Mikhail, do you think a car is important for a successful person? Or can you be successful but drive a modest car?

Any expensive thing that you earn on your own is important, because it is the material embodiment of your labors. This is an opportunity to reflect on what you have achieved every day. In addition, a car means comfort, confidence and a constant feeling of pleasure from using a beautiful, high-quality thing.

What does the phrase “successful person” mean to you?

A successful person is one who has invested in himself, in his life’s work, and received a return. Such a person can do what he loves no matter what. He is morally stable, financially secure, physically correctly distributes his capabilities, and therefore his possibilities are limitless.

Do you think there is a limit to perfection?

It’s not for nothing that they say that perfection has no limits. And indeed it is. If you have stopped in your development, then this is no longer about success - it is the end of your career, the end of your life. It is the movement forward that provides the incentive for further achievements, success and new victories.

What was your first car?

I got my first car in 2010, it was a Renault Logan, a fairly large silver sedan with a manual transmission. I remember this car very well, because my parents gave it to me. And I still have warm feelings for this brand and this model, despite the fact that it is no longer relevant. I think that if you asked me the question: “What is your ideal car?”, I would answer: “Logan.”

Why did you choose this particular car?

I now have my second BMW car, and I can say with confidence that the brand’s slogan “With pleasure while driving” is completely justified. When I got behind the wheel of a BMW for the first time, I immediately understood what this car needed, I immediately felt what emotions his car could give a person, even with routine driving every day. The BMW X6, which I currently own, meets all my requirements: it is fast, can get hot, is roomy, and it also looks very impressive.

What do you do in traffic jams and do you meet people while driving?

Now I no longer get stuck in traffic jams - I’m a happy person because I live close to work. But, to be honest, there have never been situations before when I met someone while driving, because most often it was early in the morning. It seems to me that in the morning few people are in the mood for dialogue, let alone making acquaintances. At least I’m not ready for them in the morning (laughs). In general, in traffic jams I prefer to listen to audiobooks, talk on the phone, plan my affairs, or think about something.

What is your driving style in the city?

I am a careful driver. I am very attentive to road traffic, I try not to exceed the speed limit and avoid dangerous maneuvers. But in Moscow everyone values their time very much, and I am no exception. So sometimes I run yellow traffic lights at intersections. And this is probably the only negative that I can notice about myself on the roads. By the way, all my passengers say that I am a very calm and confident driver.

Well, let's talk about work. Tell me, how did you decide to become a plastic surgeon? Have you always dreamed of becoming a doctor? Why this specialization?

Plastic surgery is my life's work, I always knew that I would be a plastic surgeon. And I’m not exaggerating: while I was still at school, I saw a program by some plastic surgeon on TV and was very inspired by his work. I was amazed at how plastic surgery can change lives. And it was then that I realized that this would become the basis for shaping my life path. So, after graduating from medical school, I already knew for sure that I would become a plastic surgeon. Many doctors were very skeptical about my choice, because the profession is quite closed, it is difficult to get here. But, nevertheless, everything worked out successfully for me, and I became a sought-after specialist. I am incredibly happy about this, I only plan to develop more intensively and never stop.

Is it true that plastic surgeons earn a lot? What do you like to spend money on?

It’s clear from my car that plastic surgeons earn a lot (laughs). But as in any other profession, here you can either earn very well or earn nothing at all. Most plastic surgeons who are quite successful actually make a good income - there is no bar.

But when it comes to spending, here everyone finds their own outlet. For example, I love cars. Of course, I don’t have a collection yet, but in the future I would like to have two or three cars, so that I have a choice of cars for every day.

By the way, I don’t spend money so often because I simply don’t have time - I spend most of my life at work. But when the opportunity arises, I like to spend money on myself: buying watches or designer clothes. I think this is a very interesting activity, and shopping also relieves stress. I also have a hobby - playing the guitar. Part of the budget is consistently spent on expensive guitars, since my hobby inspires me very much.

If a young surgeon came to you and said he wanted to specialize in plastic surgery, what would you tell him?

I would say that he is a great fellow and he will definitely succeed! The main thing is to invest a lot of effort, concentrate all your zeal and desire on the profession. Surgery requires complete dedication, without it you will never achieve anything. You need to give your all to surgery in order to later become a competent specialist.

How can you understand during a consultation that this is a competent specialist whom you can trust?

As a rule, a competent specialist never insists on performing an operation. As far as I know, professional, sought-after surgeons, including my friends, are not interested in taking a patient for surgery on a short notice. An intelligent specialist will never burden a patient with operations and will not tell him what he would do with him. First of all, a good specialist will listen. The ability to listen is the main distinguishing feature. It is important to understand what a person wants from you specifically, and what from plastic surgery in general. Everyone has different needs, but the request “look at me and tell me what I need to do” is an indicator that such a patient should not be taken for surgery. Most likely, his request will never be granted.

What is the most difficult thing about being a plastic surgeon? What's the best part?

The most rewarding thing about being a doctor is giving back to his patients. These are positive emotions that charge you for further work. When the patient is satisfied and happy, his doctor is also satisfied and happy.

The negative side is stress. All our work comes with enormous responsibility. We are talking here not only about physical health, but also about moral comfort. It is very important to respect boundaries and build emotional contact with the patient in order to more accurately understand his wishes.

Does it ever happen that you refuse clients?

I refuse patients quite often. This may seem strange, but the fact is that not all people are ready to change. Not everyone understands what plastic surgery is. Often there are very high expectations, or the requirements of patients simply do not coincide with universal human values. It is important not to harm the person. There are aggressive methods of “body fashion” (editor’s note - body changes) - we refuse such patients. After all, it is very important to understand that a person who asks to make his face like some actor’s may simply be mentally ill. In the future, he may simply not be satisfied with the work done, and this will lead to conflict situations and depression. Such cases are very stressful not only for the surgeon, but also for the patient.

Is it true that implants explode on airplanes?

It is a myth. Modern implants are not subject to any external influences. With them you can engage in any kind of sports, including extreme ones: climbing mountains, diving to depths, skydiving, wrestling, and so on. And, of course, fly on airplanes. Such implants are completely safe.

Have you encountered any other myths regarding plastic surgery?

We come across such myths every day. The same implants that explode on airplanes, the myth that plastic surgeons every day make even more doll-like girls out of “dolls.” This is not true at all - people of different social status and with different levels of income come to us. Trends towards unnaturalness are far behind us - the results of plastic surgery should not be obvious.

Another myth about silicone breasts is related to breastfeeding. This is a misconception - the implant is in no way connected with the mammary gland, it exists separately and does not in any way affect the lactation process or the quality of milk. Any girl who has implants can safely breastfeed.

I also noticed that in films, people after plastic surgery look like mummies - everything is covered in bandages, bruises, it feels like the person was not operated on, but was beaten with bats all night. Life is not like that. People operated on using modern techniques look completely normal. Without pronounced bruises, and most often they do not have swelling.

Do you think it is better to have surgery or is it better to try to love yourself for who you are?

In this case, it all depends on the degree of dissatisfaction with your appearance. There are different degrees of pathologies that greatly affect confidence, and then this affects the quality of life. For example, when a person is not confident in himself because of his appearance, he becomes very withdrawn into himself, and in this case, after the operation, a person’s life literally changes by 180 degrees: he becomes more sociable, more relaxed, and more self-confident. And all doors open before him!

We are creating a regional monster “BANZAI” - a retail chain, more than 400 employees, 45 stores. It carries us further. We are creating a Holding Group. We spend money on other projects. We're cool. We conquer the world.

Turnover under 1 billion rubles. in year

I manage 4 projects simultaneously. Crisis of 2008 We are selling our main business. No one has been buying for three years. We seem cool. Money is only on paper. I'm trying to get dividends. There is no freedom. I don't see any prospects. What's next?

Karolina Kurkova!!! I break through to her, and in clumsy English. I say that she’s super and I’m glad to meet you..) She takes me by the face, flirts with me, we take pictures..) I’m delighted... I’m excited. She is also a partner of LR. We are in the same business. Looks like she's stalking me)), or I'm stalking her)

MOSCOW. Club Soho Rooms. My partners and I hang out informally with Caroline as friends. I'm impressed by the surroundings. I find myself thinking: it’s a very pleasant business, I like the environment.

MOROCCO. Everything is in white. Party on the beach. With us is Ralf Moeller, a Hollywood actor, Schwarzenegger's best friend, who played the main negative role in Gladiator. We smoke cigars with him and talk. During the day we play volleyball on the same team.

I still remember my delight... A simple guy from Cherepovets (IP Malanichev), has been hanging out with a Hollywood star for several days now, somewhere in Morocco...) Good business, I think...)

AWAKENING IN SOUTH AFRICA

FIRST MARATHON

Moscow, I'm at the start. There are 42 km ahead. Emotions are running high. This is a mega challenge for me. At 30 km I almost died..., I remembered that I trained illiterately...., I pulled it out on character, on the ability to go to the result and thanks to cool aloe vera products. I realized that a network business is the same marathon in which goals, your mood, and your health are important.

I see that a network business is the same business as any other. I’m starting to run it as an entrepreneur. I can’t do it any other way. I had no networking experience. Works. People are grateful. The results speak for themselves.

Our partners earn money, drive cool cars, and travel a lot.

We bought an apartment in the very center of Sochi, with a gorgeous view of the sea, I took two new Mercedes from the showroom, a C and an E-coupe. I became educated about my health, ran a marathon thanks to the products, and helped my parents stay healthy.

The main thing is that we have a powerful team, a clear vision of the future and freedom.
