I recently had a sore throat, and during the sick season it’s quite difficult to make an appointment with an ENT specialist. I found one available only here - N.Yu. Brevna, having previously called about 5 medical centers. First of all, I want to say that the clinic needs renovation. The wardrobe barely opens, the whole thing creaks, the linoleum further down the corridor (deeper into the clinic) is torn, the sofas are all worn out, the walls are dirty, the baseboards are dirty, everything is covered in glue! It’s absolutely terrible, and you also write on the website that the clinic is in the top 10! Next is Laura's office. You can hear everything that happens in the office, as if the patient is telling you everything. Sofas that have been sat out stand next to the office. Audibility 100%. There is no door. For example, I would not like everyone waiting to hear my entire medical history, but, unfortunately, there was no escape from this. My appointment was delayed by 20!!! minutes without even apologizing. Since the appointment was delayed, a lot of people gathered to see the doctor in this narrow corridor, all the patients go to the ENT specialist, and we all sat there and sneezed on each other. Although, when everything goes on time, people do not accumulate. In addition, while I was waiting, either a janitor with a shovel, or a cleaning lady with a rag, constantly talking on the phone, or a smoking employee constantly passed by to undress and then pour tea again. And the nurse from the ENT office went back and forth 8 times. I don’t think it’s pleasant for a patient to have doors slammed constantly. And they all walked past us in this narrow corridor. What a total mess. No peace, no quality. And now about doctor Brevnova. As far as I can judge, FOR ME this doctor is the height of unprofessionalism. I came with throat problems. The doctor didn’t take my temperature, didn’t feel my glands, which are large, and didn’t even ask about them. I listened and wrote and wrote with my head buried in the computer. She made a diagnosis from my words (which was previously given to me by an ENT specialist), without being convinced that this was really the case, she was constantly in a hurry, apparently, the queue that had accumulated near her office acted so nervously. Based on the results of my questioning and examination of my throat (she looked at it in 1 minute), she prescribed Tonsilor during an exacerbation!, although this device can only be prescribed during a period of remission. And she didn’t prescribe anything else except gargling with a solution! This appointment was made by an ENT specialist when a desperate person came for help with a sore throat that lasted 14 days and enlarged lymph nodes!! An appointment with Brevnova costs 1,100 rubles, and for that price they also wanted to scam me into an expensive device without prescribing anything else. Sorry, but what if I can’t pay for it? Are there no more medications other than Tonsilor? The doctor said that only he would help me and nothing more! In addition, the doctor asked questions about what I eat, do I limit myself in anything, does this somehow relate to the throat, runny nose, lymph nodes and inflamed nasopharynx? In general, in all my time, this was the first time I visited such a doctor. I DO NOT ADVISE! This is my personal opinion, yours may be different. I had to sl. day to go to another ENT specialist, who prescribed me medications and after 2 days I felt better. It’s good that I still went to VHI. But after 3 hours the administrator called me back and said that I had not paid for the appointment! This just finished me off, although the administrators even had a letter of guarantee! Although, if I had gone for money, it is possible that I would have refused to pay and explained the reason! The doctor did not help me and was absolutely not interested in my problem.
