A neck and chin lift is a very popular procedure among modern women. The popularity of the lines “My years are my wealth” has remained, albeit in the recent past, but still in the past. Today, everyone is trying to preserve youth as long as possible with the help of special correction methods, and sometimes even through surgical intervention.

Most often, it is the neck that reveals a woman’s true age. The first changes become noticeable after 30 years: transverse folds, sagging, loss of tone, sagging are indicated. And although the aging process manifests itself in different ways, there are many techniques that can help minimize the obvious traces of the years lived.

Features of a neck lift and indications for the procedure

With age, all processes in the human body slow down. In particular, the production of collagen protein, which is responsible for skin elasticity, decreases. As a result, the epidermis becomes sluggish and inelastic. This is especially noticeable on the neck, since the skin on it is thin and therefore more susceptible to age-related changes. The situation can be easily corrected with the help of various cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery. The neck lift method is selected depending on the patient’s age and the condition of her skin.

To keep the epidermis toned, you need to take care of yourself from a young age: use creams and masks, do massage, gymnastics. At a more mature age, it is recommended to resort to hardware procedures. They are carried out in beauty salons under the supervision of specialists.

When a neck lift is needed, surgery is prescribed in the following cases:

  • in the presence of pronounced transverse folds and wrinkles;
  • with sagging skin;
  • with the appearance of fatty deposits and a double chin;
  • with a decrease in the tone of the subcutaneous cervical platysma muscle;
  • with violations of the clarity of the cervical-mental angle.

With severe sagging skin and platysma, deep folds can form on the front of the neck, and a real bag can form under the chin. Only plastic surgery can help get rid of such deformities.

Recommendations for training

The first thing to avoid is mechanical impact and massage. This approach will only aggravate the situation and reduce the tone. To achieve the desired result, it is necessary to stretch the platysma, which will smooth the skin and strengthen the entire area.

Basic recommendations:

  • All strengthening exercises should be done in front of a mirror. This is the only way to visually see the effectiveness of the movement.
  • It is important that the neck muscles are not too involved in the work, otherwise they will take on the main load.
  • You need to do the exercises in short cycles. Holding the stretching position for more than 10 seconds not only will not provide benefits, but can also negatively affect your health and cardiovascular system.
  • The subcutaneous muscle of the neck can only be influenced by stretching the skin; this movement should form the basis of all exercises.
  • When training platysma, you should check the condition of the thyroid gland. Some diseases cause increased fat formation in this area, which can reduce the effectiveness of your workouts.
  • Tension of the platysma during training in the gym leads to deterioration of the skin condition. Gymnastics for the muscle should be moderate and with controlled stretching.

Optimal age for a neck lift procedure

Many ladies diligently take care of themselves, trying to prolong their outward youth. However, the aging process can be slowed down, but cannot be completely stopped. Visual changes are inevitable, and, as a rule, it is the neck that reveals a woman’s true age. Therefore, in cosmetology there are many procedures aimed at rejuvenating this area of the body. Thus, mesotherapy is recommended for women starting from 35–40 years of age . For those over forty, a cosmetology clinic may recommend a lower face lift.

At the age of 50 years and older, patients often choose plastic surgery, but masks and exercises, for example, lifting with an elastic bandage, have a good effect.

If a woman is over 65 years old , then without surgical intervention a lasting visual effect of rejuvenation will not be achieved. However, even for this age, you can choose special creams and masks that will help maintain skin elasticity after the surgical procedure.

Thus, each age has its own methods of rejuvenating the skin on the neck. Let's take a closer look at them.

Day 5: Abdominal and Waist Workout

The fifth day of training for beginners is aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles and getting rid of problem areas on the sides and abdomen. Additionally, the muscle corset is strengthened; such training is the prevention of spinal diseases. Due to the interval pace and functional load, you will not only strengthen your abdominal muscles, but also burn fat.

Perform the exercises in a round sequentially for the specified number of repetitions. After each exercise, take a break of 15-20 seconds. More advanced players can repeat each round in two rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds, 2 minutes between rounds. For timer training, a diagram is offered at the end of the article.

Hardware types of neck lift

Hardware cosmetology is popular among ladies who want to look good. The purpose of this rejuvenation method is not so much to correct imperfections, but to prevent premature loss of elasticity.

Ptosis, or sagging of facial tissues, has three degrees: initial, moderate and deep. Each of them has its own methods of struggle. Hardware cosmetology is suitable for the first two types of ptosis. It cannot cope with deep deformations.

The devices used in hardware cosmetology are absolutely safe for health. They don't leave scars. One of the most popular procedures is laser lifting of the lower third of the face and neck. The effect after it lasts for a period of two to five years. Using a laser, the activity of healthy epidermal cells is activated. They begin to produce more collagen, causing the skin to become more elastic and visually tightened.

Depending on the degree of impact, laser tightening can be performed under local anesthesia or without it. The duration of the procedure is about one and a half hours.

In the first few days after the laser, patients experience increased skin sensitivity, peeling and redness. Pigment spots may appear. All these unpleasant manifestations disappear literally within a week. However, even after this period it is recommended to limit exposure to the sun.

Significant disadvantages of laser tightening include the fact that for a lasting effect it is necessary to do three to four procedures, the interval between which should be 30 days. The obvious advantage is high performance. Visual rejuvenation is confirmed by most patients.

Experts recommend using laser for women over 30 years of age.

The next hardware procedure that helps restore youthful skin is RF lifting . With its help, the production of elastin protein is stimulated in the epidermis, which, like collagen, is responsible for the elasticity of the epidermis. RF lifting involves exposing the skin to radio waves of a safe frequency. The effect lasts for 2–3 years.

The essence of the manipulation: during the procedure, the device warms the skin with high-frequency waves, the power of which is regulated. The strength of the effect depends on the condition of the patient’s epidermis. As a result, metabolic processes in cells are stimulated, blood flow increases, and toxins are eliminated. The skin is renewed, acquires a healthy color, freshness and elasticity. The contour of the face and neck is noticeably tightened.

After RF lifting, you cannot go to a bathhouse or sauna for three days or be in the open sun. This rejuvenation technique is recommended for women over 30 years old. The procedure is completely painless and leaves no scars. The recovery period is the already mentioned three days. The disadvantages of RF lifting include the fact that it is useless for severe ptosis. If the skin is significantly stretched and sagging, radio wave treatment will not help it.

Effective exercises for an ideal face shape

Thanks to this effective method, you can quickly remove “bulldog cheeks” and tighten your face. Regularity of execution – twice a day for 20 minutes.

Exercise with a spoon for facial contours

Exhale and then inhale deeply through your nose. Hold your breath for five seconds and exhale slowly. Place the spoon between your lips, rolling them inward. As you inhale, lift the device up. For convenience, help with your lower jaw, and then smile and pull your cheeks up. Hold for 2 seconds, then exhale and relax. Do it 20 times.

Gymnastics Carol Maggio

Take the following position: your ring finger is above your upper lip. Place your index finger on your earlobe, and place your middle finger just above your cheek. Next, open your mouth as if trying to smile. Execution time – 30 seconds.

Exercise for platysma and oval face

The main goal is to provide static voltage for 5-6 seconds. Lower your lower lip and chin at the same time. Try to stretch the neck area as much as possible. To enhance the effect, stick your lower lip forward. After this, relax your face.

Tube-shaped lips

Extend your lips and then return them to their original position. Do 10 approaches. Despite the simple technique, the exercise is quite effective and helps to eliminate jowls and other defects on the skin in a short time.

Exercise for double chin and oval face

Stick your tongue out as far as you can, trying to reach your chin. Move it in different directions. Do the exercise for 12 seconds.

It is advisable to do gymnastics in the morning and evening.

Minimally invasive methods of neck lift

Speaking about non-surgical facelift, one cannot help but recall lifting massage . It is done using a special vacuum-roller device. Massage is prescribed both to prevent age-related skin changes and to combat severe wrinkles and sagging.

As a rule, a lifting massage session lasts from half an hour to an hour. During the procedure, a vacuum-roller device stimulates blood circulation. As a result, epidermal cells are renewed and muscles are tightened. Massage is recommended for people over 25 years of age. Vacuum lifting is absolutely painless and does not damage the skin. There is no recovery period. To obtain the maximum effect of visual rejuvenation, 6–8 sessions are required. However, with pronounced sagging skin, the procedure will not bring improvement.

The next rejuvenating technique is Thermage. Consists in the use of radio frequency waves. A special device heats the skin in a targeted manner, raising the temperature in its deep layers to 60 degrees Celsius, and then cooling it. As a result, the restoration process starts in the epidermis. During heating, natural denaturation of collagen begins. The consequence of this is an almost instant tightening of the skin. The effect lasts for up to two years.

Thermage is recommended for patients over 35 years of age. It leaves no scars. Disadvantages include the likelihood of burns and the high cost of the procedure.

Recently, photorejuvenation has become increasingly popular. It involves exposing the skin to high-intensity particles – photons. The procedure affects only the upper layers of the skin. Photorejuvenation will not get rid of deep wrinkles and severe ptosis. Photon exposure will make less deformed skin more elastic. Your complexion will improve and fine wrinkles will disappear.

The essence of photorejuvenation is that after the procedure, the upper layer of the epidermis begins to peel off. The skin is renewed, becoming smoother and more elastic. Photon exposure sessions are recommended for patients over 35 years of age. The treatment is painless and leaves no scars. Perfect for eliminating acne and age spots. The recovery period is 5–7 days, during which the old skin peels off and comes off. During this time, you should not be in direct sunlight.

The next procedure, also aimed at tightening the oval shape of the face and neck, is ELOS rejuvenation. The essence of the method is to expose the skin to current and light. As a result, pigment spots, fine wrinkles and even scars are removed, the contours of the face and neck are tightened, and the epidermis becomes more elastic. The duration of one ELOS rejuvenation session is no longer than 45 minutes. There is no recovery period, but in the first days after the procedure you should not be in direct sunlight, or visit baths and saunas. ELOS rejuvenation is recommended for patients over 35 years of age.

Fillers to correct volume deficiency

If there is a lack of volume, when the physiological folds on the neck become deep, correction can be carried out using fillers based on hyaluronic acid. With their help, the missing volume is replenished. By compensating for the lack of subcutaneous tissue, the skin is tightened, correct smooth lines and a beautiful silhouette are restored, and “sagging” disappears.

At the same time, the rejuvenation effect lasts throughout the year. Thus, to make your neck look young and well-groomed, it is enough to carry out the procedure only once a year. The neck modeling procedure with fillers lasts no more than 20-30 minutes and is carried out painlessly (with the use of anesthetic cream). This technique does not require rehabilitation and virtually eliminates the occurrence of side effects.

Photos “Before” and “After” the procedure. Botox + fillers

Modeling is most often combined with procedures such as botulinum therapy, laser rejuvenation and ELOS therapy.

However, if your problem is not related to a lack of volume, but to a decrease in skin elasticity and density, we will recommend that you use other methods.

Biorevitalization and plasmolifting. We restore the structure of the skin from the inside.

The neck and décolleté areas are delicate; the skin here has its own characteristics, often prone to dryness and sagging. biorevitalization procedure , which is an intradermal injection of drugs based on native hyaluronic acid, is actively used both to improve the quality of the skin and to prevent aging of the neck skin. It restores water balance well and normalizes metabolic processes. Many manufacturers produce cocktails for biorevitalization, containing, in addition to hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and signal peptides. Such drugs also stimulate the synthesis of proteins that make up the structure of the skin. All this leads to a rapid and noticeable restoration of skin quality. Within 2-3 days after the procedure, injection marks disappear, and the skin becomes moisturized and smooth. Even after the first procedure we see the effect. However, all procedures aimed at improving skin quality are usually a course course, the procedure is repeated after 2-3 weeks, the course is 4-6 procedures.

For young women, simple maintenance procedures are often enough. plasma lifting works great . Blood is taken from a vein and processed in a special centrifuge. The red blood cells settle, and the resulting plasma is injected into the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté using mesotherapy technique. In addition to hydration, we receive stimulation of collagenogenesis using the body’s own resources, which is important. It perfectly maintains both a healthy complexion and the density, turgor and elasticity of the skin on the neck and décolleté. Plasmolifting is carried out in a course of 4-5 procedures 1-2 times a year.

Invasive Neck Lift Procedures

  • Biorevitalization and mesotherapy

All invasive procedures involve disruption of the body's outer layers. Thus, biorevitalization and mesotherapy involve subcutaneous injections of certain drugs. Substances that penetrate deep into the dermis nourish it from the inside. The skin receives what it cannot produce itself due to age-related changes. As a result, elasticity appears and the muscles tighten.

Oxygen biorevitalization is based on the introduction of a drug that fills wrinkles and voids formed in the dermis. Thanks to this, the skin is smoothed and evened out. But most importantly, she receives additional nutrition, which will slow down aging.

The duration of a biorevitalization session is from half an hour to an hour and a half. The recovery period is about a week. The effect of the procedure will be noticeable almost immediately, but you need to wait until the bruises and swelling go away. To speed up rehabilitation, it is necessary to follow all the instructions of the cosmetologist. The effectiveness of biorevitalization largely depends on the quality of the drugs used. On average, the rejuvenation effect lasts for six months or more.

The technique is recommended for patients over the age of 30. If the procedure is carried out by a competent specialist, and after it all recommendations regarding the rehabilitation process are followed, then there should be no complications.

Mesotherapy is similar to biorevitalization: it also involves subcutaneous administration of drugs. However, in this case, hyaluronic acid and vitamins are used. Thanks to these substances, the skin is saturated with moisture and valuable elements. The process of internal rejuvenation starts. The effect of the procedure lasts for up to six months. Mesotherapy is recommended for patients over 30 years of age.

  • Thread lifting

For severe ptosis, experts recommend a neck lift with threads. This method of rejuvenation involves implanting special threads under the skin. They form a frame that will support the neck muscles and dermis. The threads are inserted with special needles and attached to the muscles with loops or notches.

The procedure requires local anesthesia. The duration of one session depends on the number of threads introduced. On average it is one and a half hours. During the recovery period, you should not make sudden movements, as well as massage and masks.

Patients do not feel the implanted threads at all. Gradually they dissolve and form a strong frame that provides lifting of the lower part of the face and neck. The effectiveness of the procedure largely depends on the condition of the skin and the materials used. On average, the effect lasts for a period of 2 to 6 years. Thread lifting is recommended for patients over 40 years of age.

The method has proven itself well for mild and moderate ptosis. Its use leaves no scars. The disadvantages include some pain of the procedure and a recovery period of about a month. If high-quality materials were used for thread lifting, the effect will be stable and long-lasting.

  • Contour plastic

This method of rejuvenation appeared in Russia relatively recently - in 2010. It is sometimes called a non-surgical lift, but this is not entirely true since the procedure involves making skin incisions.

The essence of the method is that endotins, or biopolymer plates 3–4 mm in size, are introduced through incisions, which are then attached to the bone. With the help of these devices, a beautiful oval face and the shape of the cervical curve are formed. The incisions through which the plates are inserted are minimal. They heal within one to two weeks, and there are practically no scars left.

After the procedure, patients do not feel discomfort. Endotins are not felt, but when palpated they can be detected as small compactions. Within three months, the tissues around the plates will grow together, and after about six months the biopolymer will be eliminated by the body. However, the effect of the tightening will remain for a period of five to ten years.

Contour plastic surgery is recommended for patients over 50 years of age. It helps remove pronounced sagging skin. The disadvantages of the procedure include its pain, long recovery period and small scars on the skin, which sometimes remain at the incision sites.

  • Plastic surgery

When all other methods of rejuvenation are powerless, a surgical neck lift is prescribed. It can correct both age-related skin defects and those resulting from illness or injury.

Plastic surgery is resorted to at the very last stage of ptosis. This rejuvenation technique has three directions: liposuction, cervicoplasty and platysmoplasty.

Liposuction is used in cases where a lot of fat deposits have accumulated in the neck and chin area. During the operation, incisions are made. Through them, fat is removed using special equipment.

Liposuction is often combined with cervicoplasty. The latter is that excess skin tissue is removed, resulting in a tightening.

When a major lift of the lower third of the face and neck is needed, the surgery will be more complex. The patient is prescribed platysmaplasty, during which not only the skin, but also the muscles are tightened.

Structure and anatomy

The muscle originates from the thoracic region, just below the collarbone, from the surface of the pectoral fascia. It is located upward in a close layer, with the exception of a small triangle in the middle (located above the jugular notch).

The upper bundles of the subcutaneous muscle of the neck are partially attached to the masticatory fascia, the other part is attached to the muscle that lowers the lower lip and the muscles at the corners of the mouth. Laterally, the bundles also move to the facial area, where they are woven into the fascia of the parotid gland.

Possible complications after a neck lift and contraindications

Many people strive to preserve youth: both men and women, but most cosmetic procedures have contraindications, and some can lead to complications.

For example, surgical neck lift is prohibited for those who have the following pathologies:

  • congenital malformations of the neck or previous injuries;
  • diabetes;
  • benign tumors in the neck;
  • oncology;
  • acute infectious disease;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • severe disease of the cardiovascular system;
  • pathologies of the respiratory system;
  • endocrine diseases;
  • blood clotting disorder;
  • predisposition to the formation of keloid scars.

This is a list of standard contraindications. However, each cosmetic procedure has additional restrictions that must be taken into account. For example, cervicoplasty cannot be done in the presence of goiter and other diseases associated with the endocrine system.

Surgical tightening of the skin of the face and neck can lead to complications. For example, after platysmaplasty the following unpleasant consequences are likely:

  • bleeding;
  • large hematomas;
  • subcutaneous accumulation of tissue fluid caused by an inflammatory process;
  • tissue necrosis in the suture area;
  • loss of sensation in the surgical area;
  • development of infections and inflammations;
  • feeling of tightness due to lack of skin;
  • formation of rough keloid scars;
  • asymmetry of the cervical and facial zones;
  • allergic reaction of the body to anesthesia.

Complications most often arise for two reasons: the surgeon made a professional mistake or the patient neglected the recommendations for the recovery period. When both parties take their responsibilities seriously, the operation proceeds without unpleasant consequences.

What do the platysma muscles do?

The main function of platysma is to protect the great vessels of the neck, arteries and veins of the head, as well as large lymphatic vessels.

Since the muscle is connected to the lower lip, it is also involved in the expression of various emotions: sadness, surprise, horror. Also, due to its connection with the lower jaw, it is involved in the opening and closing of the mouth.

Without this muscle, we would constantly spill drinks while trying to drink, we would not be able to kiss, frown or simply express emotions that involve the lower jaw.

Methods for a neck lift at home

To maintain youthful skin, it is not necessary to visit a cosmetologist. A facelift and neck lift at home also gives good results. It is based primarily on massage and special exercises, and its effectiveness depends on the correct implementation of the procedures.

  • Massage for tightening the skin of the neck and chin

In order to perform a neck lift at home using massage, you need to stock up on special oils. The effectiveness of the procedure significantly depends on them. Many oils nourish the skin, saturate it with vitamins and enhance the production of collagen and elastin.

The composition is applied immediately before the start of the procedure. A mixture of baby cream with a few drops of essential oil has worked well. Rosemary, orange, lavender, ylang-ylang, jasmine, etc. are suitable - it all depends on personal preferences. Baby cream can be replaced with any base oil: almond, wheat germ, jojoba, etc.

Neck massage is easy to perform. It consists of sequential actions. First, oil is applied to the skin. After this, the neck should be gently massaged for one minute. Then move on to light pinching, paying attention to the area from the chin to the collarbones (also 1 minute). In the next step, you need to pat your neck with the back of your hands for two minutes. The final stage is light stroking. Despite the simplicity of the actions, after such a neck massage, a tightening is guaranteed.

To increase effectiveness, the procedure should be performed every day for a month. Then the effect will not be long in coming: the skin will become more elastic and the complexion will be fresh.

  • Exercises for the muscles of the neck and chin

Neck lifting with exercises is an effective way to strengthen muscles and, as a result, prolong visual youth. The main thing is to conduct classes regularly for two months. The set of exercises itself is simple. It consists of the following actions:

  1. Take a sitting or standing position. The back is straight. Throw your head back. In this state, move your jaw forward as much as possible and hold it there for 5–10 seconds. Return the jaw to the reverse position. Repeat 10 times.
  2. Take a sitting or standing position. The back is straight. Turn your head alternately to the right/left, then tilt forward/backward. You need to stay in each position for a few seconds. It is necessary to perform 15 turns and tilts in one direction, and then the same number in the other.
  3. Take a sitting or standing position. The back is straight. Fold your lips into a tube and stretch them forward and down, feeling the neck muscles stretch. Stay in this position for a minute.
  4. Take a sitting or standing position. The back is straight. Keeping your head still, stick your tongue out as much as possible. Fix in this position for 15–20 seconds.

If you regularly do these simple exercises for the neck and face, a tightening is guaranteed.

  • Masks for chin and neck lift

Even in cases of urgent need for a face and neck lift, the price of the procedure is of great importance. The good thing about masks is that they are effective, economical, suitable for all ages, and can be made at home. And combining them with massage and exercises will give an effect no worse than from salon procedures.

We recommend

How to get rid of unwanted hair quickly, painlessly and forever More
If we talk about recipes, a mask made from a mixture of wheat germ and olive oil has proven itself well. The ingredients are mixed in equal proportions - one teaspoon at a time. Next, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice. The composition is applied to clean skin for 30 minutes, then washed off. The frequency of the procedure is twice a week for a month.

The following recipe is as follows: you need to mix a tablespoon of oatmeal, an egg yolk and a teaspoon of olive oil. Apply the resulting composition to the skin and leave for 15 minutes. The frequency of the procedure is once a week for a month.

A good result is obtained by a moisturizing mask with a lifting effect, consisting of a tablespoon of heavy cream, to which one drop of ylang-ylang and patchouli essential oils was added. The mixture is applied to the face and neck for 20 minutes. The frequency of the procedure is twice a week for a month.

  • Lifting with an elastic bandage

When a chin and neck lift is needed, surgery may not be necessary. First, you should try the rejuvenation method using an elastic medical bandage. During the procedure, light pressure is applied to the skin. As a result, the muscles are fixed, which improves the shape of the cervical curve. The effect is due to the fact that muscles have memory. If you bandage them for a long time, they will get used to this position and stop sagging.

The duration of the procedure is at least five hours, so it can be done at night. The technique is safe for the skin, since the bandages allow air to pass through. For the rejuvenation effect to appear, 10–15 sessions are needed. The bandages should be wrapped tightly, but without squeezing.

Although home treatments have proven effective, it is recommended to periodically visit a cosmetologist for a professional assessment of your skin condition.

Exercises to develop platysma

To tone the muscles of youth, it is necessary to exercise not only them, but also the entire neck and even the back. First of all, you need to correct your posture. There are great roller exercises for this. Since there are many questions about its use, Annette recorded a webinar in which she talks in detail about all the intricacies.

How much does a neck lift cost in a beauty salon?

If we talk about the cost of a chin and neck lift, the price of the procedure depends entirely on the correction method. Home exercises, massages and masks are the most economical.

Prices for thread lifting in Moscow and St. Petersburg range from 16,000 to 200,000 rubles. The final cost is determined by the condition of the skin, the number and quality of threads, the size of the surface being treated, the type of anesthesia and the qualifications of the cosmetologist performing the procedure.

Regardless of whether a hardware neck lift or surgery is needed, the price will largely depend on the scope of the intervention and the time spent.

The elasticity of the skin is lost under the influence of age-related changes, as well as due to smoking, excess weight and sunlight. To prevent ptosis, it is recommended to completely abandon bad habits. It is also worth paying attention to home procedures, the effectiveness of which is directly related to the regularity and systematicity of their implementation.

If severe ptosis interferes with external attractiveness, you should not abandon hardware correction methods and plastic surgery. However, the choice of rejuvenation method should occur together with a specialist (cosmetologist or plastic surgeon) and taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient’s body.

Pavel Grigorievich Smolyansky is an athletics coach, worked with the Russian national athletics team and the national team of the Republic of Guatemala. In Russia, his students became champions of the Russian Federation in middle and long distance running 11 times, and won the European Cup among sports clubs three times. In Guatemala, 23 national records were set.

Pavel Grigorievich created his own set of exercises for middle-aged and older people. Every Saturday from 11 to 12 noon he conducts adaptive gymnastics at the All-Russian Exhibition Center in pavilion No. 5.

Operating principle

The skin at the injection sites is smoothed, rejuvenated, and appears healthy and attractive. Cosmetologists use certified drugs and select dosages taking into account the body of each patient. The approach avoids side effects.

Botox is a drug made from botulinum toxin type A. The injection blocks existing neuromuscular impulses and immobilizes muscles. The main goal is the rapid smoothing out of wrinkles formed as a result of increased activity. In case of prolonged paralysis, the creases disappear. By the time the effect of the drug ends, the active substances are eliminated naturally, the muscles are fixed in a static position, preventing the appearance of new defects.

How is the procedure done?

Stages of implementation:

  1. Initial removal of existing makeup.
  2. Effective skin cleansing using special products.
  3. Using anesthesia – relieves severe pain during the injection.
