Scars are a rather unpleasant phenomenon, especially if they appear on the face. And they can arise for various reasons, but most often due to acne. Several studies have been conducted to show that this technique has positive clinical and histopathological effects on the skin. However, this data is not enough.
Post-acne scars are classified according to morphological characteristics, scar removal is carried out according to this classification. A clinical grading system for the severity of such scars has recently been introduced (see Table 1). This scale includes all morphological types of post-acne scars, but it can also be used to classify other scars of various etiologies.
