Alexander Domogarov gave rise to rumors about a new illness or plastic surgery

Alexander Domogarov is an Honored Artist of Russia, a favorite actor of a huge number of women, as well as a performer of original songs, Russian rock and chanson. The artist has a bright, memorable appearance and charisma, and his image is complemented by impeccable talent. The star of the series “Gangster Petersburg” and “Turkish March” recently surprised his fans with sudden changes in appearance. After plastic surgery, Alexander Domogarov clearly began to look better and happier. Let's try to figure out whether there is a place for surgical interventions or whether improvement in appearance is achieved in another way?

Biography

Alexander was born in the Russian capital in July 1963. The actor got his surname from his father’s grandmother, and his mother decided to give him the name. Father Yuri was also associated with cinema; he played the role of a general in the film “Suvorov”. Mother Natalya was not a creative person, but she was always Alexander’s support and support.

Neighbors characterized Sasha as an ill-mannered hooligan, but after receiving roles in the theater, the future actor changed dramatically, and from a boy he turned into a well-mannered young man.

The actor also has a half-brother who is 10 years older than him, but apart from their common father, nothing else connects them in life. At the moment, the media is full of reports that the brothers cannot divide their inheritance - their father’s dacha, located in the Moscow region.

What caused rumors about Alexander Domogarov’s illness or plastic surgery

The reason for gossip about the health of Alexander Domogarov was a photo taken at a social event where the artist was present. He sits on it, hugging Katya Lel’s shoulders. Subscribers of the singer, who posted the photo on Instagram, were struck by how much the handsome Domogarov had changed. His face became swollen, his cheekbones and chin lost their clear contours, and his lips were strangely pursed.

Commentators immediately began to speculate about the actor’s alcohol addiction, the possibility of a serious illness, or the consequences of recent plastic surgery. The owner of the blog, Katya Len, reminded the public that Domogarov is already 55 years old and demanded respectful treatment of all her friends.

Career

The future artist, while studying at a regular school, simultaneously received a musical education. However, for further studies he entered the theater department, after which he successfully worked in the theater of the Soviet army.

At first, Domogarov received episodic roles, but soon in 1997, he was noticed and invited to the series “Countess de Monsoreau”, to play the role of the main character - Comte de Bussy.

The next series, which brought Sasha even more popularity, was “Turkish March”, which lasted for 7 years, as well as “Gangster Petersburg”. The actor also starred in films in Poland and Sweden.

In 2022, another film with his participation, “Union of Salvation,” was released, where he got the role of a general.

“THE FINGERS WRECKED AT ME”

– Several years ago, your colleague Dmitry Pevtsov, who is also famous for his violent temper, published a letter of repentance on his website. Do you know about this?

- No.

“He apologized to everyone he had offended in his life: to journalists, to colleagues, to spectators. Are you capable of this?

- No. Absolutely.

– There’s nothing to ask for forgiveness for?

- Eat. But what lives in me will remain with me. In the last hour, perhaps I will ask for forgiveness from someone close to me. But only with loved ones. And I will by no means write letters of repentance.

– Dmitry simply believed in God...

- Oh, it's all so complicated. There is a huge difference between a believer and a believer. I am a believer, but not a believer. I go to church, but only with my ailments. And I ask God for my forgiveness, do you understand? I won’t tell all the people on earth: I’m sorry, I was wrong. Well, what is this?.. It’s just that, apparently, Dima had such a need, he decided so... Although, in principle, he and I experienced the same terrible loss. (In 2012, Pevtsov’s son Daniil died. – Ed. )

“Apparently, this prompted him to repent.”

– But it didn’t motivate me. It is clear that they shook their finger at us and said: look... But I can say to myself that after this loss, it seems to me that I am no longer afraid of anything - I think I have survived everything. I survived the death of my parents, I survived the death of a child, I almost experienced my own death - I had a very serious accident, and on August 25 I celebrate my second birthday, because people cannot survive after such accidents. So you think: what else is there to be afraid of?

Personal life

The actor has a rather stormy personal life, numerous novels and affairs. Once the artist even had to prove erroneous paternity in court. Alexander’s first wife was Natalya Sagoyan, who gave birth to his son Dmitry, but the actor did not experience paternal feelings for him and limited himself to alimony. Currently, Dmitry has been dead for more than 10 years; the artist’s son was hit by a car back in 2008.

Alexander's second wife was theater worker Irina Gunenkova; it was because of his new love that the actor abandoned his first love and his one-year-old son. Irina gave him another heir, Alexander the Younger.

After 10 years of marriage, the artist decides to leave yet another family because of his new young passion, Natalya Gromushkina, whose marriage lasted only 4 years. The actor’s new lover was his colleague on the series, Marina Alexandrova, but even here the marriage broke up after a couple of years. Now the actor is in no hurry to legitimize the relationship, and has the status of a bachelor.

“Nerves gradually ate the body”: Alexander Domogarov about the new role, lust for power and losing weight

Alexander Domogarov
More than three hours of action, taking the audience to the ancient times of kings, civil strife and wars, fly by in one breath. Domogarov's hero is a vile tyrant, a fiend of hell, already born ugly. But it was a physical deformity. The moral turns out to be much worse. The son, disliked by his mother and shunned by all family members, plots in revenge and walks over the corpses of his relatives in the struggle for the throne. Director Nina Chusova reflects on the nature of this cruelty in the production.

There are many characters in the play who cannot be called secondary - each has their own destiny, their own vices, which are revealed during the course of the play. There everyone is ready to sell and kill for their own benefit. Richard juggles and manipulates base feelings, he likes to provoke, literally crush people.

Thanks to Chusova’s direction, echoes of modernity also burst into medieval history: here are Richard’s election leaflets, which are distributed to the audience, and the king’s son in round glasses, reminiscent of Harry Potter at the time of his first appearance on stage.

Watching you during the performance, it is impossible not to notice that you are enjoying this role, living it to the fullest. Many people dream of playing Richard. Were you among them?

Yes, everything coincided here: both the desire and the director. But in repertory theater there is no such thing as “I want” or “I don’t want.” There is a repertoire that is compiled for the future, and if you get into the distribution, you are obliged to rehearse and work. In the case of “Richard,” director Nina Chusova and I thought for a long time, weighed the pros and cons: how interesting, topical, and generally necessary it would be. And so, after two years, we came to the conclusion that we should install it. Yes, the play is complex and difficult. They did a huge job. And for shortening the work as well. If it were done in its original form, the performance would last about 10 hours.

Actor as Richard III in the play of the same name

starhit

I read in one of the reviews that for you, the role of Richard, torn by its emotions, is perhaps like a psychotherapeutic session, during which you can throw out all the negativity from yourself. There is a deal of truth in it?

Well it is clear. But not quite like that. Rather, the entire performance is, in principle, a psychotherapeutic session, but the viewer here is not a doctor. He, on the contrary, should rather understand what we are talking about... About punishment. Shakespeare has it special. First there is a moral decline, and then your conscience and your character kill you. You understand that you are your own retribution. Why then does the hero of the play seek death so much? This is it: “A horse, a crown for a horse!” - when Richard does not run away from the battlefield, but gets into the thick of it. He thought he would win, but ended up being killed. I can’t say that I get rid of negative energy on stage through emotional monologues. When we met with playwright Andrei Maksimov (the author of this very review) after the performance, he told me the following phrase: “To do this, you need to experience something.” Which does not mean that I throw away the black negativity in order to free myself from it. Survive - yes, I agree here. Get the hang of things in life so that you understand what you are talking about. I think it is clear what is meant here.

starhit

In the end, are you happy with how everything turned out on stage?

We have just started swimming. The performance is born, then goes to kindergarten, to elementary school. This is all like human life. Then he grows up, matures, grows old and dies. Now we are just entering the large pool from the paddling pool and trying to row a little. In 50 performances I will tell you whether we are swimming well.

starhit

Your hero has mostly negative character traits. But, nevertheless, at some moments he even evokes sympathy. Do you and Richard have anything in common? Maybe there was a time when you also felt undervalued?

I had a wonderful childhood, my parents and grandmother loved me, I went to music school from the age of 6, you can’t get to the bottom of it. And there is no need to draw parallels. Of course, you always want more than you have. But we must be aware. The word “undervalued” is not quite correct. When you conquer one peak, you must strive for another. Now there is rather a feeling of restlessness.

starhit

As for power, are you a power-hungry person?

Which of us isn't? We are all like that.

starhit

I don't like to lead...

Well, it seems so to you. But close your eyes and imagine that you are the head of a department.

starhit

I am already the head of the department, but I don’t like to lead.

You always think, if I were the head of, for example, the rehearsal department, I would do it differently. We all think about this speculatively, absolutely everyone, everyone. I don’t believe that a person can stand at a machine and not think about how to become a shift supervisor.

starhit

Many big actors have their own theaters. Have you ever had such thoughts?

To do such a thing, you will have to forget about the profession and leave. It seems to me impossible to combine acting and organizing the life of the theater. I'm a perfectionist in this regard. We must be aware: either I act in films, go on tour, or I select directors, performances, watch, search, think, assemble a staff. These are days and nights. But who knows, anything could happen in the future, never say never.

Along with ten kilograms, Domogarov seemed to have lost ten years

starhit

Everyone notes that you have lost a lot of weight and are in great shape. What did you do for this? Maybe you follow some kind of regime?

On the contrary, there is no regime. I’m used to waking up at half past seven, and I still wake up. Of course, then at lunchtime I can fall asleep again if I don’t have to go anywhere. But in the morning the body works itself. And the desire to drink coffee always wins. I can’t say that I was actually on a diet... Apparently, there was some kind of internal state. Somehow everything comes naturally. I don’t like lifting weights in the gym, but I went several times. There was no goal to lose weight as such. Apparently, the nerves were gradually eating away at the body.

don't miss Alexander Domogarov left the Moscow Art Theater with a scandal. Gorky

starhit

So it's all to do with nerves?

Well, you saw the performance, were there no nerves? I think that after every kilogram 1.5 goes away. Everything is wet through and through - both shirts and T-shirts. You can, of course, then dial them back within three days.

starhit

So how many kilograms have you lost?

At 10-11. The number is holding up now.

starhit

You once mentioned that during a busy work schedule you take mildronate (meldonium) for vigor and energy. Was this some kind of joke?

Yes, it is not prohibited, please go to any pharmacy and take it if you want to somehow collect your thoughts and so that your body is pliable. And not only I use this, but also students, for example, during a session. I don’t feel any burst of energy from it, maybe it has a purely psychological effect on me, as a stimulant that helps me get ready.

starhit

What else could be a source of energy for you?

Just an internal state of readiness that helps to mobilize strength. The goal is to get from point A to point B, to walk these 10 km. I now need to swim 25 times from one end of the pool to the other. You can, of course, not do this and swim once, but there is a magic word “must”.

starhit

During the performance, I was a little surprised that according to the plot of the production, Richard naturally gets spit in his face. This is such an anti-coronavirus story.

I can’t say why they did this, most likely it was just a move. Here you no longer think about the coronavirus, because the infection does not stick to the infection, on the one hand. Well, and secondly, we are all healthy here: they take our temperature and wash our hands all the time. Checks are now being carried out in theaters, but they have not yet reached us. In any case, there is no point in going on stage wearing masks. Each of us is responsible for himself. If someone gets sick, they don’t come to play sick.

starhit

Have you ever suspected Covid, but now there are still different types of flu?..

No, I smell it all the time and hear it well.

In his free time, Alexander is passionate about fishing

starhit

And none of your loved ones got sick?

Among relatives, thank God, no, but among acquaintances, yes. All the jokes about how this is nonsense disappeared with the first wave. We must, as far as possible, naturally, comply with what they say. To avoid a repeat of the situation that happened in the spring. If theaters are closed again, it will be very difficult - the blow is much stronger than the first one.

starhit

Besides “Richard,” what else are you working on now? Maybe there are some movie shoots?

No, not yet. The movie forgot me. There are offers, but what is offered is not interesting. There is one good thing that I really hope for, but it will become clear not earlier than January-February. There was filming of “Midshipmen” in the summer, we filmed what we wanted, Svetlana Sergeevna Druzhinina then worked in Crimea for another month. This is already the fifth part, which will consist of two: “Peace” and “War”. We finished the first and moved on to the second - the battle scenes. We will start working on them either at the end of spring or at the beginning of summer.

starhit

How then do you entertain yourself at a time when you don’t really go anywhere or go?

I'm not a fan of going anywhere. I don’t party, I always have something to do at home. I really love fishing. We have a specific place here. Now it’s getting colder, the trout and pike have started. Two days of preparation, then at seven o’clock in the morning we go to the water, and you can sit like that until five or six in the evening, you don’t even notice how time passes.

The upcoming performances of “Richard III” will take place at the Mossovet Theater on October 31 and November 4

Was there plastic surgery?

Undoubtedly, the years take their toll, and age-related changes are inevitable. The star of our article was not spared from this misfortune; the actor began to look worse and worse, and roles were offered less and less often.

Then Alexander decided on plastic surgery, namely a lift of the upper third and lower third of the face. As we can see from the photographs, the artist began to look much fresher and fitter. Expression wrinkles on the forehead smoothed out, the chin acquired clear outlines. The changes clearly benefited Alexander, and there is nothing shameful that a man, just like women, also wants to look young and attractive.

We hope to see Alexander in many more films, and also that the actor will finally find his true mutual love.

“IT’S NOT A FEAT, IT’S A PROFESSION”

– You said that they threatened from above. What did you warn against?

- Well, I think this is the last test that had to be passed. We all live as best we can, and we are given what we can bear. You go, breaking through walls, and each time the walls become stronger. Even stronger, still. Then - bam: I couldn’t, I stopped. That is, this is a test: can you overcome it, won’t you break?

– But everything that doesn’t kill us makes us stronger?

- Certainly. I say that this is another test. And if you can stand it, you go through it relatively honestly... It’s clear that it’s painful and scary. But you get through it and move on with your life.

– You didn’t have a risk of breaking down then?

- Was. But that day I was performing a play. This is not a feat, no - this is a profession, this is taught at drama school. They say: here is the street, do what you want there, but here you don’t belong to yourself. On the one hand, these are lofty words, on the other hand, they are true. You leave all your experiences there, but here you belong to those who bought the ticket.

– Have you had any breakdowns on stage?

- Were. Of course, situations are different, and depending on them I am also different. I have had many such cases when something happened in my life: I went on stage, onto the stage, and no one, no one understood anything. At the same time, it is unknown what will happen to you during intermission, what will happen to you behind the scenes.

Domogarov Alexander Disease 2022

On his 55th birthday, actor Alexander Domogarov spoke about his life and summed up the results.

Alexander Domogarov celebrated his 55th birthday on the stage of the Russian Army Theater with a creative evening “I’m coming back...”. “Since I am not able to gather all my people at home, we decided to organize a celebration in my native theater. This is not an anniversary, this is a birthday!” - the artist explained. Domogarov invited his colleagues, friends and even classmates. The actor sang for two hours, accepted congratulations from his colleagues and spoke to the audience.

On the eve of the anniversary, Channel One prepared a documentary film dedicated to the artist “Alexander Domogarov. Knight of the sad image." The picture is a kind of sincere and slightly sad monologue of the hero of the day. Domogarov admitted that in recent years he has changed a lot and is experiencing a personal crisis.

“Perhaps over the last five years the character has changed and most likely not in a good way. I mumble something all the time, boo-boo-boo, I’m getting old. A crisis? This is probably some kind of accumulation, so you hold on and hold on, and then bam! If we talk about me, then this explosion is inevitable. Life is such a scary thing,” says Alexander Domogarov.

This is interesting: What date does school start in November 2019?

Alexander Domogarov

Domogarov has a happy creative destiny. He first acted in films the year he graduated from the Shchepkinsky Theater School. Immediately after studying, he was taken to the theater, where he successfully played leading roles. Domogarov’s popularity was overturned by the audience’s burning love after the release of the third part of “Midshipmen.” Broad-shouldered, brutal, with piercing blue eyes, Domogarov overnight became a sex symbol. Then there were other equally stellar works in cinema and successful experiments in the theater.

But Domogarov was less fortunate with his personal life. Alexander Yuryevich experienced many disappointments and losses.

“Yes, I’m uncomfortable, I’ve probably become uncomfortable. I was mobile, easy-going, always had a lot of friends, sociable, friendly, laughing, but something happened,” says Alexander Domogarov.

He first got married when he was 18 years old. Alexander met Natalya Sagoyan at his friends’ dacha and as soon as he became an adult, he announced to his parents that he was going to the registry office. The parents did not create obstacles and let the young man get his first bump himself.

“Mom was still sawing something. And dad, as a wise man, reacted very simply - do you want it? You are free. And when after the wedding, some time later, I returned home with my things, dad, without getting up from his favorite ottoman, said: “Well, what? Did you make money? Will you put the kettle on?" The value of the solution. Your decision - please. Only your bump. Give me back my 20 years with my current brain, and I would probably become what I need to become. I wouldn’t engage in self-criticism at the age of 55,” says Alexander Domogarov.

Alexander Domogarov Jr.

Domogarov was unable to save the marriage and was not with his son when Dmitry died in an accident in 2008 at the age of 23.

Alexander had another son in 1989, also Alexander. And although the marriage with his mother Irina Gugenkova was also short-lived, Domogarov maintains a relationship with the heir and is pleased with what he has become. Alexander Domogarov Jr. five years ago dreamed of an acting career, but now he has made his final choice of profession and is now filming his first full-length film as a director. For a father, his son’s independent choice is extremely important, and he is pleased with him and with himself: “I don’t think I did anything wrong,” says Alexander Yuryevich about his son.

At 55 years old, Domogarov is divorced three times, and although he does not hide the fact that he is going through some kind of crisis, he asks not to confuse loneliness with the desire to be alone. Now Alexander Yuryevich is in just such a period: “The word “loneliness” should not be confused with the combination of words “I want to be left alone.” Loneliness is when you have no one. And here I am and please let me be alone. “I want to close the door,” shared Alexander Domogarov.

However, his son believes that dad achieved everything he wanted, and his crisis is an integral part of the profession in the need for constant creative search.

Personal life of Alexander Domogarov

Alexander Yuryevich was very handsome and charismatic. This aroused great sympathy among the opposite sex. Since childhood, he fell in love with his neighbor in the country, whose name was Natalya. They started dating in their youth and soon got married. After some time, the wife gave her husband their first child, who was named Dmitry. However, the guy was not destined to live long; at the age of 23 he died tragically.

The couple lived in marriage for no more than a year and separated. The reason was Domogarov’s new hobby – Irina. The girl worked together with Alexander Yuryevich. Their relationship lasted 2 years. Afterwards the young people got married. Soon the girl became pregnant and gave birth to a son, who was named Alexander.

They lived in marriage for 10 years. However, they broke up because of Domogarov’s mistress. She became the young actress Natalya Gromushkina. Having received a divorce, Alexander Yuryevich immediately invited his beloved to marry. But this relationship also did not last long. 4 years later he fell in love again. This time it was the actress Marina Alexandrova, who was much younger. Their union lasted only 2 years.

He met his next beloved Larisa on the plane. Domogarov really liked the girl, but she did not want to meet him. After some time, they met again and started a relationship. Fans expected a quick wedding, but it never happened. After a long illness and coma, Larisa died.

This was a big blow for Domogarov. Afterwards he stopped commenting on his personal life.
