“The project is quite difficult in terms of participation and filming,” says Valeria Yorkina . It seems that everything is very easy. But this is a month of work. This is a month without loved ones. It's hard work every day. The process is often very painful, both physically and psychologically. But the main reboot occurs after the project, in real life. After all, it’s always easier to follow the rules when you are monitored 24 hours a day. But when there is no such control, a real desire to change manifests itself.
