- Stretch marks, stretch marks;
- Decreased skin tone and sagging;
- Deep pronounced wrinkles;
- Skin pigmentation;
- Chrono- and photoaging.
The laser can work both on the surface and in the deep layers of the skin. Before the procedure, it is important to consult a specialist who will determine the treatment tactics, duration and number of sessions.
Ablative laser rejuvenation on MCL31 is carried out under the influence of an anesthetic cream. Stronger anesthesia is not needed.
What can this laser do?
Dermablate MCL 31 is a universal soldier of the beauty industry. With it you can:
- rejuvenate the skin;
- remove epidermal and dermal lesions;
- improve skin structure and tone;
- even out skin texture;
- remove pigmentation;
- smooth out wrinkles;
- restore skin elasticity;
- reduce pore size;
- correct cicatricial changes in the skin, scars and stretch marks.
For these purposes, various lasers are used in medicine, differing in their efficiency, safety, frequency of application and, of course, price. Cheap devices, as a rule, have too superficial and uncontrollable effects on the skin. To achieve a therapeutic effect with such devices, procedures must be performed multiple times, which reduces savings to zero. The second feature of cheap laser systems is the lack of a certificate of conformity guaranteeing safety, which leads to a high risk of complications (scars, uneven skin color, “gauze” effect, infection).
At VERAMED, laser cosmetology procedures are performed only on the premium Dermablade MCL 31 device. It provides a highly effective, controlled and safe effect on the skin, thanks to which you can achieve amazing results in rejuvenation and improvement of skin quality.
The prospects and results of the proposed treatment depend on the characteristics of the patient’s body, the current and subsequent state of health, and on compliance with the doctor’s recommendations.
The duration of the procedure is 30-40 minutes. Before the procedure, local anesthesia is administered using an anesthetic cream.
The visible effect occurs a month after the procedure. The final result is assessed after a course of procedures.
Result evaluation period
After a course of procedures. 2-6 procedures – fraction, 1-3 procedures – ablation
Effect retention period
The aesthetic effect lasts from 8 months or more, depending on the condition of the skin, individual characteristics and lifestyle of the patient, and compliance with recommendations. To prolong the result, 1 maintenance procedure per year is required.
Possible frequency of procedures
To achieve a positive and stable effect, a course is required: 2-6 procedures, with an interval of 1 time per month (fraction) and 1-3 procedures every 3 months (ablation). The number of procedures and the interval between procedures depend on the initial condition of the skin and are prescribed by the doctor. Laser peeling - a recommended course of 3-4 procedures with an interval of 3 weeks
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, skin damage and acute inflammatory process, manifestation of chronic skin diseases in the area of the proposed procedure, pregnancy and lactation, exacerbation of chronic diseases, febrile conditions, mental disorders and neurological conditions, autoimmune diseases, low reparative ability of the skin, herpes virus infection (Herpes Simplex) in the acute stage, a tendency to form keloid and hypertrophic scars, malignant neoplasms, previous dermatitis such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, fresh tanning, cancer, the presence of “golden” threads, high photosensitivity, diabetes mellitus (type 2) in Art. decompensation
Possible complications
Swelling, erythema, discoloration of the skin, irritation and dryness, which are temporary. Pigmentation, scarring Insufficient effectiveness of the procedure or weak effect. If any reactions occur, consult a doctor immediately.
Recommendations for preparing for the procedure
1 Your skin should be ready to produce new collagen. This underlies the rejuvenation and treatment of post-acne scars. You must first assess your body's reserves - take blood tests for total protein, glycated hemoglobin, ferritin, vitamin D. These are minimal indicators, the problems of which will lead to poor recovery and poor collagen production.
2 In 2-3 weeks, we prepare the skin for the resurfacing procedure - we do Heleo 4, a plasma lifting or biorevitalization procedure and, of course, correction of deficiencies in the body.
3 At least 2 weeks must have passed since the last solar insolation.
4 If the Radiesse procedure was performed, then the present procedure should be performed no earlier than 1.5 months later from the previous procedure.
5 If fillers based on hyaluronic acid, BTA, threads were placed, then this procedure should be carried out no earlier than a month after the previous procedure.
6 If APTOS threads were placed, then this procedure should be performed no earlier than three months after the previous procedure.
7 Corticosteroids should be discontinued 1.5-2 months before the procedure, retinoids 2 months before. After taking antibiotics, 1 month should pass.
8 If there was lactation, then the procedure can be done a month after stopping feeding.
9 If there is a history of cancer, 5 years must pass from the date of remission; a certificate from an oncologist is required before the procedure.
Feelings during the procedure
Possible discomfort. During the procedure there is a feeling of strong heating and possible tingling.
Recovery period
Immediately after the procedure, erythema (redness) and swelling of the skin are possible, which are temporary. After the procedure, there is a burning sensation during the first 24 hours. The following days, crust formation and peeling of the skin. The recovery period is 3-7 days.
Recommendations during the recovery period
Do not get the laser treatment area wet for the first 24 hours. The next day you can wash your face with warm water and pat dry. Do not use cleansers (foams, gels, micellar water) for a week; on the third day you can treat with thermal water. From the first day to the third day inclusive, apply Bepanten, Bepanten+ cream to the damaged areas up to 6 times a day. Starting from the 4th day, add moisturizing creams to Bepanten and apply to the skin at least four times a day. During the first week after the procedure, exclude decorative cosmetics. After laser exposure and for a period of 1 month after the procedure, use a photoprotective cream with SPF 50+ units. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and visits to solariums. For the first week after the procedure, avoid alcohol, the gym, swimming pools, and saunas. There should be 1.5 months between the laser and the trip to the sun. Creams with acids can be resumed no earlier than 7 days after the procedure. The effect increases gradually and in the period between procedures the patient should not perform any procedures that have not been agreed upon with the attending physician.
How does laser rejuvenation work?
The erbium laser is capable of affecting both the upper layers of the skin and the deeper ones. The method of evaporating the upper layers of the skin is called fractional ablation, fractional thermolysis. Due to the short wavelength of the erbium laser, the process of evaporation of damaged cells occurs so quickly that healthy neighboring tissues do not have time to be affected. Therefore, Dermablate MCL 31 is suitable for rejuvenating even the most delicate areas: neck, décolleté, chest, periorbital area.
Laser erbium resurfacing is one of the most effective methods for revitalizing the dermis. It gives visible results even with pronounced age-related changes - in just one procedure, the skin becomes smooth, youthful, and radiant.
