I thought for a long time and decided to write a review about the clinic and the procedure performed on me. I don’t like leaving reviews, especially negative ones, but perhaps my experience will be useful. About 3 months ago I had laser resurfacing using the Ultra-pulse device from Dr. V.A. Arshakyan. There was a problem with post-acne scars on the face. The clinic claims that one procedure with this laser replaces 5 others and the effect is accordingly much more noticeable. The cost of the procedure with anesthesia was about 110,000, as it was performed on the entire face and eyelids in order to lift the upper eyelid. After the operation, I went to the doctor for several days for examinations, after which he let me go home for further rehabilitation (I’m from another city), saying that the scabs would go away in about 10 days. By this time, the crusts on my face were just thickening from the abundance of cream, but they weren’t even going to come off. There was a feeling that they were tightly stuck to the skin from the abundance of ointments and it was simply impossible for them to fall off. After day 14, I started washing my face and carefully removed those crusts from my chin that came off easily, after calling the doctor and sending a video. After which he said: remove where it comes off easily, the skin needs to breathe. On my chin I saw severe irritation in the form of small pimples, this was already on the 17th day. After washing, I carefully removed the stuck crusts. Not a single crust has ever fallen off on its own, although I followed all the recommendations. There were scabs that lasted 31 days, after which I came to the doctor in despair, afraid to touch them. He tore them off for me himself during those 3 minutes of treatment with which he honored me. Just for a moment: I didn’t do the procedure for little money, the rehabilitation was clearly not going as it should have, if all the recommendations were followed, not a single scab fell off on its own, I drove for 4 hours just to see him, waiting for at least answers to my questions . But she turned out to be one of 4 people appointed at the same time. I understand the demand and busyness, but still... To be more objective, I will say that during rehabilitation the doctor was in touch, tried to answer questions, but there was a feeling that he himself did not know what was happening specifically in my case. In general, after almost 3 months I see a deterioration in the situation on my face, new large, terrible scars have appeared on my cheeks and small holes. I don’t know what exactly this is connected with: improper rehabilitation or laser modes, but when I told the doctor about this at the appointment, he replied: that you had all this before the laser on your face) like this... I won’t even comment on it. There is simply no effect on the eyelids, everything is as it was, but there is a clear deterioration on the cheeks. Here is the result of spending 140,000 (along with tests, medications and bioreparation afterwards) and a month of sitting at home, not understanding what was going wrong. Now I’m trying to pull myself out of depression on the topic of newly acquired defects on the face ((some time ago I went to St. Petersburg, consulted with a doctor who works on the same laser, having previously called “Elena” in order to find out what modes the procedure was performed on) , in order to have a more substantive conversation with the doctor. To which they answered that the doctor would not reveal this information and now I quote the administrator: “he said that if something goes wrong, he will remain to blame.” There are no words. It seemed to me , such information should be transparent for the client. The doctor from St. Petersburg, judging by the photo, said that there was an infection during the rehabilitation period, which complicated the process. I don’t know if this is true, because there is not much trust in doctors anymore, but the fact is unsuccessful, to put it mildly, the result remains a fact.
