About our healthcare. About his problems are not at a high level, but what we encounter every day in our practice and what prevents us, ordinary doctors, from effectively developing and providing more modern care to all patients.

Medicine for me, first of all, is empathy, it is treating each patient as his own relative. I begin to teach all young doctors precisely from this understanding of my task as a doctor.

How do you see the prospects for domestic healthcare?

The prospects of any direction are determined by new technologies. If there are conditions for their implementation, then there is a prospect.

What would be your first three decisions if you woke up tomorrow as the Minister of Health?

1. Abolish the existing system of training future doctors in medical institutes, return the opportunity to learn the skills of a great profession not in the virtual world - not on dummies, but on native material, always with the participation of real patients and teaching staff not divorced from clinical activities. Eliminate the dependence of the number of teachers' salaries on the number of students. 2. Expand the program and financially interest doctors to attract them to work in the regions. 3. Open up opportunities for continuous training of doctors not only in leading clinics in Russia, but also abroad, including online broadcasts.

What is a healthy lifestyle in your understanding and do you actually adhere to it?

1. First of all, this is internal harmony, agreement with oneself. 2. Proper nutrition. 3. Individual physical education classes, communication with nature.
