Minimally invasive perineoplasty

Minimally invasive perineoplasty (vaginal lifting, vaginal threads) is used for mild forms of incompetence of the perineal muscles and the vaginal opening (gap of the genital slit, decreased vaginal sensations).

The method consists in eliminating the incompetence of the perineal muscles using special long-absorbable threads installed through punctures in the superficial muscle layers. The threads dissolve after 180-210 days. After minimally invasive perineoplasty, you can give birth through the vaginal birth canal.

The advantage of the technique is that it is minimally invasive - it does not affect the general condition of the patient; the next day the woman can begin work, the operation can be performed on an outpatient basis, under local anesthesia. The disadvantage can be considered the high cost of the threads themselves (consumables) - up to half the price of the service.

Perineoplasty classic

Perineoplasty in its classic form is performed to correct severe cicatricial deformities of the perineal area and as a stage of surgery to correct incompetence of the pelvic floor muscles. Rehabilitation period: healing without problems!?

Abdominoplasty is a fairly traumatic operation, after which the patient must go through a long period of rehabilitation.
