Composition and benefits

The formula of high-density biphasic universal filler Reneall 300 includes hyaluronic acid (2%) and butanediel diglycedyl ether (BDDE - 4%). Thanks to its ability to retain moisture, HA helps recreate volume in the desired area. And BDDE is responsible for the intermolecular cross-linking of hyaluronic acid itself.

Reneall 300 is intended for the correction of deep wrinkles and folds, replenishment of small and large volumes of tissue and contour correction. In addition, the filler is used to smooth out nasolabial and labiomental folds, bio-reinforcement and oval of the face, to increase the volume of the chin and form the volume of the cheekbones and in injection rhinoplasty.

Reneall 300 filler is injected into the deep dermal layers (2.0-5.0 mm), subcutaneously and supraperiostally using a linear-retrograde bolus technique.

• Filler developer – . It is part of the NMTC research holding, which specializes in the production and distribution of drugs based on hyaluronic acid (its products include Revi and Amalain fillers, elite cosmetics Dermastir, drugs for the treatment of cystitis and osteoarthritis).
• Direct production is carried out by the Limited Liability Company "SLS", whose technical facilities are located in Moscow, and equipment purchased in Germany. The supplier of raw materials is the South Korean company LG Life Sciences (produces the popular Yvoire filler).
• The drugs have been registered as medical products, hyaluronic biopolymers, and are approved for use in the Russian Federation (in the Roszdravnadzor register they are listed as “Riniall”, FSR 2010/07368).

The basis of Reneall fillers and biorevitalizants is hyaluronic acid (HA) of non-animal origin with a special two-level structure formed using special cross-links. It works like this:

• the release of HA molecules at the first level begins immediately after the injections and continues for 2-3 months, providing the main visual and therapeutic effect of the procedure;
• then, when these particles begin to naturally break down and be eliminated from the body, second-level molecules are released, which maintain the result for another 6-8 months.

In addition to HA, all preparations contain a standard base: purified water, sodium chloride (salt) and a buffer solution. Each package contains glass syringes with a volume of 1 and/or 2 ml, needles of the most suitable diameters and detailed instructions for use. The cardboard box is equipped with two stickers indicating the batch number, production date and expiration date.

↑ How the procedure works

Injections are performed using local anesthesia. Depending on the location and depth of drug administration, a cream with an anesthetic is first applied to the skin, and less often, conduction anesthesia is used. In some cases, you can get by simply applying ice. The manufacturer strongly does not recommend infiltration anesthesia (lidocaine and similar injections), as it often leads to a change in the shape of the face, which can affect the correctness and symmetry of filler injection.

Next, the cosmetologist opens the Reneall package, always in the presence of the patient. The needle included in the kit is put on the syringe, after which the injection session itself is carried out: the drug is injected to the desired depth using the chosen technique (depending on the aesthetic problems being solved). After completing the manipulations, the doctor will disinfect the treated area and tell you about the necessary post-procedure restrictions - in particular, you will need to avoid tanning, physical activity and visiting the sauna for several days.

Reneall is not administered in the following cases:

• pregnancy and lactation;
• hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug;
• acute infectious diseases;
• autoimmune and oncological diseases;
• herpes in the presence of fresh rashes on the skin;
• psoriasis;
• diabetes.

The main side effects are associated with microtraumas caused by punctures of the skin with a needle, and are typical for any injection procedures using any brand of drugs - redness, itching and slight soreness in the treated areas, which persist for several hours after the session. There were no specific complications or side effects associated specifically with Renial.
