Meline filler is produced by the South Korean company Biostandart. It is based on hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, which has undergone multi-stage purification. The drug belongs to a new generation and has a long duration of action.
Buyanov Sergey Yurievich (Expert Doctor):
Homogenized hyaluronic acid differs from natural one in its resistance to the influence of body enzymes. This happens because enzymes do not immediately determine the substrate that should be broken down to produce energy. In addition, after the introduction of artificially created hyaluronic acid, less time passes for the formation of a cellular structure, due to which the desired effect is realized.
What is this
Meline fillers are made from stabilized hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The drug allows you to stop the first signs of skin aging and activate the regeneration process in the deep layers of the epidermis.
Meline contouring preparations consist of several composition variations, each of which contains hyaluronic acid in different concentrations and lidocaine for painless administration.
The products are distinguished by their prolonged action due to the special treatment of acid molecules. Effective as fillers for the face, as well as for correcting the intimate area.
The long-term effect of the product is due to the low sensitivity of the molecules due to stabilization from decay.
The filler also contains lidocaine, which makes the procedure less painful and eliminates the need for additional anesthesia injections.
Product Description
The basis of fillers in the Myline line is stabilized hyaluronic acid. It is considered the most effective in eliminating signs of aging, triggers regenerative processes in the skin, deeply moisturizes it and remains in the dermis for a long time.
Stabilization by biochemical synthesis allows the sensitive molecule to be protected from degradation for long-lasting clinical effect.
The products also contain lidocaine, which makes the injection procedure painless without additional anesthetic injections.
Efficiency
This line effectively fights the initial signs of aging and pronounced wrinkles, irregularities in the facial contour and creases.
The effect is noticeable after the first procedure and lasts for a long time.
Indications for use
- Wrinkles of varying severity;
- Sagging soft tissues of the face;
- Violations of the oval of the face;
- Lack of volume in the lips, chin, and intimate area;
- Consequences of injuries and burns;
- Dehydration of the skin.
Advantages
The presented fillers are easily injected and distributed into the dermis thanks to thin laser-sharpened needles included in the kit.
The preparations do not cause allergic reactions thanks to a multi-stage hyaluronic acid purification system, which makes the Meline line optimal for working with delicate areas, including intimate plastic surgery.
They have high quality and a proven level of safety. They are removed from the body through biodegradation without consequences.
Buyanov Sergey Yurievich (Expert Doctor):
Biodegradation means the breakdown of hyaluronic acid molecules into small fragments, which are subsequently converted into water and a certain amount of ATP molecules under the action of enzymes. In this way, hyaluronic acid is broken down without leaving the injection area. Due to this, the drug acts exclusively locally - without contact with the bloodstream, therefore, the liver and kidneys.
The administration is painless due to the presence of an anesthetic substance in the composition. The result lasts for 6 months.

Healing period
After the procedure, swelling occurs and redness of the skin may appear. But such symptoms go away on their own after 1-2 days. During this period, it is important to exclude any impact on the epidermis.
Complete tissue healing occurs after 10-14 days, depending on individual characteristics. Complications arise only if the rules are not followed during the rehabilitation period, the use of alcoholic beverages, medications, or the presence of inflammatory or infectious diseases.
Cost of drugs, where to buy
The average cost for 1 ml ranges from 1600 to 2500 rubles, depending on the region and the seller’s pricing policy.

Recommendations after
After using Meline fillers, you should follow a number of rules that will help prevent the development of undesirable consequences.
Experts recommend avoiding visiting a solarium during the rehabilitation period after filler injection. You should also not sunbathe in the sun. Before going outside, you must apply sunscreen.
You should not sleep on your face at night. Immediately after the procedure, you do not need to take a horizontal position for six hours.
Lip augmentation with Juvederm
Juvederm® (Yuvederm®) is a new trend in the cosmetic industry.
Exposure to heat is also not recommended. That is why you should also refuse to visit the bathhouse.
You should not use cosmetics for 2-3 days. After 3 days, you can apply mascara and shadows. Products that cover the horse's coat and clog pores are only allowed to be used no earlier than a week later.
Active facial expressions are also excluded during the first few days. You should try not to touch your face during this period. For 14 days, it is not recommended to use products such as peeling and others that have an aggressive effect on the skin. This is due to the fact that the upper layer of the epidermis is damaged and unnecessary exposure will lead to complications.
During the first week, you should also avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, as they increase blood circulation.
You need to wash your face without using soap. It can be replaced with special foams that have a soft, soothing effect.
The cosmetologist will also recommend a number of care products after using fillers.
Consequences
If you do not take proper care of your skin after the injection of Meline fillers, certain consequences may occur. In the early stages, complications such as swelling of soft tissues, redness of the skin, itching and burning occur. All of them go away on their own after a few days, as they are a normal reaction of the body to damage to the skin and the introduction of a foreign substance.
But in some cases the following complications may occur:
- Painful sensations. They have varying intensities, but are relieved with painkillers.
- Bruises and hematomas. Appear as a result of vascular injury.
- Inflammation . It often goes away after 3 days, but if the rules of hygiene and care are not followed, it only gets worse.
- asymmetry , appearance of bumps. Their appearance is due to the migration of the gel when it is injected deep enough. Treatment is carried out using several methods, including physiotherapy.
- Necrosis . Occurs when the gel penetrates into the vessel. Necrotic changes lead to visible defects and are irreversible.
- Allergic reaction. It is expressed in the manifestation of itching, redness, spots, hives, burning.
- Small formations . They are a common complication. They often go away after 2 days, but can persist for 5 days.
Also, the consequences after the introduction of fillers include the development of an infectious lesion. Pathogenic microorganisms penetrate through punctures along with a needle or through microdamages if the rules of hygiene and facial skin care are not followed. That is why it is important to follow all the recommendations of the cosmetologist.
If complications occur, it is important to immediately contact the specialist who performed the procedure. Timely treatment will help avoid more serious consequences.
Myline fillers – reviews, before and after photos, cosmetologists’ opinions about the drug
Thousands of women around the world successfully use fillers to turn back time, get rid of age-related changes and minor cosmetic skin defects. Most often, these injections are used to smooth out wrinkles, increase lip volume, and correct the contour of the cheekbones and chin.
The line of the South Korean brand MELINE includes 3 types of fillers - Deep, Volume and Classic. The main component of fillers is stabilized hyaluronic acid. Fillers are designed to correct age-related skin defects.

What are Meline dermal fillers?
In cosmetology, fillers are gel-like preparations for injections that are used to solve various aesthetic problems. According to cosmetologists, they can become a worthy alternative to plastic surgery, since they can fill folds, defects and other skin irregularities. Depending on the composition, density, and consistency of the drug, fillers are divided into groups.
Each area on the face has its own type of filler. For example, when correcting cheekbones and chin, more durable and less plastic preparations based on hyaluronic acid are used, while for correcting wrinkles and filling out the lip area, more plastic and fluid ones are used. The compositions differ not only in density, but also in the size of particles in a homogeneous solution.
Filler (from the English filler, filler) in cosmetology is a preparation for local injections of a gel-like substance that allows volume contouring of the face/body to be performed without surgical intervention.
The main component of fillers is hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite, or polycaprolactone.
Benefits of hyaluronic acid fillers
Hyaluronic acid is considered perhaps the main source of moisture for our skin and hair. She is a constant assistant in the fight against age-related skin changes. What is this magical substance and how does it really work?
The hyaluronic acid molecule lives in the body for only a few days. Therefore, in cosmetic preparations it is modified, making it “unrecognizable” to the enzyme hyaluronidase. This allows you to extend the life of the molecule to several months.
As it was found when assessing the delayed effect of contouring, the safest are precisely those preparations that contain only hyaluronic acid - stabilized (maintaining volume) and native (performing a transport function).
Stabilized hyaluronic acid is a “stitched” biomaterial. As a result of special treatment, a tight adhesion occurs between the molecular chains, which allows them to remain in the dermal layer for a long time. This allows the use of stabilized HA mainly in fillers as a filler, which creates volume in problem areas where there are wrinkles, folds and other aesthetic imperfections.
Unstabilized hyaluronic acid is not modified - it is more natural, gives a quick but short-lived effect: the molecules are quickly destroyed by hyaluronidase. This type of hyaluronic acid is injected into the epidermal layers and is used primarily in procedures such as biorevitalization and mesotherapy.
A high-quality filler in the hands of a competent cosmetologist allows you to achieve pronounced anti-aging results, hide aesthetic imperfections, emphasize the natural beauty of your appearance, and in some cases, even become an alternative to plastic surgery.
Skin rejuvenation requires an integrated approach, therefore the South Korean company Biostandart, the manufacturer of Meline, presents only the best methods and preparations for creating an ideal image.
Currently, South Korea is a recognized world leader in the production and export of cosmetics and cosmetology products.
Meline products are fillers based on hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a natural component of the skin. The natural ability of hyaluronic acid to bind water makes the fillers in the line the optimal solution for maintaining smoothness and volume.
Why "hyaluronic acid"?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally present in the human body. It is thanks to it that our joints move smoothly, and our skin has elasticity and firmness. With age, the amount of hyaluronic acid begins to decrease, which, in turn, leads to a deterioration in the appearance and condition of the skin.
Immediately after administration, the thick, viscous preparation fills the subcutaneous depressions and voids, instantly smoothing out folds and wrinkles. But this is just the beginning. Once in the body, hyaluronic acid is integrated into the metabolism, stimulating cell regeneration processes and accelerating the synthesis of “youth proteins” - elastin and collagen.
Product Description
The line of the South Korean brand MELINE includes 3 classic types of fillers. The basis of the preparations is stabilized hyaluronic acid.
Fillers are designed to correct age-related skin defects and create attractive facial shapes. Can be used in the décolleté area, on the skin of the hands, neck, and intimate area.
Application
Myline fillers have a thick, viscous, but at the same time, plastic consistency, which provides good volume, a stable structure, can hold its shape for a long time, and is easily distributed in the injection area without spreading. The main purpose is rejuvenation and facial modeling. They are injected into problem areas where it is necessary to smooth out wrinkles on the face or add volume.
Despite the fact that the concentration of hyaluronic acid in all Myline preparations is the same and equals 20 mg/ml, the consistency of the gel is different for everyone; it depends on the degree of insertion of the chains of HA molecules. The percentage and density of molecules indicates the modification of the drug, and it is the cross-linking agent that ensures their adhesion to each other. The different consistency of hyaluronic acid allows you to work at several levels of the dermis simultaneously.

Opinions of cosmetologists and client reviews
Among the main advantages of this brand: an optimal line of drugs, safety, durability and prolonged action of fillers, which will undoubtedly affect the growth of interest from consumers.
According to reviews from customers who were the first to try Milain drugs, this is a completely worthy offer. The filler provides good volume, holds its shape, and is gently distributed in the injection area.
Below are some reviews from women who have undergone correction with this filler.
It is believed that, from an aesthetic point of view, the ideal proportions of the face are those that correspond to the so-called “triangle of youth”, the vertices of which are the cheekbones and chin. In other words, they must be well expressed.
And my face is thin, volumes are lost. The outline swam a little - the profile photo began to show a blurred outline. There are no cheeks.
The filler with which the procedure was performed is new, at least for me. During the consultation, the cosmetologist suggested Meline Volume, on sale, the price was quite affordable, so I agreed.
I only needed 1.4 ml of the product on both cheeks/cheekbones. 0.6 on one side and 0.8 on the other side. I have natural asymmetry, so the injections were uneven. Immediately after the injections, it became noticeable that the face was more defined and the contour tightened.
Hematomas may well appear at the puncture site, you need to be prepared for this. And it’s not a matter of the cosmetologist’s qualifications, it’s a matter of the individual structure of the body - everyone has at least a few, but differently located vessels, it’s difficult to predict the exact location. Therefore, do not be angry with the specialist. It happens to me too... There will be swelling on the day the filler is inserted and every other day. The worst swelling I had was the next morning after I slept. After a couple of days it gradually went away. The gel finally set only after about 3 weeks. It will be different for everyone, of course, I think. The cosmetologist promised that it would last for a year and a half. I really like the new cheekbones. They give my face shape and give me self-confidence. An excellent procedure for “girls over 35”.

A few months ago I had contour plastic surgery to correct sunken cheeks and pronounced nasolabial folds. These folds age well, although age is not always the root cause of their appearance. At a consultation with a cosmetologist, I was asked to first take care of my cheekbones, which would help tighten the nasolabial folds. Because in these places I needed volume. They installed the Korean Myline Volume. I am unfamiliar with this drug; there are far fewer reviews about it than about other fillers. But the master suggested trying it, saying that she had been working with them for a long time, and the results were very good. The cannula was introduced using a fan method, 0.4 ml on each side. Of course, the process itself looks daunting. But it didn’t hurt, the sensations were unpleasant but tolerable, there were no bruises, the swelling was minimal. A classic needle makes it more painful. And I personally have a lot of bruises, since the vessels are located close to the skin. And the flexible cannula expands and bypasses even small vessels, nerve and muscle fibers without injuring them. Therefore, I advise you to use a cannula (provided that the doctor is experienced), everything will be without pain and bruises.
But I was dissatisfied with the procedure; it turned out to be completely different from what I needed. As a result, I got even sharper high cheekbones. Relying on a cosmetologist and not looking at more information, I got a different result. To say that he is bad - no, he is different, not as expected. Secondly, they introduced little gel, although I asked for more, but the cosmetologist did not agree. But for me, a volume of 0.4 is almost unnoticeable; you need at least 0.7 ml. the nasolabial folds did not tighten, no one noticed any changes. I don’t know if I will repeat this procedure, I haven’t decided yet whether it’s worth it...

I decided to write my first review, which might be useful to someone! Because When I looked for a review of this drug, I didn’t find anything useful. This is a fairly new name in cosmetology; I first heard about Meline from a cosmetologist at a preliminary consultation. I’ll say right away that I didn’t have a goal to enlarge my lips, I just wanted to get a little volume on my lips and raised corners of my lips. Manipulations can be carried out both under anesthesia and without it, since the name Meline Deep Lidocaine implies the presence of lidocaine. Unfortunately, the presence of anesthesia does not guarantee the absence of sensations. If you want to reduce the discomfort a little, you will have to stock up on extra time and sit with the cream applied under the film for half an hour. Personally, I did it with cream (I don’t remember the name of the painkiller cream, but not Emla).
They gave me about 4 injections in the upper contour, plus the lip filling itself - 2 injections and about the same in the lower contour. After administration, the doctor distributes the gel, forming a more expressive shape. A couple of days later, when the swelling subsided, a rather noticeable asymmetry appeared on the lips, which of course scared me. Then everything somehow evened out, as a result the sponges remained approximately the same as they were immediately after the introduction of the gel.
As the cosmetologist explained, the fillers gradually dissolve, but at the same time they stimulate the production of their own collagen and become overgrown with collagen tissue (I explain as I understand it, in my own words), so the lips will gradually increase in volume with each procedure. Personally, I like the result. The face has become more expressive, lipsticks and glosses look different. My lips are not particularly great, but overall they look different.
In the blurb for the Meline Deep Lidocaine filler it is written that the gel will last 12 months, but I can’t believe it - from the experience of my friends I know that the drug does not last for a year (about 6 months).

Where can I buy
Meline drugs can be found freely available in online stores at a very competitive price, which anyone can buy.
You should not purchase dermal fillers yourself! Firstly, no self-respecting clinic will work with drugs brought by the client. Secondly, you cannot be sure of their quality, since there is no guarantee that this is definitely a South Korean drug, and not some kind of counterfeit product, and in the event of undesirable consequences after using such a filler, there will be no one to file a claim with. Clinics buy directly from official distributors, who definitely will not sell products to a private person who does not have a license to provide injection cosmetology services, since they care about both the reputation of the manufacturer and the product itself.
In addition, a priori the drug cannot cost less than the manufacturer’s selling price.
Complications
As practice shows, complications after the introduction of fillers depend on the professionalism of the cosmetologist, the quality of the preparations, the conditions in which invasive measures are carried out, as well as the post-procedural behavior of the client.
Therefore, you cannot be guided only by the desire to save money; you should definitely contact specialized beauty salons and cosmetology clinics that are licensed to provide injection rejuvenation services and have experienced specialists with a good reputation on their staff.
It is highly undesirable to use the services of cosmetologists who administer injections at home - the consequences can be disastrous.
When using low-quality filler, an allergic reaction may occur.
If the conditions and regime of asepsis and antisepsis are violated, infection and inflammatory processes may occur.
Another unpleasant result after poor-quality injection of fillers is granulomas, balls and lumps, the Tyndall effect, which form in the tissues at the injection site.
Such consequences can occur when low-quality fillers are used or when the procedure is performed in inappropriate (for example, at home) conditions by a dubious specialist. If you do filler injections in a specialized clinic, the risk of complications will be minimized, and you will be satisfied with the result.
Minor hematomas and swelling that disappear within a few days are a normal reaction of the body to the injection of the drug. Complications after lip contouring in the form of bruises and swelling can last longer - up to 10 days, swelling after contouring of the nasolacrimal groove - up to 2 weeks. Such conditions, as a rule, do not require additional measures.
Sometimes so-called delayed complications occur, which can manifest themselves quite a long time later - several months after rejuvenating injections. This can cause swelling and redness at the injection sites of the filler, and the formation of a gel biofilm around it. Among the reasons are the individual reaction of the body, weakening of the immune system due to illness.
Swelling and contouring – what to do?
If your lips become swollen after augmentation or swelling appears under your eyes, do not immediately panic. The fact is that hyaluronic acid has high hydrophilicity (the ability to attract water). Usually this reaction goes away 5-7 days after the procedure. If the density of the filler, its dosage or injection technique is incorrectly selected, the swelling can be quite extensive and last a very long time. The same mistakes can lead to another complication - gel contouring - then unevenness and bumps appear on the face.
