laboratory series are that an individual and unique formula has been developed for each drug.

The unique STYLAGE® Classic fillers are designed specifically to improve the appearance of superficial lines (STYLAGE® S) and treat moderate to deep wrinkles (STYLAGE® M and L) for each treatment area (face, neck, décolleté, hands).

Correction of small superficial wrinkles, medium and deep folds. Correction of finely wrinkled skin type by replenishing volume. Correction of the periorbital and glabellar areas.

All drugs have different densities and concentrations of the active substance, therefore they perform different functions and exhibit different effects of durability.

✔ Filler based on hyaluronic acid Stylage S (Stylage C or Style C) has the lowest density of 16 mg/g. It is less dense and viscous compared to other gels, so its effect is most delicate, and the result of application is very natural.

Light gel is designed to eliminate sagging skin and fine wrinkles (crow's feet, wrinkles around the mouth, glabellar lines), is effective against dark circles under the eyes, works at the level of the upper and middle layers of the dermis;

✔ Stylage M - a little denser, the gel has a higher concentration of hyaulorone (20 mg/ml), designed to eliminate wrinkles and creases of medium depth, convenient for correcting the shape of the nose, earlobe and jawline, active in the middle layers of the dermis. The filler contains the antioxidant mannitol, its action is aimed at neutralizing the most aggressive hydroxyl radicals and slowing down the breakdown of hyaluronate. The line also includes Stylage M filler with 0.3% lidocaine (anesthetic).

✔ Stylage L is an even denser gel for eliminating deep wrinkles and creases, copes well with nasolabial folds, marionette lines, is used to correct the shape of the lips and give them volume, rejuvenate the skin of the hands and create volume on the back of the hands. It has a soft, plastic, but at the same time dense texture. The highest concentration of HA – 24 mg/g – fills the deep layers of the dermis with the necessary substance to maintain healthy, flexible and smooth skin. The filler is suitable for all skin types, it is a hypoallergenic, biodegradable substance, that is, after decay, its particles are completely removed from the body.

Natural lip correction

STYLAGE® Special Lips

This filler is ideal for clients who wish to:

  • add volume to the lips, giving them juiciness and sensuality,
  • make the skin around the lips more youthful and elastic,
  • improve the natural shape of your lips,
  • add rich color to lips by deeply moisturizing the tissue,

Using Styleage Special Lips, you can correct the asymmetry of the upper or lower lip, correct perioral wrinkles, model a clear lip contour, and smooth out the philtrum (“Cupid’s bow”).

Style Special Lips is injected into the lips or around the mucous membrane of the lips.

The lip area, due to facial activity, vascularization and sensitivity to temperature and mechanical influences, creates certain difficulties for correction. To work in the mouth area, you need a filler created taking these features into account. Style Special Lips was specially designed for lip augmentation (enlargement), recreating their fullness and structure lost over time, meeting all the necessary requirements.

Speshal Lips is injected into the lip area and around them using standard techniques (microboluses, linear retrograde), i.e. injection depth - superficial and middle dermal layers.

STYLAGE Special Lips are also available with a local anesthetic, lidocaine, for added comfort during the procedure.

Restoring and creating volume using contouring

Contouring is an injection technique for filling wrinkles, as well as correcting the shape, volume and contours of the face through the introduction of dermal fillers.

STYLAGE XL and XXL are long-acting fillers, characterized by high density and viscosity, for the correction of deep wrinkles, volume filling, modeling, reticulated using IPN-Like + MANNITOL technology.

What are they intended for - indications for use:

  • restoration and creation of volume;
  • increase in volume of cheekbones and cheeks;
  • improvement of facial contours;
  • correction of sunken temples;
  • lifting gravitational ptosis of the face (sagging skin).

✔ Stylage XL is a fairly dense gel with a high degree of viscosity and elasticity, suitable for creating volume and contour correction of the face, it is injected deep into the dermis, but with subcutaneous injections it can eliminate ptosis and create volume in the cheekbones;

✔ Stylage XLL is a high-viscosity gel for restoring facial volumes lost as a result of age-related changes. It is considered one of the densest, if not the densest, of the many fillers currently available on the beauty market. The filler is injected into the deep layers of the skin or subcutaneous fat, it all depends on the desired result and the injection technique.

The XHL style is designed to work in the deep layers of the dermis. The gel is injected very deeply, right to the periosteum. Correction is usually performed using a flexible cannula, a modified “blunt-nosed” needle that lacks its sharp cutting edge. Thanks to this method of administering the gel, pain/unpleasant sensations are minimized.

Moisturizing and biorevitalization

Biological aging begins at 26-28 years (give or take) - the skin loses its turgor and becomes covered with wrinkles. Small wrinkles in the corners of the eyes and mouth, dull complexion, sagging skin, the geometry of the face begins to change - these are the external signs of age-related changes after 30 and older.

The effectiveness of many creams and gels with active ingredients for external use is questionable. Therefore, injection measures come to the rescue, primarily biorevitalization and meso.

The biorevitalization procedure involves saturating the superficial and deep layers of the dermis with special substances using injections or under the influence of external stimulating factors (hardware techniques). This also includes the popular mesotherapy, which involves the introduction of a certain amount of active ingredients (meso-cocktails) under the skin. But today the mutual intersection of these injection measures is such that it is already difficult for patients to discern the difference between them.

The Stylage series has such products - these are Stylage Hydro and Hydro Max: preparations for mesotherapy and biorevitalization (Hydro Max has a more prolonged effect).

✔ Unstabilized hyaluronic gel with an improved Stylage Hydro formula was created specifically to combat moderate dehydration and skin aging. It perfectly hydrates the skin and, by preserving the moisture so necessary for our dermis, increases firmness and elasticity, restores shine, which gives it a youthful and healthy appearance.

Gives a powerful moisturizing effect, improves complexion, skin structure, and slows down the signs of skin aging. The addition of the antioxidant MANNITOL protects against the action of free radicals and prevents the premature breakdown of unstabilized hyaluronic acid. Using 3D Matrix and IPN-Like technologies, the filler provides a long-lasting moisturizing effect.

The course includes 3 sessions over 3-4 weeks, followed by repeated procedures with a break of 3-6 months.

✔ For skin that has lost elasticity and is significantly dehydrated, we recommend Stylage HydroMax - a gel with “weakly cross-linked” hyaluronic acid not only restores the skin structure, but also provides double hydration.

The composition of the Stilage HydroMax gel, in addition to the easily stabilized acid with a concentration of 12.5 mg/g, also includes the bioresorbable and non-toxic antioxidant sorbitol. This powerful moisturizer performs three functions:

1) promotes deep hydration in the layers of the dermis,

2) exhibits antioxidant properties - fights free radicals that destroy skin cells and lead to the formation of wrinkles,

3) prolongs the effect of the drug, since 100% of the gel’s effectiveness goes to skin rejuvenation (in other brands without the addition of sorbitol, 70% of the effectiveness goes to moisturizing, and 30% to overcoming “oxidative stress”).

Initial procedure protocol:

2 courses with an interval of 1 month + an additional course after 2 months. Subsequent courses of correction - as necessary.

Before the procedure, a consultation is required to clarify the indications and contraindications for the use of drugs based on hyaluronic acid.

Injection techniques used

nappage technique

• Recommended for the face, neck, décolleté, back of the hand

• When performing microinjections, a minimal amount of the drug is administered

• Visualization of papules is not allowed.

• Distance between papules – 1cm

"point by point" technique

• Recommended for filling wrinkles in the eye area, lips, as well as for strengthening the oval of the face and the skin of the back of the hand

• Intradermal microinjections of 0.01 ml.

• The needle is inserted at regular intervals

• The diameter of papules is no more than 1 mm.

• Needle injection, drug administration, needle removal

Massage during/after the procedure helps to distribute the gel evenly in the dermal layer.

Recovery after the procedure - recommendations from cosmetologists

The rehabilitation period after injection measures is 3–12 days, determined by the individual characteristics of the patient’s body. During the specified period of time you should:

✓ avoid aggressive mechanical effects on the facial skin (peelings, scrubs, etc.);

✓ do not visit solariums, saunas, baths and swimming pools;

✓ avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight;

✓ do not wash your face or use decorative cosmetics for the first day;

✓ use cold compresses and reduce the amount of fluid consumed;

✓ do not consume salty foods or alcohol for the first two days (the goal is to reduce swelling);

✓ use antiseptics (the goal is to eliminate inflammation).

How long does the effect last after correction?

The duration of the effect is individual and depends on many factors - skin type and structure, age, lifestyle, area of injection and injection method used by the dermatocosmetologist. On average it is:

✓ Stylage S – from 9 to 12 months;

✓ Stylage M and L – up to 12 months;

✓ Stylage XL and XXL – from 12 months;

✓ Stylage Special Lips – from 6 to 9 months.

Being a latest generation product, fillers from Laboratoires Vivacy have a number of important advantages compared to similar hyaluronic gels:

✓ Using 3D Matrix technology, which provides a lasting, long-lasting effect.

✓ Using IPN-Like technology, which gives the gel additional elasticity, making the result look as natural as possible.

✓ The filler contains antioxidants (mannitol, sorbitol), which provide an additional rejuvenating effect, and ice caine, which makes injections virtually painless.

✓ Favorable cost of fillers - prices for Stylage are slightly lower than for other popular fillers.

✓ The drug does not cause allergic reactions, is perfectly combined with other fillers from the Stylage series, and is also combined with drugs based on botulinum toxin. Stylage S can be combined with chemical peeling at a minimum interval of 2 weeks.

From what age can it be used?

Since the content of own hyaluronic acid in tissues begins to gradually decrease from about 30 years of age, at an earlier age Stilage preparations can only be used as a means of emergency skin restoration after sudden weight loss, intense sun exposure (sea vacation) or for the correction of facial features, if any. such a necessity.

In all other cases, the biorevitalization procedure will not give any effect. From the age of 30, you can conduct courses of several procedures for administering hyaluronic acid preparations. From the age of 35 between courses, it is advisable to carry out maintenance procedures once every 4-6 months.

Only a certified specialist can decide during a face-to-face consultation how many procedures per course should be performed to obtain the desired result.

Biocompatibility of the drug

The results of a study conducted by 10 specialists in aesthetic medicine, cosmetology and plastic surgery (a group of 96 patients were observed for a year) confirm the clinical effectiveness and high effectiveness of the drugs, and good tolerability of the Style line of fillers. In the observed group, swelling, redness and hematomas, which are often found after such injections, subsided within 3-5 days.

Follow-up for 3 years revealed no late-term side effects. Similar results were obtained for STYLAGE® Lidocaine and Hydromax.

Studies have shown that the aesthetic effect lasts for a year, and an improvement in the dermal structure is observed within three months after the injection. The client/cosmetologist's satisfaction with the result throughout the study remains at a ratio of 8 to 10. The presence of lidocaine does not affect the duration of the effect.

Warning

The manufacturer does not recommend the use of dermal fillers for pregnant or lactating women, clients under the age of eighteen, patients with autoimmune diseases, as well as people with individual intolerance to hyaluronic acid and other filler components.

It should be taken into account that before using the injection, the patient must inform the dermatocosmetologist about the presence of allergies, immune and infectious diseases.

Hyaluronic acid injections should not be combined with any other aesthetic cosmetology techniques, including hardware techniques or chemical peels, if they were performed less than three weeks ago.

Equipment

The drugs are supplied in disposable, pre-filled syringes, packaged in a blister.

The kit includes thin needles, the shortened shape of which allows the contouring session to be carried out as comfortably as possible, and the diameter of the needle makes injection manipulations almost painless.

A unique short syringe with symmetrical finger support on special handles and reverse markings allows you to control the volume of the injected drug and simplifies injections.

What is the price

As for the price range of drugs from the French brand Style, they are slightly more affordable than their direct competitors.

The table shows approximate prices per package; the exact number of required injections is determined by a cosmetologist at the initial consultation.

Comparison with analogues

Let's take a general look at the example of a direct competitor of Juvederm from Allergan.

Let's take Juvederm Ultra Smile and Stylage Special Lips Lidocaine for comparison.

Juvederm Ultra Smile is the undoubted leader in the lip filler market. Juvederm Ultra Smile effectively eliminates fine wrinkles around the mouth, smoothing the skin, helps to give not only additional volume, but also to emphasize the red border and, due to tissue hydration, add natural color to the skin.

The basis of this monophasic filler is concentrated (24 mg/ml) hyaluronic acid, supplemented with phosphate buffer and lidocaine. The results of statistical data show that this dermal filler becomes a “favorite” of women after the first correction: more than 90 percent of clients were satisfied with the results of the correction/enlargement.

However, according to reviews from cosmetologists, the durability of the result after using Ultra Smile is somewhat less than after injections of Stilage Special Lips. According to the manufacturer of Juvederm, the residence time of the gel in the tissues is 3-9 months, depending on the individual characteristics of each patient’s body. However, judging by the reviews of clients, in reality, Juvederm Smile often stays in the lips for no more than 5-6 months. In this regard, Lips has a more prolonged effect, since the IPN-Like technology ensures “cross-linking” of hyaluronic acid chains with additional cross-links, this gives the filler additional resistance to the effects of hyaluronidase, which destroys the gel over time.

But if the client does not require large volumes, pronounced augmentation, but only needs to emphasize the contour, carry out a delicate lip correction that will look natural without being conspicuous to others, then Juvederm Ultra Smile will be preferable.

Which dermal filler to choose is up to the cosmetologist and the client to decide. To summarize, it can be noted that both drugs are worthy examples of modern injection products: safe, effective, comfortable for both the client and the cosmetologist.

Reviews from patients and cosmetologists

Patients who have tried the effects of Stylage fillers note the maximum positive effect and the absence of adverse reactions. Also attractive is the affordable cost and duration of the positive effect after the rejuvenation procedure.

Cosmetologists who have the opportunity to compare the composition and therapeutic effect of the injection of fillers from different manufacturers very often recommend the drug Styledzh to their patients.

Below are some of the reviews from women who have undergone correction with these fillers.

After a craze for fillers began among friends in the last couple of years, I finally decided to try it too. Moreover, by this time I had accumulated evidence.

I decided to do injections based on hyaluron, and at that time the master, besides Stylege, had only one more, unfamiliar to me, and Radiesse, but it was based on calcium hydroxyapatite, so Stylege was chosen. Hyaluronic acid in fillers can be of different densities/thickness - each zone requires hyaluronic acid of different densities. Less dense ones last from a month to six months under the skin, more dense ones - up to a year or more.

I know that many people do without anesthesia during the correction, since the number of injections is not very large - you can endure it. But I don’t like pain, it’s better to pay 500 rubles and lie quietly, without wincing or twitching. There was a slight discomfort when administering the drug, a feeling of something extra under the skin, but after kneading it all goes away. The cosmetologist immediately does a small massage to ensure the correct placement of the drug under the skin.

After six months, a little of the gel was gone, and I decided to make a correction. The cosmetologist said that the procedure is cumulative and next time the effect will be better and will last longer. Well, let's see)

My husband was initially against it, but after seeing the result he changed his mind, and now that I mentioned a second correction he even supported it.

The same master did it for me, with the same filler, but this time not with a needle, but with a cannula, through 1 puncture. This time less gel was used, only 1 ml. The sensations are almost the same, and the results are also good. In addition, after the procedure, the oval of the face was slightly tightened. I'm happy with the result, I see the difference. Maybe not as much as I would like, but it is there.

The only drawback of the filler is its price. The procedure cost me 16 thousand. If you do everything that I planned - cheekbones, nasolabial lips and lips - it will be about 50 thousand. A little expensive, but when you see the result, you forget about the money spent.

Svetlana, Arkhangelsk

I am already 38 years old, my face has already “swollen”, jowls have begun to appear, my nasolabial lips have become quite pronounced, wrinkles have appeared here and there, in short, looking at myself in the mirror is no longer so joyful. At the clinic where I decided to go, they selected a medium-density French filler, Stylage-M, based on my age. It was my first time doing contouring and therefore I was afraid that the result would be unsuccessful, but as they say, my fears were in vain.

The procedure is tolerable. Immediately, of course, there were bruises, redness, and painful sensations in the injection area. She injected me 4 times in each direction, after each injection she distributed the gel with her hands (this, by the way, was more unpleasant than the injection). It took one and a half syringes of 1 ml for my face.

The problems went away, the oval tightened up, but it seemed to me that somehow it wasn’t quite right. But this is more of a nitpick; all my friends have noticed an improvement. After the swelling goes down, the injection sites no longer seem so big - if you don’t inject enough gel, the result seems zero. But this is more of a nitpick; all my friends have noticed an improvement.

I got it pierced seven months ago, the effect still lasts, I think it will last a year and a half, as the cosmetologist said.

In general, I definitely recommend contour plastic surgery for women, especially in adulthood.

Victoria, Cheboksary

In principle, I didn’t choose the filler, I chose the artist on whom the final result depends, and I chose him based on Instagram, I liked the photos of the work, and the reviews were mostly positive.

The choice was presented: Juvederm Ultra Smile (16 thousand), Stylage Special Lips (17 thousand), Surgiderm (16 thousand). We decided on Special Lips, it is good because it has a softer texture, and those who enlarge their lips for the first time are best suited (my case).

the beautician applied pain-relieving ointment to me and covered it with film. When the lips were frozen, we began correction. I didn’t expect any strong pain, so I wasn’t particularly worried, I lay calm. But in vain! The first injection into the contour of the upper lip was painful, the second, and the third too. Let me put it briefly: every injection of filler, every puncture hurt. And when I started injecting hyaluronic acid into the middle of my upper lip, tears started flowing from my eyes...

Almost immediately after the procedure, my lips became swollen. You won’t be able to make your lips into a “tube” and lick them for several days, it all depends on the individual characteristics of the body. The drug gave me a decent amount of swelling, so my lips seemed sooooo big, really really big. But after two weeks it became normal, by the way there were no lumps. The first two days I slept half-sitting, I was afraid that the gel would not deform because I like to sleep with my face in the pillow. The first month my lips were very dry, but now it’s all gone.

I think that the topic of lip enlargement is quite relevant because many secretly would like to have bigger lips, otherwise all sorts of balms, creams and other means for visual enlargement would not be so popular.

Age restrictions

The use of “beauty injections” is difficult to strictly link to any age. The individual characteristics of the body, skin condition, lifestyle and much more play a role here. An approximate formula based on the calculations of cosmetologists and their long-term observations looks like this:

  • From 18 to 27 years old, the use of biorevitalizants and Stylage fillers for rejuvenation does not make sense, since at this time the skin itself copes with the synthesis of hyaluronic acid. However, in exceptional cases, fillers can be used to correct minor defects, for example, violation of the symmetry of facial features.
  • From 27 to 35 years is a suitable age for biorevitalization, which will keep the skin fresh and elastic.
  • From age 35, cells begin to slow down the rate of production of hyaluronic acid and need external nutrition. This is where the most fertile time for Stylage fillers begins.
  • Lip contouring can be done at any age, starting from 18 years. There are no other restrictions on it. tations.

In each individual case, the decision on the use of drugs is made by a cosmetologist during a face-to-face consultation.

What are the clinical indications for the use of fillers?

In clinical cosmetology, plastic surgery with fillers is an opportunity to avoid surgical intervention while achieving a high therapeutic effect. The indications are:

  • Small, medium, deep wrinkles and skin creases formed during age-related changes;
  • Folds, wrinkles, creases in the forehead, nasolabial folds;
  • Asymmetrical, excessively thin, disproportionate lips;
  • Pronounced deep nasolacrimal grooves;
  • Drooping of the corners of the lips;
  • Crow's feet around the eyes;
  • Swimming oval face;
  • Nose asymmetry, curvature, visible hump;
  • Hyperpigmentation, acne marks, acne;
  • Signs of age-related changes in the décolleté, neck, face, hands;
  • Bags and swelling under the eyes.

Contraindications for use

Almost the only reason to abandon the idea of using Stylage products once and for all could be an allergy to one of their components. Other restrictions are more likely temporary, but they should not be neglected.

Postpone your transformation at least for a while if you have:

  • increased temperature regardless of the reason;
  • a viral or cold disease has been diagnosed;
  • have any skin disease, including herpes;
  • problems with the immune system of various kinds;
  • At the moment there are inflammatory processes in the body;
  • low degree of blood clotting;
  • diabetes;
  • epilepsy;
  • there are neoplasms.

In addition, if you are going to take a course of any medications, do not forget to warn your cosmetologist about this. Taking some medications is incompatible with the procedure - for example, regular aspirin or St. John's wort decoction can cause bruising at the injection sites.

Getting ready for injections Stylage

Recommends stopping taking blood thinning medications, aspirin, vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory drugs a week in advance. Doctors do not do preliminary tests of Stylazh; an allergy to its components or anesthetics may cause the drug to be replaced. You will have to refuse correction with Stilage drugs if:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • The presence of acute infections and inflammations, skin lesions in the problem area.
  • Specific diseases (autoimmune, oncology, impaired blood clotting, tendency to scar formation).
  • Keloid scars and tissue hypertrophy (cannot be treated).

Comparison of Stylage fillers with competitors

There are plenty of products similar to Stylage on the beauty market. Some of them have something to oppose to the French fillers, others are hopelessly inferior to them. What you choose is ultimately up to you.

Comparison with analogues

There are quite a few analogues of Stilazh on the cosmetics market, but they all have individual characteristics:

  • Preparations from the Princess line - contain hyaluronic acid and glycerin, used to restore the clarity of the oval of the face, enlarge the lips, level the relief and smooth out nasolabial folds, the result lasts no longer than 10 months;
  • multi-component Aquashine gels - they contain hyaluronic acid, peptides, amino acids, are administered only in a course, are absolutely not suitable for contouring, can only improve the general condition of the skin, the effect lasts for 12 months;
  • Ellanse is a powerful drug that fills deep wrinkles, corrects skin defects, does not migrate in the intercellular space and does not provoke allergies, the effect lasts up to 4 years.

Contour plastic Stylage

Let us immediately note that you can trust the injection of fillers only to a specialist who has a certificate to perform this procedure and works under appropriate conditions. This means that no matter how tempting the idea of saving a few thousand by visiting a cosmetologist at home may seem, it is not worth doing. If something goes wrong, you will hardly be able to get qualified help or achieve compensation.

Follow three rules strictly:

  1. Trust your face only to a certified specialist and only in a specially equipped salon.
  2. Request a certificate confirming the authenticity of the drug. A good cosmetologist will demonstrate it to you himself, and in the case of Stylage fillers, he will also give you a sticker, which usually comes with the product as an additional sign of its quality.
  3. Follow all the requirements of the cosmetologist, carefully prepare for the procedure and do not forget about safety measures after it.

Preliminary preparation

Typically, 1-2 weeks pass between the first consultation with a cosmetologist and the procedure, during which the client must:

  • refuse to visit bathhouses, saunas, swimming pools, open reservoirs and solariums;
  • do not appear in the sun without a wide-brimmed hat, dark glasses and cream with UV filters;
  • do not subject your facial skin to aggressive procedures, be it chemical peeling in a beauty salon or a homemade sugar scrub.

Create comfortable conditions for your skin, cleanse it with soft milk and toner, do not make cosmetic masks that can cause irritation.

Introduction of fillers

  1. It is better to go to an appointment with a cosmetologist without makeup. Your face will still be thoroughly cleaned before the injections, it just takes longer with makeup.

  2. Then markings will be applied to clean skin, which will later serve as a guide for the cosmetologist administering the drug.

  3. The desired area of the face will be treated with an anesthetic to reduce pain.

  4. The specialist will open the package of the drug in front of you and remove from it a syringe with an ultra-thin needle. The filler will be injected under the skin along the marked lines.

  5. The face will be treated again with a special product, this time with antiseptic properties. The procedure will end with a short but intense massage session, which will help the gel to be evenly distributed under the skin.

The results of filler injections manifest themselves in different ways. For some it will be visible immediately, for others it will be visible in a couple of days. But if a cosmetologist advises you to wait 2-3 weeks for the gel to “form,” you are either dealing with an incompetent person or a fraudster.

About the procedure

Depending on the problem, a drug is selected and injected pointwise into cleansed and treated skin. Emla cream is usually used, which reduces sensitivity in about half an hour.

Depending on the procedure and the amount of work, the insertion technique differs. Stylage Hydro is introduced within half an hour (biorevitalization), and correction of wrinkles and relief with fillers takes 10-30 minutes.

Approximately 1 minute is allotted for 1 injection. Then the cosmetologist performs an intense massage so that the filler goes on more evenly and is not obvious.

Biorevitalization Stylage

Unlike contour plastic surgery, restoring volume and filling deep wrinkles is not the primary goal of biorevitalization. This procedure acts more as a prevention, dealing only with fine superficial wrinkles and refreshing the skin. Its main goal is to provide the dermis with high-quality hydration, therefore biorevitalizant gels are less concentrated and have a more liquid texture.

Biorevitalization differs in steps from contour plastic surgery only in the method of drug administration. Different types of techniques are used:

  • Papular. Biogel is injected into the upper layers of the skin through a needle located at a certain angle. The bumps-papules that form under the skin prolong the effect of the drug, although at first the skin may not look aesthetically pleasing.

  • Linear. The needle penetrates the middle layers of the dermis parallel to the surface of the skin. The drug is administered at the moment of its extraction, so the biogel is located in the tissues in the thinnest “line” - in the direction of movement of the needle.

  • Pinpoint microinjections. The cosmetologist performs a series of punctures located as close to each other as possible, each time introducing a tiny amount of gel. This makes it possible to achieve high precision in the treatment of wrinkles and uniform distribution of the drug in the tissues.

Description of the procedure

The correction procedure itself can be divided into several stages:

  • preparatory;
  • introduction of filler;
  • advising the patient about further treatment and possible side effects.

Preparation

For a certain time before the procedure, consultations with a physician are held, where he determines the points of influence and the placement scheme. A complete medical history is collected to determine the presence or absence of contraindications.

The cosmetologist will also give the client a number of recommendations that must be followed:

  • one month before the procedure, you must stop taking antibiotics and hormonal drugs;
  • You can’t do tattooing or deep peeling;
  • one week before the correction, you should not drink alcohol or strong coffee;
  • carefully regulate the diet, reduce the salt content in food;
  • Smoking is prohibited on the day of the procedure;
  • do not visit places with high temperatures (steam rooms);
  • protect your face from ultraviolet exposure.

Also at this stage, the filler is selected and the possibility of using anesthesia is discussed.

Administration technique

Before using this or that filler, the cosmetologist is obliged to check the expiration date, availability of a product certificate, and batch number. The ampoule is opened in front of the patient.

Next, the doctor performs the following manipulations:

  • cleanses the face of remnants of cosmetics and care products. Treats affected areas with anesthetic;
  • marks puncture sites;
  • introduces filler;
  • massages injection sites for better distribution of the gel;
  • Apply professional ointment or regenerating cream.

All manipulations take no more than half an hour.

Administration zones

Depending on the problem being solved and the type of drug, filler can be injected into the superficial, middle and deep layers of the skin.

The product is implanted according to the chosen technique. No more than 2 ml is administered in 1 session. After the procedure, tingling may occur at the puncture sites.

Duration of action

On average, the duration of action lasts up to 1 year. The lasting effect depends on several factors:

  • filler gel used for the procedure;
  • compliance with doctor's recommendations.
  • patient's lifestyle.

Rules for the rehabilitation period

The rules for caring for your skin after procedures are simple, but mandatory. At this time it is important:

  • keep your face clean using products recommended by a cosmetologist, including antiseptics;
  • do not perform peelings, massages and other aggressive procedures;
  • continue to avoid open bodies of water, swimming pools, baths, solariums, beaches and use sun protection.

The recovery period lasts 2-3 weeks.

After the procedure

The specialist recommends the need for massage and additional care depending on the situation.

General rule: do not sunbathe for about a week, do not wear heavy makeup for 2 days, do not use alcohol-based products or drying lotions.

Creams should be taken softer than usual. This will help the skin recover faster after injections and heal the puncture sites.

Limit the temperature: saunas, steam baths and swimming pools are not recommended during the recovery period.

How long does the effect last?

How long the effect of the drug will last depends on the individual characteristics of the body, the thoroughness of skin care and many other factors. Even a trip to a country with a hotter climate can play a role - for example, if you use fillers immediately before your vacation.

According to the calculations of Laboratoire Vivacy itself, the average results look like this:

  • Stylage S : up to 9 months.
  • Stylage L : up to 12 months.
  • Stylage M and Stylage M Lidocain : up to 12 months.
  • Stylage XL and Stylage XXL : from 8 to 14 months.
  • Stylage Special Lips: 6 to 9 months.
  • Stylage Hydoro and Hydromax : 2-4 months.

Pros and cons of Filler Rack

The fillers of the Rack line have a whole list of advantages:

  • affordable price of drugs;
  • ease of administration into the superficial and deep layers of the dermis;
  • can be used by women of different ages;
  • the plasticity of the gel and the ease of its distribution in the intercellular space;
  • long-term preservation of the results obtained – in most cases up to 12 months.

Only two points stand out from the shortcomings:

  • manipulation of drug administration should be carried out exclusively in an outpatient/clinical setting and by a person with a higher medical education;
  • high probability of side effects during the recovery period.

Indications and contraindications

  • excessive skin dehydration;
  • correction of individual zones;
  • oval contour modeling.

Contour plastic using fillers from the Stylage line allows you to solve the following problems:

  • emphasize (if necessary complement) the shape of the cheekbones and chin;
  • adjust the shape of the earlobes and nose;
  • increase lip volume;

  • at the time of biorevitalization, the patient’s chronic diseases worsened;

Important: administration of the drug in the presence of contraindications is fraught with the development of some negative reactions for the patient.

The most common:

  • swelling in the eyelid area;
  • hematomas at the site of filler injection;
  • changes in the color of treated skin;
  • lumps under the skin that can only be eliminated through surgery.

It is impossible to predict how the body will react to the administration of the drug Stylage. Therefore, it is very important to follow all the recommendations of the cosmetologist before and after the rejuvenation course.

Side effects and possible complications

No cosmetic procedure is immune from complications. By the way, this is another reason to avoid craftsmen working at home, since creating sterility in a private apartment is many times more difficult than in a salon, which means the risks increase proportionally. But even after a visit to a beauty salon, a client may be displeased to discover:

  • itching;
  • pain;
  • swelling;
  • redness;
  • bruising at the injection site;
  • tubercles-papules clearly visible under the skin.

All these are fairly typical reactions to injections and disappear within 3-5 days. If after this period the discomfort and marks on the skin do not disappear, you should visit the cosmetologist who performed the procedure for a consultation. Otherwise, a mild temporary defect may develop into a serious health problem.

Are there any side effects from hyaluronic acid?

The introduction of hyaluronic acid Rack may be accompanied by side effects:

  • discomfort directly during the procedure;
  • feeling of fullness, swelling of the face after injections;
  • itching of the skin at the puncture sites;
  • swelling;
  • formation of small hematomas/bruises;
  • the presence of unexpressed papules.

All of these symptoms are temporary and cosmetologists do not consider it necessary to carry out any treatment for them. Literally on the 3-5th day of the recovery period, the condition of the facial skin is completely stabilized and normalized.

Stages of the procedure

Before starting the procedure, the cosmetologist must find out if the patient has any allergic reactions or intolerance to hyaluronic acid and local anesthetics.

If everything is in order, then a special cream is applied to the skin and covered with a film.

After thirty minutes, when the anesthetic begins to “work,” you can begin biorevitalization. On average, it takes about half an hour. It should be noted that the procedure time directly depends on the areas that need to be corrected with the Stilage filler. After administering the drug, the cosmetologist massages the skin to prevent the formation of lumps.

Popular questions

How safe are Stylage fillers and biorevitalizants?

Biogel is created in such a way as to minimize the risk of allergies. Since hyaluronic acid, which makes up its main part, is part of body tissue, rejection is unlikely. However, the success of the procedure depends 50% on the skill of the cosmetologist, so take care to find a trustworthy specialist.

Is it possible to combine Stylage fillers with drugs from other companies?

It is possible if they are created on the basis of hyaluronic acid. In this case, some areas of the face can be pierced with Stylage biogel, while others can be pierced with a product from another company.

How long does biogel stay in the body?

Even the thickest and “long-lasting” XXL disintegrates and is completely eliminated from the body within 8-14 months.

At what age are they used?

The amount of natural hyaluronic acid in a person’s skin begins to decrease by the age of thirty. Therefore, cosmetologists do not recommend using the products from the Stylage line until the patient reaches this age.

Upon reaching thirty years of age, it is advisable for patients to undergo a course of biorevitalization at least once a year.

After thirty-five years, rejuvenation sessions using the drug Stylage S are carried out once every three months. This is necessary to maintain youthful and beautiful skin.

Important: the cosmetologist considers each specific case individually, determining the required number of rejuvenation sessions and the dose of the administered drug.

Cosmetologists' opinions

According to official statistics from Laboratoire Vivacy, 91% of doctors who use Stylage products are confident that its use guarantees the most natural result. 87% praised fillers' ability to create volume, and 85% said their clients' skin quality had significantly improved.

But these are official statistics. How are things going on cosmetologist forums?

Two experts at once praise the drug for its stable results at a moderate cost.

But the cosmetologist advises the girl who still has papules under her skin after using Hydro Max not to be upset, because she is confident in Stylage.

Another cosmetologist advises to carefully check the authenticity of the drug using stickers included in the package, choose competent specialists and read the instructions, since fillers for contouring and biorevitalization give different results.

How does the procedure work?

After consultation and preliminary examination, the cosmetologist will schedule an appointment. You need to go to the doctor with clean skin and no makeup. Your face will still cleanse, but without makeup it will just take less time. The next stage is applying special markings to the areas to be corrected. It will serve as a guide for the medical professional administering the filler injections.

If necessary, the skin is treated with products containing an anesthetic. This is required in order to reduce pain during drug administration. The filler package is opened in front of the patient, after which the drug is taken with a syringe with a thin needle. Next, the drug is carefully injected into the skin area under the markings. The procedure is completed with a light massage. With its help, the filler will be evenly distributed under the skin. It is important to note that the result appears differently in patients. For some it is visible literally immediately, while for others it takes a couple of days. Usually the gel is “formulated” within a week.

Patient reviews

To complete the picture, let’s take a look at patient reviews.

A woman talks about Stylage as a “calm” product that provides a natural look to the treated area of the face.

In response to a question about the quality of Stylage fillers, the girl shares her impressions after repeated lip augmentation.

And just reviews from readers on the report of one of the site visitors on the results of using fillers for the correction of nasolabial wrinkles.

In general, we can safely say that Stylage is a modern and high-quality preparation for combating age-related changes and other skin imperfections. They fulfill the promises made by the manufacturer, are not too expensive and have their own advantages over competitors. However, Stylage products are also not without their shortcomings, judging by the comparison table. So the final decision is still yours to make.

Contraindications

The use of Stylage fillers is safe and has a minimum of contraindications:

  • pregnancy and feeding;
  • individual sensitivity to components;
  • intolerance to anesthetics;
  • use of anticoagulants;
  • bleeding disorders;
  • oncological diseases;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • skin inflammation.

Before the session, you need to inform the cosmetologist about all known contraindications - this will help prevent possible side effects.

Cost of the procedure

The cost of the procedure depends on the type of gel used. The minimum cost of Stylage fillers is as follows:

  • Stylage S - 13,500 Russian rubles;
  • Stylage M - 14,500 Russian rubles;
  • Stylage L - 16,500 Russian rubles;
  • Stylage XL - 17,500 Russian rubles.
