There are several reasons for this decision:

• Firstly, as a number of surveys have shown, a significant part of viewers have an extremely negative attitude towards such changes in the appearance of the show’s characters - a short-term surge of interest is followed by disappointment, as a result of which the project’s ratings suffer
• Secondly, due to the rehabilitation period following plastic surgery, the participants temporarily stop appearing in the “House”, which also does not have a very favorable effect on viewer interest.

However, the opportunity to contact a surgeon remains with the retired heroes of the show (for example, just the other day, Rita Agibalova had liposuction on herself), and, in addition, theoretically, some operations can be done secretly (for example, the same liposuction: the recovery period is short, and traces can be easily hidden under clothes).
