Rating of the best plastic surgeons in Voronezh in 2022

People want to have an attractive appearance, to remain young and sexy as long as possible, but no matter how you look at it, the years pass, and old age comes in quick steps, not giving a chance to stop time. The skin begins to sag, wrinkles and bags under the eyes appear. For some people, this situation is taken for granted, but others cannot come to terms with it and begin to actively fight against advancing old age.

Currently, one of the most popular methods of rejuvenation is plastic surgery, which is resorted to by those who want to be young and beautiful. For people with certain defects, such operations are prescribed to lead a full life in the future. Human life is fragile, unforeseen circumstances happen when an accident can happen to a person (car accident, fire, etc.). In such situations, plastic surgery is necessary for recovery.

Some types of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries

In the modern world, plastic surgeries are performed on any part of the body. They can be divided into two main types:

  1. Reconstructive operations – work to eliminate congenital and acquired defects. Such procedures are carried out for medical reasons.
  2. Aesthetic surgery is the removal of imperfections on the body to improve the figure or face.

In the modern world, plastic surgery has been brought to almost perfection. There is constant work to find new methods of performing operations to facilitate them and obtain better results. To know on which parts of the body surgical interventions are possible, you can familiarize yourself with their types below:

  1. Hair transplantation. Used when other methods have not helped.
  2. Pregnancy and breastfeeding make this part of the body far from attractive. And mammoplasty will correct the situation and return the woman to her former beauty and sexuality.
  3. Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty, liposuction) - involves removing excess fat and skin from the abdomen. To carry out this operation, an incision is made in the form of a circle near the navel, as well as in the bikini area.
  4. Reshaping the buttocks (gluteoplasty). This operation involves increasing the volume and shape of the buttocks using silicone implants.
  5. Has the skin on your arms from shoulder to elbow become flabby? Brachioplasty will help. The operation will make your forearms beautiful and active.
  6. Problems with legs are solved by cruroplasty - perfection of the legs and femoroplasty - improvement of the condition of the inner thigh.
  7. Plastic surgery in intimate areas is now widespread. For example, correction of the labia minora (labiaplasty) will correct defects and give them the desired shape. Do you need to get your hymen back? Hymenoplasty will come to the rescue. Very often, after childbirth, women experience changes in the size of the vagina. Vaginoplasty will restore attractiveness and restore the intensity and brightness of sexual sensations.
  8. A breakthrough in plastic surgery was rhytidectomy. This operation will remove deep wrinkles, nasolabial folds, and crow's feet.
  9. Has the eyebrows begun to droop, is there a large amount of skin on the upper eyelid? You can use front lifting (brow and forehead lift).
  10. The area around the eyes is the most vulnerable and changes faster with age, not for the better. Blepharoplasty will remove excess skin, bags under the eyes and tidy up the area around the eyes.
  11. Surgeries to correct the nose are common. Rhinoplasty will improve the appearance and restore the functionality of this organ, if any.
  12. Cheiloplasty will help correct the shape of the lips and adjust their range. Experienced surgeons will make your lips charming and sexy.
  13. Mentoplasty will eliminate the imperfections of the chin - correction of the shape of this part of the face.
  14. For cheekbones, there is also a procedure that changes their shape (maloplasty).

Non-invasive procedures are now common: injections, polishing, peeling, etc., which are actively used for rejuvenation and prevention of aging of human skin.

How to choose a doctor

There are categories of people who cannot undergo such operations. First of all, these are people with an unstable psyche, constantly striving to perform operations, unable to stop. Such patients need consultations with a psychologist, because their eternal dissatisfaction aggravates the condition, no matter what operations are performed on them.

Decision is made? Then it is important to find a competent specialist. Where to have surgery, which doctor to see, so as not to make a mistake and not end up with charlatans and scammers? This issue will be addressed in this publication.

Before choosing a clinic and a doctor, you need to contact several medical institutions where plastic surgery is performed, be sure to communicate with the operated patients, and carefully listen to their feedback. It is advisable to find out the doctor’s education, practice, degree of authority, and scholarship. At the appointment, you should pay attention to the professional qualities and competence of the surgeon.

Before performing the operation, the doctor must inform the patient about the details and possible consequences of the procedure. Plastic surgery is not a cheap “pleasure,” so you need to weigh the pros and cons to make the right decision.

Samir Chavdarov: – Each patient is unique!

Modern man has long ceased to obey the laws of nature. Consequently, there is now no need to put up with external defects - congenital or acquired with age. Many people seek to get rid of a hump on the nose, wrinkles or excess fat through plastic surgery. Samir Chavdarov, Candidate of Medical Sciences, head of the plastic surgery department at the Doctor Ch plastic surgery clinic, member of the Russian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, spoke about the most popular of them today.

Ed: How did you choose your profession, and what was decisive in your choice?

S.Ch.: I performed my first plastic surgeries while still in residency, but then I couldn’t even think about how my “surgical destiny” would turn out. In short, it’s something like this: I graduated from medical university with honors, entered clinical residency, defended my PhD thesis, and studied plastic surgery at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (Moscow). Further - multiple specializations in clinics in the USA, Brazil, Germany, Spain, England, etc.

To be honest, it turns out that I was “appointed” as a plastic surgeon. (Smiles.) Once he assisted the head doctor of the clinic where he worked on breast augmentation surgery. After finishing it, he told me: “Get ready, you’re going to go study plastic surgery.” I couldn't refuse him. Let's go. And then - operations, operations, operations...

Ed: Do you have any “favorite” plastic surgeries?

S.Ch.: Operations do not exist separately from patients with the results of these operations. I can’t single out any one – I like modern techniques that are ideal for a particular patient and maximize his appearance.

I often study abroad and constantly bring the latest technologies to the clinic. Plastic surgery is developing dynamically, and operations that were applicable yesterday are already giving way to more modern ones today. Thus, closed endoscopic techniques have replaced open operations with major surgical trauma. Closed rhinoplasty, endoscopic breast augmentation, and laser otoplasty provide excellent results. All modern surgery is developing towards reducing the invasiveness of interventions (minimally invasive), plastic surgery is no exception.

Ed: Which operation do you consider the most difficult?

S.Ch.: Endoscopic techniques (closed rhinoplasty, endoscopic breast augmentation, mini-abdominoplasty) are the most high-tech and difficult to perform. They require a great deal of experience to implement, but they provide the patient with better results and faster rehabilitation.

Ed: Are there any special, unique cases in your practice?

S.Ch.: In plastic surgery, all cases are unique, each patient is unique. It is necessary for each person to select a unique set of techniques and clearly apply them, transforming them into results.

Ed: Do you easily find a common language with the patient?

S.Ch.: I hope so. (Laughs.) During my long work in plastic surgery, I have developed certain communication algorithms that allow me to: “understand what the patient wants,” “explain to him what we can,” and together with him “discuss what will happen.”

Ed: Why do people turn to a plastic surgeon?

S.Ch.: There is only one reason - progress in social adaptation by improving appearance and increasing self-esteem. I often meet my patients with enlarged breasts on the streets of the city, and when I see their straightened shoulders and sparkling eyes, I smile and think to myself: how important this is!

And how the faces of patients change when you first remove the plaster from the nose after closed rhinoplasty and take it to the mirror. This is just an indescribable range of emotions! I'm not even talking about laser otoplasty, when the result appears literally before our eyes.

Ed: Many people think that with the help of plastic surgery it is possible to change their life. What do you say about this?

S.Ch.: If the operation is successful, then the patients are simply inspired after the operation. There are many cases around the world where successful plastic surgeries have changed the lives of patients.

Ed: Have you ever had to turn away patients?

S.Ch.: Yes, most often these are cases of patients’ excessive demands at an initially low aesthetic level. In such cases, I say that plastic surgery is not magic, it is a field of medicine with a certain set of technologies. Yes, we have the most modern techniques, but even they have limitations!

Editor: Are there permanent patients in plastic surgery? Is it possible to become addicted to plastic surgery?

S.Ch.: I have many patients who have performed several operations. The main thing is to do them if the patient has a real, not a fictitious problem, and it doesn’t matter how many operations the patient has had, the main thing is positive changes. Addiction is when a person compulsively wants to fix something that is beautiful enough without surgery.

Ed: Tell me, do patients come to a specific surgeon or come to the clinic?

S.Ch.: A patient always comes to a specific surgeon, usually based on reviews from other patients who have successfully performed operations. The importance of individual experience as a result of the operation is too high. To obtain the best results, the surgeon chooses a clinic in which his abilities can manifest themselves as fully as possible.

Ed: Have you had to redo the work of other plastic surgeons?

S.Ch.: This is a matter of professional ethics, I suggest you refrain from commenting

Editor: What operations are most in demand among patients today?

S.Ch.: Endoscopic breast augmentation, closed rhinoplasty, laser otoplasty, blepharoplasty, Cheek-Lifting*, facelift, abdominoplasty, liposuction, intimate plastic surgery, surgical correction of the lips - these are the most frequently performed operations. I myself perform more than 500 operations a year!

Editor: Is it possible to guarantee that the patient will get the result he expects after surgery?

S.Ch.: Before the operation, it is important to discuss the possible result in detail, taking into account the patient’s initial data, select the necessary technique, and perform a computer simulation of the possible result of the operation. Considering the number of patients who undergo surgery with us, I think they get what they want.

Ed: What rules do you follow in plastic surgery?

S.Ch.: First, health is more important than beauty, so there are no unjustified risks. Secondly, I operate only on those for whom I see, through the prism of modern technology, the likelihood of a positive outcome, no experiments.

Editor: Is plastic surgery still considered such an elite field of medicine that many refuse to even think about the possibility of undergoing surgery?

S.Ch.: Of course, plastic surgery depends on the level of well-being of society, but we must not forget that beauty plastic surgery is subject to the laws of the market and prices are set based on demand in a particular territory.

Editor: Your wishes to the readers of the portal

S.Ch.: Beauty, goodness, truth are eternal values, I wish everyone exactly these guidelines
