What it is?

4D mesothreads are the thinnest threads made of durable hypoallergenic surgical material polydiaxanone, with the help of which a “framework” is created under the skin, tightening and supporting soft tissues.

How the procedure goes:

Consultation with a cosmetologist: determination of skin type, degree of age-related changes, correction scheme;
The doctor applies a special marking on the skin with a cosmetic marker along which the threads will be inserted. Anesthesia is applied to the skin (Ultracaine cream/injection);
The doctor tells the patient the key points of the procedure;

How is 4D different from 3D?

Compared to the developments of previous generations, 4D threads have a number of advantages:

have greater thickness, due to which they are able to tighten and hold a larger volume of tissue;
to achieve the intended result, a smaller number of threads is required, which reduces the number of punctures (a few 4D threads are sufficient where about a dozen 3D threads are required);

do not take hot baths or showers;
sleep on your back;
use a special product to care for puncture sites;
