Now your face is ready for the mask. It is best to make a fabric mask while lying down, so you can completely relax, the mask will not slip or slide off your face, and the beneficial components will do their job as efficiently as possible. But since today the frantic rhythm of a big city does not allow everyone to find the necessary 15-20 minutes to make a mask, you can do it while sitting at the computer; someone manages to make masks in the car on the way to work. I still try to set aside some time for myself at least once a week in the evening for my beloved and carry out the procedure with my eyes closed.

On each mask there is written the time that it must be kept on the face. But I would still advise you to focus on your feelings. After all, if the skin is moisturized, the composition will be absorbed more slowly and vice versa. I usually leave the mask on until the bulk of the cosmetic composition is absorbed. This time can vary from 20 to 40 minutes. Next, I look at the condition of the skin; if it needs additional hydration, then I use basic care (eye cream and face cream); if the skin is well hydrated and nourished, I may not use anything. It happens that the mask leaves a sticky layer (masks with snail mucin are especially prone to this), I don’t like this feeling, so I wipe my face with tonic and apply treatment.
