Popular types of threads

1. Aptos

The threads are inserted through small punctures to a depth of up to 5 mm. There are small serrations on their surface that hold them in certain places under the skin.

Preparation for thread lifting of the neck and chin

According to indications: lipolytic therapy, hardware procedures aimed at destroying excess adipose tissue, botulinum therapy to eliminate excess facial activity, surgical liposuction.

Stages of implementation

Stage 1 - photo documentation (photographing the patient in 5 standard projections) before the procedure.

Stage 2 - preliminary marking of the intervention area. We mark the entry point for both needles (it corresponds to the projection of the mastoid point) and the routes for their subsequent placement. The exit of one needle is marked at a point located on a line coinciding with the lower edge of the lower jaw, at the level of the 2nd lower incisor. The exit point of the second needle is located lower, approximately 1.5-2 cm.

Stage 3 - anesthesia: infiltration anesthesia is performed at the entry and exit points of the guide needle using a 2% lidocaine solution, 0.1-0.2 ml at each point.

Stage 4 - antiseptic treatment of the intervention area with sterile gauze wipes soaked in a 0.05% solution of chlorhexidine digluconate, or alcohol-containing wipes.

Stage 6 - repeating the antiseptic treatment of the intervention area.

Stage 7 - photographic documentation of the result immediately after the procedure (photographing the patient in 5 standard projections).

Stage 8 - fixation of tissues (performed if necessary) with bandage masks or bandage underwear.

Contraindications for mesolifting

Of course, mesotherapy is a relatively new procedure. And despite the assurances of its creators that it is absolutely harmless, it must be treated with reasonable caution.
