New experience in lip augmentation with a new drug

Today I want to share a lip upgrade with a new product. This is a serious change for me; I have not changed the drug even once since I started practicing this procedure on myself.
Among the innovations in this post, I will talk about a new drug (it is new to me, it has been on the market for several years), which I chose this time, and in fact, I finally changed cosmetologist!

Following my post here, I had my lip augmentation procedure done at the end of June. As usual, I chose the drug I wrote about, Juviderm smile
in a volume of 0.55 ml.
But either after feeding I lost all the filler, or the cosmetologist worked differently this time, but the effect was absolutely unnoticeable after the swelling subsided.
Certain circumstances prompted me to look for someone else; a friend recommended a clinic whose services I had used for many years. But I didn’t enlarge my lips specifically. I watched for 5 months and decided.
During a consultation at the clinic, the doctor suggested a drug made in Italy, Neauvia Lips.
What is the difference between this drug and most of those on the market?
This filler, or rather the hyaluronic acid in it (HA), is synthesized from Bacillus subtilis without the help of chemical reagents, whereas other fillers are created from HA from streptococcus.

For me, the lack of lidocaine is not a minus; I was frozen so well this time with topical anesthesia that the procedure was surprisingly painless. Although, in my style, I chose the most “suitable” day for this - before the CD!). Below I will show a photo with bruises, this will warn you against neglecting doctors’ recommendations not to do procedures before and in the first days of CD.
Freezing
Well, from the stage everything is normal. Cleansing, applying cream anesthesia under the film, wait and go. Kohl, then knead. It is important to avoid lumps.
As I said above, the bruises were worse than usual, as a result of which the drug was not distributed as it should, the lips were very swollen and we could not do everything as we wanted, so it was decided to split the procedure into 2 stages. I’ll say right away that in the second stage there was already another phase of the cycle and everything went through with minimal injury.

The bottom one was not touched. My lips are dry, since application anesthesia always dries my lips very much. The next day the swelling was very minor.

In total, we administered 0.9 ml with a break of 9 days. The drug was kept cold, since we used the same syringe, but different needles.
I am not a supporter of this method, but I wanted a harmonious increase, and severe swelling prevented this. That's why it's like that. The syringe cannot be shared between people.

I will try augmentation with this drug in the future or go back to Juvederm. I liked that both of these products looked “soft” on my lips (that’s what’s important on mine).

As for evaluating the work of a cosmetologist, I can’t say that this is what I’m looking for. Perhaps I will return a second time, I have had other procedures there and liked it. I can't say that I'm 100 percent satisfied. But I rate the result at 7 out of 10.
