Valeria, 38 years old: “I want to warn women with dark skin from the mistake that I myself made. Before using parsley ice on your face, please note that this product has a whitening effect. Instead of a beautiful complexion and well-groomed skin, I got uneven pigment spots. So cosmetic ice with parsley is not equally beneficial for everyone.”

Proper preparation

To prepare a healing cosmetic product (decoction or tincture), use fresh homemade parsley leaves, first selected, thoroughly washed and dried.

Parsley ice cubes are prepared from juice, tincture and decoction.

In order to prepare a decoction, you need 50 g of green leaves, which are poured with 500 ml of water. The mixture is put on fire and boiled for 15-20 minutes. After this, the prepared broth is cooled and filtered.

The tincture is prepared as follows: a pre-washed small bunch of greens is finely chopped and poured with cold water (preferably purified or pre-boiled). Place in a cool place protected from light. After twelve hours, the prepared tincture is filtered, after which it is ready for further use.

Preparing juice, unlike tincture and decoction, is a little more difficult. The greens should be chopped very finely. To do this, you can use a mixer or blender. Squeeze the juice out of the resulting mass through a medical bandage or gauze. Pour it into special freezing molds and place it in the freezer.

The resulting ice cubes should be used for the procedure on the skin of the face, neck and décolleté every day, morning and evening.

For dry skin

A complex, but very effective mask for dry skin is prepared as follows: chop the parsley leaves, do the same with the leaves of sorrel and tarragon. With sour cream

An effective mask for dehydration and excessive dryness is prepared as follows: parsley - 1 tablespoon, combined with the same amount of thick, fatty sour cream. The composition is kept on the skin for 15–20 minutes. You can add finely chopped cucumber to the mixture. The skin literally glows after the mask.

Honey is a universal ingredient, equally good for nourishing the skin, whitening, and restoring tone. The product is prepared as follows: a bunch of fresh parsley is finely chopped or crushed until the juice appears. Then add a teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey and push the mixture again with a pestle.

When using, avoid the skin around the eyes. If the composition turns out to be runny, make a gauze mask, moisten it and place it on the face for 15 minutes.

With rose water

This option instantly refreshes the skin, but at the same time provides a long-lasting effect. Chop a bunch of fresh herbs and blend in a blender with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt. Then add a tablespoon of rose water and beat again.
